0North in North East Lincolnshire

Good sized dancefloor, few snobs but not as many as bobbin next door, varied selection of drinks, some overpriced but dont mind that. Preferred it as Gypsys but North is probably the favoured place for me in Clee now. it would be worse if Tom Carney was in there though

Attentive service on a busy Sunday afternoon. There was a fab band playing which set a great mood. The Good Burger (mine was the buffalo chicken thigh) was the best I've had since American 😋

Bouncer let us in withington 5 minutes of being let down by the place next door. Wonderful and attentive staff. Overall great experience and princes. Thank you :)

Really really good juicy bits of burger from these boys. Succulent morsels indeed. Lovely sides, great choice of craft beers, ciders and spirits too. Gets a bit interesting and lively on an evening though.

I was asked by my daughter to arrange a surprise party for her friends 18th she wanted cocktail making classes . I met with Ross from O North and explained what she wanted and from then on i did not have to worry about a thing he sorted the whole thing ! Not only did he teach the girls to make cocktails it was done in a professional manner but fun and engaging . We also got a brilliant spread of food that could of fed 8-10 people (and we only booked for 6 ) overall a really good afternoon highly reccomend this to anyone .

Having been to a lot of restaurants of this type, both in America and all over the UK, I am desperate for a top quality version to land in this town. This place had promise, and a few friends who had been gave it the thumbs up, but it didn't do it for me I'm afraid. I had the meat board which had the smallest chicken wings and drumsticks I have ever seen, two ribs (yes - 2) and a pile of pulled pork. Alongside were four slices of Tesco tiger bread (we have it enough at home so I knew it a mile off) and a corn on the cob. On the plus side the staff were friendly enough, although to be fair we were the only ones in there so they weren't rushed off their feet.

I love this place. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. Cocktails are great and the place has a fab atmosphere on the weekends. Staff are friendly also.

If I could give it a no star would states on the door opens at twelve also on Facebook no notice to say it isn't open either manager v v rude clearly couldn't b bothered to open for us when we asked him when it was open he said it would be later than 1 so ended up eating next door at the bobbin was so nice of him to keep coming in and out of the bobbin from o north leaving such a lovely draft the reason why we was going to 0 north was because it has the children's chalk board there so keeps them busy whilst there waiting. I visited here for the first time last year and had what my partner referred to as 'The best burger in town'. We revisited last week and had a completely different experience. Firstly the menu had dramatically changed and there was no sign of the once wacky (and well loved!) burgers that they used to do. I went for a shredded duck dish and when it arrived I was so disappointed - the portion size (for a £10 meal) was shocking. There were 2 wraps filled with shredded duck that were about as big as the palms of my hand (and I don't have big hands!) And then 2 small spring rolls with a sprinkling of prawn crackers on the side. I really wouldn't be surprised if they were freezer microwave ones because I've had something identical tasting out of Tesco's party food freezer section! I understand that you pay more for duck but this really was a let down. We also went at lunch time on a Saturday and the music was so loud and way too lively for midday. We ain't a city! Definitely won't be heading back here anytime soon.

Came for dinner last night Tuesday 23/05/17. Place was completely empty. Only 12 items on the main menu, which looked fab. Took ages to choose what we wanted as everything was tempting. In the end we went for the indian fish and chips. Item number 1 on the menu. Went to order. No fish in stock. Now if the place was packed, I could slightly understand. But with such a small menu and the place being empty to have item number one on the menu unavailable I was quite surprised. I would even assume at the very least when we walked in to be told certain items were not available to order. In the end we actually decided to dine elsewhere and i have never walked out of a restaurant feeling quite as annoyed before. Shame as the previous feedback and the menu promised so much.

My partner and I went to this establishment on a Thursday night hoping to try a burger from the menu. We walked in and initially I liked what I saw. It wasn't too busy and the layout and decoration was modern and different. Initially when we attended we asked at the bar if they were still serving food. This question was met by laughs almost, the bar staff replied "no we have a new menu starting tomorrow so no food tonight". It was almost as if we had asked a silly question. We left and had food near by at another bar. We returned a short while after as we wanted some cocktails from the menu. We walked in and ordered x2 cocktails from the "2 for 1" menu, only to be told that we had to order the same cocktail even though they were all the same price, which was rather confusing. We both had a Mojito which was fine. We then decided to have a Margarita from the same menu. I was served at the bar reasonably quickly by the member of staff who has a moustache. Whilst being served I was asked if I would like salt or sugar around the rim of the glass, I opted for salt on the rim. The glasses were full to the top and had straws in. When we tried the drinks by drinking from the straws, both were extremely salty to the point where we couldn't drink them. We have drank many margaritas in our time and this just tasted like salt water. My partner went to the bar with the drinks which were still full and spoke to the same bar staff member who had made them. She asked if we could have the drinks made again. The bar staff responded that we had asked for the rim of the glasses to have salt on and that the bar doesn't give out free drinks. My partner tried to explain that the glasses no longer had salt on the rim because the glass had been filled to the top (by him), thereby causing the salt to end up in the drink itself making it taste like salt. The bar staff member repeated that is was the way we had asked for our drinks to be made and that he wasn't going to give us free drinks. My partner walked away from the bar at this point and we ended up leaving. We won't be going back.

I had the Meat Monster burger + sweet potato fries, and the missus had Falafel and a large glass of white wine. This was our 5th visit and each time the service and quality of the food has been excellent.

Been 3 times now and it's been great every time! Just been and had the north burger with Mexican dirty fries! Reasonable prices and a good selection!

Wow what a good all rounder. Was blown away by the 2 4 1 cocktails a couple of weeks ago. Decided to eat tonight and so glad we did. Dirty fries are to die for. Then i had a chcken burger with streak bacon and pulled pork. Sevd with coleslaw and rosemary fries. E X C E L L E N T ! !

Came here in the afternoon with my compadre.. The food was served quickly, hot and fresh. (Everything is homemade to my knowledge) thoroughly enjoyed it. Cocktails 2-4-1 is also and attractive offer..

Fancied a change so popped into 0north lovely setting inside although I have to say it's extremely uncomfortable seating and it was freezing the whole time we were there which wasn't ideal , anyway the burgers are great !! The menu is very limited tho I didn't realise when we walked in that burgers was basically all we could have but even so I really enjoyed the north burger the desert tho was a massive let down Cookie Monster waffle which consisted of very cheap packet waffles n very cheap packet cookies n a bit of ice cream if I ever fancy a quick burger n I'm passin I'll be back as that was great although unfortunately I doubt very much I'd make plans to go again I personally prefer table service rather than having to go wait about at the bar every time u want something

Popped in here a few weeks ago on a Sunday night. Was quiet (but that's how I like it!).

Yeeessss. Good bit of gear here from these boys. They know how to make a burger and an atmosphere. Good range of booze, music and sexy burgers. Love it.

Popped in on a Saturday afternoon for cocktails and some grub, polite bar staff and lovely chilli martini shared the afternoon tea for two mini sliders; wings and ribs with pickled cabbage, mac an cheese and beans. Meat fell of the bones. Usual american grub drinks the star and location!

Popped out for a burger last night and oh lord am I glad we did!

By far best burgers in town! Go for the peanut butter stuffed burger dirty and delicious!
