12th Street burgers + Shakes Milton Keynes in Milton Keynes

Twice now I've ordered a smash burger and the cheese fries. Cheese fries are usually fine but the burgers have been undercooked and pink on the inside both times now. Shame really, when I first started ordering from 12th street the quality was much higher. Food was always fantastic. Not so much anymore. Think from here on I'll be ordering my food from Fat Twins.

My recent visit to this establishment last week was, unfortunately, a complete disappointment. I'm giving a zero-star review specifically due to the unacceptable quality of service and food. The food I was served arrived cold, which significantly detracted from the overall dining experience. Furthermore, the customer service was severely lacking. I interacted with an employee named Prakshit (of Indian descent I guess) whose behavior and lack of attention to customer needs were deeply unprofessional. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and not worth the time or money. I cannot recommend this place to anyone based on this visit. Significant improvements are needed in both food quality and customer service.

ABSOLUTE TOOLS NEVER AGAIN, WHEN I CALLED TO GET IT RECTIFIED THEY HELD NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND SAID THEY DID MOTHING WRONG, AVOID THIS PLACE THE BURGERS ARE 3/10 ANYWAY

Went a week or so ago, served us half an hour later with cold food (and served two other groups who came in after us), food was mid, very disappointing

James and the team were brilliant.

Went there recently with my family as the reviews were promising. However we were totally ignored at the order point even though we rang the bell many times and the Chefs could see us. They did not bother to acknowledge our existence so we walked out having waited. Very disappointing.

If you're in the mood for a decent burger experience near the shopping in Milton Keynes, this spot is definitely worth a visit. The Route 77 Burger, Cheddar Melt Burger, 12th St Chicken Burger, 12th St Philly Cheese Steak, and loaded Cheeseburger fries are all on point – full of flavour and just the right portion size. Service was good, and they even honour a Blue Light discount, which is a great touch. The only downside? The atmosphere and the tables cleaned. When we visited, it was unusually quiet, with kitchen sounds carrying into the seating area. A bit of background music would go a long way in making the place feel more vibrant. Small tweak, but it’d make a big difference to the overall vibe. Give it a go for the food alone!

I don’t often leave bad reviews but when something isn’t right then I have to speak the truth. We should have known that at 5pm on a Saturday most restaurants are reasonably busy but this place was dead. No customers at all. So we order some burgers and asked for STRICTLY no onions. And wings that weren’t spicy. Burgers had onions and the wings were spicy. We didn’t complain as we were hungry and got the impression that we would have got the same food back after someone had clawed through it to remove the onions by hand rather than a fresh one. Lack of attention and a not really bothered attitude aren’t going to fill this restaurant. Didn’t take pics as they weren’t that good to look at. Cheap looking fast food that’s not worth the money. Stick to 5guys.

Worst burger ever. Worst staff ever. And they think it’s good to leave the restaurant in a complete state, sitting around talking rather than clearing the tables. This place is probably only good if you have had 20 drinks at groove at then chucked it up in the toilet when you’ve got home and don’t remember it in the morning. Never again.

The food was really tasty and well-prepared. Everything was fresh, and the flavors worked well together. The seasoning was just right, not too strong, making the dish enjoyable from start to finish. A great meal overall! Nice atmosphere

Very terrible service. I wanted a burger meal and wings meal. Instead he gave both burger meals. My friend doesn't eat burger and she wanted wings meal. Spoke to the man with cap at cash counter but he was being very defensive and not understanding me at all. Instead, he kept saying we wanted 2 burger meals. Never going to this restaurant again, don't know how to speak to customers.

Awful service. Ordered from UberEats, waited hours (no exaggeration, and I couldn’t cancel the order cause it had been accepted) just for the order to get cancelled out of the blue. I implore you not to order this from Uber

I ordered the bang bang burger, a regular fries and a peanut butter shake. The only thing good about the order was the shake! The fries were stone cold as was the burger and it seems like mustard, ketchup and mayo were smothered into it to disguise that it wasn’t cooked and cold. There was so much condiments, the bun was sogging and the combination was oozing out all over my hands and clothing! I ordered this food as I have been unwell and attempting to eat this only made me feel worse! The burger was literally breaking apart and made such a mess I had to throw it away. Considering how much I paid for this slop, I would never order from this place again nor do I recommend it to anyone! What an insult! Save your money and time and find somewhere else that takes pride in their food quality, presentation and retaining their customers regardless of what time they order!

Had a nice meal. Burgers are juicy and tender! After a little error in our order, they solved it very nicely by giving us some chicken wings, which good and saucy.

I would give you 2 stars because the portion is fair, but I'm giving you one to lower your rating, which is definitely too high. Yes the food was fresh but that should always be the standard. But, unfortunately, nothing more than freshness. Burgers, fries and onion rings had no taste. You could say that it all had the same, bland taste. Caramelized onions are just onions that have no idea what caramelized onions are. Burgers without character, as ordinary as at McDonald's. French fries covered in cheese sauce that tastes like an ordinary industrial sauce. You can really find much better burgers.

The place is very nice. Opens 24/7. The stuff are very helpful spically Noaman and Tarek. All Halal. We usually go every weekend.

This was an excellent place to eat, decor was quirky and well designed, nice American theme. Was served by Raj and Sumanth who were very polite and attentive and gave excellent recommendations for food. Burgers were excellent, chicken much bigger than the bun, flavoured well, crispy, salty, flavourful. Don’t leave without trying the fantastic mango milkshake! Would visit again!

American Review: I came to the UK for a few weeks for a work trip. As the days went by, my craving for oversized, greasy American food grew. A lot of us know not to touch any “American” style cuisine outside of the USA but I decided to give it a shot. This place did not disappoint! The burgers were juicy with large patties and great seasoning. The cheese was abundant on the burger and the burger itself came together for a flavorful bite that would compete well back home in the states! The staff were friendly and the seating was abundant! If you are looking for a great American burger place try this one! If I’m back in the area or my friends I’ll be sure to recommend them here when they need that American craving reset!

Good food which was worth the wait as there were lots of orders (eat in and delivery). The food was of good quality and delicious. The prices were reasonable so didn't feel ripped off. Will be back again soon.
