J'y suis allé pour le petit-déjeuner. Les petits-déjeuners sont copieux et vraiment délicieux, aussi bien sucrés que salés : on se régale ! Attention toutefois, il peut y avoir un peu de queue, mais le service reste efficace.

Wonderful, keep meaning to go here but there's always a queue. It was so worth it. Had the American breakfast and it was delicious. The perfect sweet and savoury. The iced coffee is yummy too.

We had a lovely table and the kids loved the food and the waiters were very nice. definitely deserves 5 stars. The cold coffee is the best I have had in the UK in many years. The portions are very large too. Amazing experience.

The food was absolutely amazing. The drinks were also really good. Very, very recommendable. There is a large selection of very tasty drinks and great food.

Could be the best breakfast I’ve ever had, made by the great server Taylor who was really slay and made the experience a 10/10 as he was chatty and gave me great recommendations. If you want a banging breakfast with friendly helpful staff this is the place to go.

Stopped by here needing a place to sit down, we were impressed by the attentive service and great coffee! It was just a shame there were no vegan pancakes or anything like that on the menu…

Really don't get the hype and the queues! We waited a very long time for our breakfast on a Monday. The bagel seemed to be a Tesco bagel, so nothing fancy at all. The pancakes were big but very very dry, so we couldn't finish them. The tip is included so don't make my mistake and give another tip 🙄. The setup was weird, we were only 2 people and they put us in a table for 10, so this really isn't the best solution for the queues is it? Especially when we were sat for an hour and a half (half an hour waiting for the food). Need to rethink table set up and get more staff. Prices really don't reflect the quality. All in all a weird and tasteless experience.

My family and I came here for my birthday brunch. The food is amazing, the staff are all really friendly and helpful. 100% recommend 19 Cafe Bar.

Went down for my Mum's birthday had a fantastic time, food was lovely staff were great and very quick. Absolutely recommend. Also my coffee had a little bear on it which was very cute and also rather impressive so well done to Jarrin, I've not seen that before.

Me and my partner went to this cafe this morning. We were super excited after hearing some amazing things. The food and service lived up to the hype and que we waited for to get in. The menu looks so good I just wish I didn't get so full as the portions are massive. I want to mention Taylor specifically who served us. He was outstanding, a credit to the company making us feel very welcome. We are already planning a trip for January when we are back in Manchester.

We spotted this cafe on TA and decided to give it a try! A good sign was a full cafe and queue outside at 10am on a Saturday! We were sat after a short wait and drinks served not long after.. hot coffee and a delish salted caramel frappe! We had a full english breaky and smoked salmon bagel... both hot and flavourful.. worth the wait.. staff were helpful and friendly

Visited this place when visiting Manchester. The place is walk-in only at the weekend for brunch. We waited no longer than 20 minutes for our table. The menu has loads of choices. The French toast and pancakes looked amazing. I ended up choose a Full English which was cooked well and had great tasting meats. I recommend this as a brunch place.

Just hang in the queue and try! We visited this absolute gem of a place on a rainy Sunday afternoon and considering we were 3 people and there was no outside seating available during rush hour, we had to wait for approximately 20 minutes, which was alright for Manchester standards. The hype is actually real guys. The food was delicious, the biggest and most flavoursome pancakes I’ve tried and I’ve tried several, the french toast was sick and so was the granola that came with it and eggs and avo on toast were also 10/10. The service was very quick, portions more than generous for the price, coffee was delicious with plenty of nondairy options and the interior is generally nice - nothing fancy, nothing bland. A special shout out to Taylor for making the miserable day a little bit brighter, what a legend! ⭐️11/10

So good we came here 2 days in a row! I found this location through google due to the high star rating and the super picture perfect food. But its not style over substance. It tastes as good as it looks! The first morning i had apple cinnamon French toast and my husband had chocolate chip pancakes. I had pancake envy and wanted to try the pancakes so the second morning just before our drive home i had the berry pancakes and my husband had the oreo french toast. Both sets of food were exceptional! The service was brilliant and a lovely lady even remembered us discussing where we were going the day before. We wouldnt hesitate to visit again! Highly recommend a trip if your in Manchester!

Stopped by Cafe 19 for breakfast, and it was a fantastic experience! I had the pancakes, which were perfectly fluffy and delicious, while my wife enjoyed the French toast that was just as amazing—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Both dishes were generously portioned and full of flavor. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy, making for a really enjoyable morning. Highly recommend if you're looking for a tasty breakfast spot!

Vine aquí esta mañana para el almuerzo y no me decepcionó. A pesar de estar ocupados, solo esperamos unos minutos para una mesa y pur orden se tomó muy rápido. Todo el personal era muy amable y atento. Comí tortitas con tocino y jarabe de arce con un huevo extra frito y jugo de arándano. La porción era enorme, no pude terminar todo! Las tortitas eran tan ligeras y esponjosas, y solo sabían increíble. ¡Volveremos otra vez!

We got here on a Saturday about midday and there was a bit of a queue but waited a max 20-30 mins. When we got inside The FOH person seated us at one of the bigger tables which was nice! We had lots of space and we quickly became comfortable and it was clear to us that the restaurant cared more about service than filling up the tables (as they could’ve gone up the queue and asked if a bigger group could fill it like some establishments might). I had the special which was Pumpkin Spice and cinnamon pancakes, which were so delicious. And for drink I had the Biscoff hot milk drink, such a yummy brunch to get into the autumn feels 🧡 my mum had the avocado and egg bagel which looked really good too. All the food that came out from ours to other people’s looked really well presented like it was from a picture in a cook book. On top of that the guy who served us (brunette & slim, quite young) was so lovely and made our day with his quick witted banter and friendly service, we gave him a tip ❤️ I would definitely come here to eat again and not even mind waiting in a queue for it as it’s worth the wait :)

Came here Saturday morning with my girlfriend. As she is Austrian this was her first time trying the English breakfast and our first time visiting the 19 Cafe Bar. The breakfast was lovely and the service was great. Thanks guys!

Fuimos a comer el domingo - llegó a las 10 y ya había una cola, pero se movió rápidamente, el personal es atento y la comida era excepcional! Hija tenía panqueques de bueno más amables - v grande y tuvimos una tostada inglesa y una francesa completa - ambas geniales - mi esposo consideró que la cera inglesa completa era la mejor que había tenido en mucho tiempo, v salchichas ferrosas y sabrosas - lugar impecablemente limpio y wd sin duda volvería

We always come here when we want guaranteed good food, the service is always incredibly fast & friendly and the portion sizes are great. Best coffee’s in Manchester by far. The blonde waitress (didn’t get her name) was so lovely she even gave us an umbrella to leave with when it started raining. Thank you guys :)

First visit to Cafebar19 have seen the long queues to get in when passing, now understand why, lovely coffee and fabulous French toast Apple and Cinnamon dish. Highly Recommended

Every time we go to Manchester we visit Cafe 19. It’s part of our staple diet there, we absolutely love it. You’ll read on every other review how amazing the food is, the generosity of portion size and how the queues are always long, all of which are very true, however, I want to mention the staff. What a friendly efficient bunch they are, who never seem stressed despite what demands are made of them. We are regularly served by Taylor, a nicer more helpful individual you are yet to meet. Taylor we love you! See you next time. XX

Whenever friends visit us from different parts of the world, our go-to spot is always 19 Cafe, and that’s largely because of the incredible staff. Taylor, in particular, is the sweetest person you’ll meet in Manchester – always warm, welcoming, and attentive. The desserts and food are equally fantastic, making 19 Cafe not just a dining destination but a must-visit when we introduce people to the city. It’s the perfect first stop to experience the heart of Manchester

All in all a wonderful place! The Team was very calm, even when the Cafe was full, very professional and great teamwork and always attentive. My server, Taylor, was the most sweet person, he made my day and he was one of the best servers i met in a long time. The food was excellent and it was easy to get something with my dietary restrictions.

Well worth the 40 minute queue (although we did arrive at a very popular time). Excellent service and high quality food - will definitely be back. Thanks.

Saw this brunch restaurant on here and was highly recommended so we went there on our last morning in Manchester and absolutely loved it! The menu choices were so different and what we had was delicious! Was busy when we went on a weekday so can tell it’s a popular place but I’m not surprised. Would recommend to anyone!

Best American breakfast I've had outside the US, bacon was very smoky and crispy, maple syrup was proper maple syrup - almost savoury. Reasonably priced, nice atmosphere.

Second time I've been here for breakfast/brunch and it's amazing. Medium queue outside but it was fine - I expected no less as it's a popular place and area and also weekend if ykyk. They checked if everything was ok before paying and also before taking plates. Great service and fantastic food. The guy who took the order was so lovely, I forgot to ask his name, but he was very welcoming and he should know that it is much appreciated to have that warmth when you go to a new place xx

Solid full Irish breakfast which’ll fill you right up!

We regularly come for a weekend breakfast or brunch and wouldn’t go anywhere else. As other reviews have said, the food is amazing and the portions are very generous. Whether you are after something sweet or savoury, there is a great choice and some brilliant specials. The service is also excellent and a special mention must go to Taylor, who is a real star. It is definitely worth the wait if there is a queue outside (and they will lend you an umbrella to keep you dry)!

Fancied a bit of brunch whilst in Manchester for work, we looked on google and a cafe 19 came up with good reviews and so we walked across on the off chance. It’s slightly off the Main Street and hidden by a bus stop so we wouldn’t have ever passed it had we have been looking for something without checking first. I was surprised at how busy it was for a Tuesday at 11am, so we choose to sit outside. The people working here were so friendly, we had a very smiley person looking after us. We went for 2 of the bagels, one with halloumi and sweet potato hash which was utterly delicious, and one smoked salmon and poached egg which was equally yummy. Really impressed by the vegetarian and vegan options and that they had halloumi on the veggie breakfast. Wish we lived closer as we would be back all the time.

I've been here before and honestly it's my favourite cafe in Manchester, the food is consistently on point and full of flavour. The poached egg, sweet potato and haloumi breakfast, I could eat that all day. Staff are super friendly and a delight. I'd say come here if you want a good breakfast whilst in the city, it's super close to the bus station and train station.

Food was unreal with lots of different options. The American breakfast lived up to expectations and was absolutely incredible. The matcha was also unreal. Would come back again and again. Price was also not too bad seeing that it was big portions. My fave breakfast place so far in NQ

Food's good, in fact it was great, oh thank God that I ate at this bar, oh so late. But whatever, for want of better words, I've never had better. Short staffed, drink left to melt but was rudely replaced by being slammed on our table by young waitress. For the prices you need to do better and improve quality of food service and your staff training in dealing with a range of customers. The wait was not worth it

Wow! We came to Manchester for a pre-Uni visit and found this little gem when we searched for breakfast venues. We had to queue for a short while as this is clearly a popular place. It was worth every second! My daughters and me were blown away by the amazing food and coffee was delicious. What made it even more brilliant was that there were only 2 ladies front of house and they were fantastic, they didn’t stop working but greeted everyone and every request with a smile and chat. The barista also never stopped and clearly took pride in his work. The chefs are clearly super talented too! I haven’t seen or tasted quality like it for a long time, customer service top tier. The 10% service charge was more than deserved so no problem with that being on the bill. Can’t wait to come back!

Just had the most delicious breakfast here (bacon and avo on bagel with an iced blueberry matcha). Staff were lovely and really welcoming, food came out quickly and frankly I’m annoyed I haven’t visited sooner! Can’t wait to come again.

Well, what can I say about this place that hasn't already been said. Cafe 19 is simply as good as the photos suggest. Ofcourse there are cheaper cafes out there, but trust me, it is worth the few extra quid to occasionally treat yourself here. The portions are definitely bigger than they look in the photos and can be a challenge even for big eaters. May I suggest, if you come here with family or a loved one, you should try ordering a savoury dish and a sweet dish and sharing both half each. That way you avoid a sugar overdose!!!

Having arrived for a late breakfast this morning, we was welcomed by a lovely host in a very busy environment. We waiting around 10mins on door before being seated. The young lady was very welcoming, polite, professional and very accommodating to us, as we needed to catch a train 😍. Food was absolutely fantastic, we had halloumi and avocado bagel, alongside very nice freshly made coffee. Service was very fast and friendly. Definitely be back and would certainly recommended. Friendly service and delicious food

I had brunch here with my friend last weekend. The pancakes were amazing and had really large portions. The restaurant however is usually very busy as such we had to wait on a queue to get in.

Fantastic place recommended by a young girl we met, food was amazing, staff absolutely lovely and friendly. If you want an amazing breakfast this is the place to eat.
