Been here a number of times now and its still a top place the staff are so freindly the food is fantastic and the place is spotless. We've tried other turkish restaurantes in huyton village ,bold street, kensington which were all nice but this place takes some beating

Comida increíble - rip - off propietario Tuvimos una encantadora comida familiar. La comida era excepcional, y todos estábamos emocionados de volver con nuestras respectivas familias. Sin embargo, cuando se trataba de pagar, el propietario mostraba sus verdaderos colores. Uno de nuestros miembros había comprado vales para 2 de las parejas de nuestro grupo. Cuando reservamos, informamos al propietario que teníamos estos (total £ 100). Eran vales de 12 meses comprados para regalos de Navidad, y firmados por el propietario a mediados de diciembre del año pasado - todavía estaban dentro de fecha. La factura estaba mal. Nos había cobrado de más. TJ (propietario, creo) entonces comenzó a decir que no debería haber cumplido con los vales porque fueron vendidos por el propietario anterior, y él acababa de hacerse cargo - nos estaba haciendo un favor! Luego continuó sobre la fecha de los comprobantes. Todo esto eran mentiras. La firma en los vales era suya -los teníamos con nosotros, y la conversación de whatsapp sobre la compra de los vales era con él-, su foto de perfil estaba en la conversación de whatsapp. VENDIÓ LOS VALES, y no un dueño anterior. Si vas a mentir, tienes que estar seguro de que tenemos pruebas irrefutables... No puedes vender algo que luego no quieres honrar. Él a regañadientes nos devolvió ALGO del sobrecargo, pero continuó discutiendo sobre los vales. Todavía dejamos una propina, incluso cuando nos la tiró de vuelta. No fue culpa del personal que trató de estafarnos, y la comida era increíble. . . sin embargo, en toda la locura que no nos dimos cuenta (porque no nos habían dicho y no recuerdo haberlo visto en el menú, cargo por servicio se había añadido 😑 Solo un aviso para revisar su factura de cerca (recuerde que había un sobrecargo, también) Estoy destripado por esta experiencia - vivimos en el lugar y planeamos regresar - todos planeamos hacerlo, y debido a sus acciones, ninguno de nosotros lo hará. Nos perdemos la buena comida, y él se pierde un montón de costumbres locales.

Buena comida, no tan buen gerente. El gerente carece de habilidades en el servicio al cliente con presión sobre el cliente para ordenar. TJ el gerente se puso a nuestro lado tratando de apurarnos al pagar la cuenta. Sospechosamente nos cobraron 45 libras. La única vez que me han apresurado a pagar la cuenta, sorprendentemente fue cuando me cobraron de más en mi factura en España. Qué coincidencia.

Compré vales de este restaurante como regalo para mi familia y reservé una comida con antelación, indicando claramente que teníamos vales para usar. Si bien la comida en sí era agradable, la experiencia se arruinó completamente cuando llegó el momento de pagar. El propietario aceptó los vales, pero se quejó de que no eran suyos, diciendo que había asumido recientemente el cargo y que no debería tener que cumplirlos. A pesar de esto, tomó los vales, pero luego nos cobró de más por £ 45. Para empeorar las cosas, se cernía sobre nosotros, apurándonos mientras pagábamos. Afortunadamente, alguien en nuestro grupo notó el sobrecargo, y logramos obtener £ 40 reembolsado. Sin embargo, el propietario continuó quejándose de los vales y cómo no debería haberlos aceptado. Fue increíblemente embarazoso, especialmente porque había comprado los vales como regalo. Por si fuera poco, más tarde revisamos los mensajes originales de WhatsApp y descubrimos que en realidad era el propietario, “TJ”, quien me había vendido los vales en primer lugar. Una comida encantadora se estropeó por completo por la falta de profesionalidad y la forma en que nos trataron durante el pago.

Sobrecargado. Los vales en disputa dijeron que eran del dueño anterior. La conversación de WhatsApp prueba que fue él. Cargo por servicio £ 35

This restaurant is so lovely relaxing and the food is absolutely amazing best meal out I have had for a long time my family one of them works in top notch hotel in liverpool were blown away with our meals 👌 the four of us can't wait till next time we visit would highly recommend the food we tasted each others all beautiful

We have been before to eat here and the owner was so lovely,this time he wasnt there and our waiter i found quite rude. My Mum ordered Seabas which it said was a fillet when it arrived it was the whole fish head & tail 😱 served with Rice,new potatoes and chips 🤔. she struggled with the amount of food on the plate and wasnt offered lemon. my son in law had the house burger it came with no cheese or salad which were all on the menu. When i asked for the bill it was taken and i expected either some turkish delight or mints. Last time we were offered turkish delight and Lemoncello shot,i asked if there was any turkish delight and was told no we have run out. Unfortunately we wont be going back.

Had a lovely meal at 34 Istanbul BBQ. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Fast service and food amazing. I had tge Adana kebab which was full of flavour. My friends had the chicken shish and spicy chicken. Both said it was delicious and the spicy chicken had the perfect level of spice. We also had hummus and garlic bread to start which was delicious. Definitely recommend and will return.

New place an only the top of our road so thought give it a try , we booked a table for 7.30 an we turned up a little early had to wait about 5 mins as there was a few bday tables there, the atmosphere in there is so nice an friendly,the staff were all lovely the manger introduced him self TJ lovely man we ordered starters an mains an had a few drinks we was told there may b a wait as they had 3 large tables, we never waited at all for the food , starters were lovely an the mains were so nice my husband got the mixes grill for him an his mate they never eat it all as there was so much variety of meat they just couldnt finish it , overall the food was amazing an the staff were lovely great atmosphere will be going there again thank you for a lovely night

Visited tonight for my sisters birthday. Lovely food and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. We visited with our 7 month old and the waiter offered to walk him around and keep him occupied so we could both eat. Really lovely place.

Called in without booking on the Wednesday after Boxing day and made extremely welcome. Great atmosphere with really friendly staff. My wife an I ordered the sharing platter to start which was very generous in portion and really tasty. For mains I had the mixed kebab - Outstanding both in portion size and quality and my wife had the Adana wrap which she really enjoyed and said was very tasty. All washed down with a very nice Turkish red wine. £50 for the food and £20 for the wine, so given the quality of the food and the great service was really good value for money. Highly recommended 👍
