The food was late, this meant it wasn't really hot and the actual food was alright but nothing special.

Very tasty food delivered on time. Good value for money.

Ordered at half past 5. Got here at 8:15. Couldn’t even eat it. Food was cold and just didn’t look appealing to eat. I would rather go hungry.

Repeat customer. Ordered on their website today, phoned after an hour and reported order not processed as turned their bookings off, however still taking payments. Informed they are back on and they would deliver. Phoned 15 mins later, no evidence of my order they retook and said they would deliver . An hour later they rang to ask for additional payment before delivering, I declined to pay again and they cancelled order after 2 hours. DO NOT USE

Very late which I imagine is why the food was cold

food was delivered almost 3 hours after ordering which is unusual as I order quite frequently. not only that but it was Luke warm and mint sauce all over the kebab which I hadn't asked for and ruined it. can't even contact just eat customer service for a refund on the kebab. such a shame because I love this place

ordered around 5pm , told it would be at 6:05pm attempt ed to call restaurant at 6:15 to find out where food was, phone line was busy, so let just eat app know then received a new time of 6:45 it then arrived at this time, food was cold and southern fried chicken leg was undercooked as meat appeared a little pink, portion size and value for money was good, shame about the wait and the chicken

I was a little bit disappointed with the food. They didn’t put no salad in my order that’s the second time they have done that. The food Quality wasn’t really all that either. The food looked like it was just all put together.

We order from here all the time but the last delivery was not good chips were cold and burger meal we paid for was missing the most important thing kebab meat which was why my husband wanted it he ended up with a cold thin piece of burger that’s it not good

It's an ok kebab type take away if you're really needing a fix. Not exactly clean or tip top, so take your chances with the hygiene.... Plenty of takeaways like this up and down the country hence 3 stars

Food and service are excellent as the Pizza given in A1 is really different from well known franchise and I love the taste.

I ordered a family feast... unfortunately they poured sauce all over the food..I rang and was told "that's how it comes nothing we can do" £19.38 it's cost me and I can't eat it. They won't refund me Be warned ask for dips if you don't want this mess

We read the reviews before booking our meal. However not one said how large the portions are! We ordered 2 meals the same and a side order and we had to admit that one meal with an extra burger would have very easily been enough. The salad was very fresh (I'm very fussy) and the fact you can choose exactly what you want in the salad is a huge bonus. We will definitely be regular customers from now on, especially as you are only a 10 minute walk from us!

Was starving so popped in for a kebab. Very slow service and poor quality. Not to clean either. Best advice here is to go elsewhere.

We had a take out from these ppl the donner meat was warmed up n not fresh the salad was brown n the chips tasted like rubber not fresh at all very disappointing and we will not be returning I'd advise people to mention they want fresh otherwise stay away as they refused to do anything not happy at all

£2.49 for large cheesy chips, chicken donner on top, £7.50. Over priced and the portion was tiny, waste of money and time.
