Ci siamo fermati in questo pub del XVIII secolo per pranzo e abbiamo mangiato 3 starters ad un prezzo più che buono, la ragazza del pub ci ha avvisato fin da subito che avremmo dovuto attendere una mezz’oretta ma l’attesa è stata ripagata dal buon cibo, in particolare dal Karaage Sticky Chicken, davvero ottimo! Da provare!

It was Christmas eve and my friend and I wanted to have lunch. And this was open in Victoria. They gave me 2 big fish which I didn't expect so the money was definitely worth It. It was comfortable and not busy on that day and I liked that it was named after the first man and woman -Adam and Eve. It was pretty quiet on that day, the streets were clear and the air fresh. So for me it was definitely a pleasant experience overall. The workers were polite and respectful, and my friend said she would visit the place again, and we can be picky people: )

Last Thursday I had a wonderful late Christmas lunch at Adam & Eve with my work team. Every detail was perfect: Keith, the manager, provided exceptional customer service, the menu was very rich and the atmosphere was fantastic with the band playing and singing all the Christmas songs. I could have stayed there all night long. Thank you, Keith, for hosting us and supporting The Passage’s mission. We will definitely be back!

We had a terrible experience. Poor service and gloomy environment… Not to mention the food. We ordered two pub burger sandwiches which were dry and burnt. SUPER POOR. Attached is a photo of a small part of the sandwich. The other part was burnt, we left it on the plate.

I ate at the place but it was disgusting. Low quality food and super rude waiter.

I had a Halloumi Wrap with Sweet potato fires and it was super delicious! The atmosphere was kind of loud but with a cozy after work evening vibes..

Nice staff. Cozy. Food terrible. Thought pub food would be easy to get right. Nope. Fish and chips- greasy , heavy batter, not tasty. Burger was disgusting. Hard seeded bun, chewy burger. Cold tasteless onion rings and very heavy with mayo Cole slaw inedible. Streak sandwich was rare even after asking to be cooked well. “Cold Guinness” on tap was a joke, it was lukewarm. Avoid coming here!!

I was looking for a place to have xmas dinner for 8 people on a Friday night in London. Almost impossible to find. So delighted to be able to book a table at The Adam & Eve at St James'. Never been before but reviews were very good. I did pay a £40 reservation fee which I was tentative about. We arrived early at 6pm for a 7pm reservation but staff managed to set up our table in a very festive way and were very helpful especially Katarina. I had placed pre-menu orders online and everything was served when we asked for it. Food was of high quality and staff were really helpful. Also overall pub was fairly quiet so we could hear each other. Would definitely visit again. Thank you.

Gemütliches Pub in dem wir ein paar Guinness genossen haben und zwischen den Sightseeing Walks ein bisschen rasten konnten. Das Ambiente im Lokal war sehr angenehm. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Pubs war hier nicht so extrem viel los, was uns einen entspannten Aufenthalt ermöglicht hat.

Visiting from Berlin, this a a great spot for some excellent food and some beer on tap! Ask for some recommendations, but the “small plates” on the menu is amazing! The steak & Ale pie is also good!!! Must go!

One of the best Fish & Chips I’ve tried, the crispy skin and fresh fish, thick fries, not oily, the salad is fresh but a bit sour. Just one thing I noted for no peas but still have. Warm and great atmosphere place.

Booked a table for lunch with friends here on Saturday prior to our visit to Buckingham Palace which was a few minutes walk away. Very welcoming staff, our lunch choices were all enjoyable and good value. Great traditional pub, lovely visit and would return.

We visited this pub yesterday and were very impressed. The decor and feel of the place is lovely, and good if you have kids. It's not a typical London "boozer" and so more upmarket. Nice selection of spirits and ale with great service from a friendly barman. It helps that it's next to the Gibson Garage too!!! 🤘👍🍾🍺

Pub near Buckingham Palace and very nice. For us Italians it is fascinating to see and eat in an English-style pub, so it could be the typical atmosphere that we liked so much. Reasonable prices and generous portions of dishes.

Sebastian was incredibly kind and helpful. The food was delicious. Would highly recommend stopping in for a steak and ale pie and a pint.

We dipped into Adam and Eve to escape the rain and get a pint. We left happy, full (get the steak and ale pie) and with a new friend, Sebastian. If we lived closer this would certainly be a regular place for us. 10/10 recommend.

Visited this place with my family (8 of us), and the pub was fully booked. I spoke with the waitress, and she advised that the pub was fully booked. I kindly asked if we could take a seat at a "reserved" table and promised we would be gone before the other groups arrived. We ordered 8 fish and chips and 4 pints of beer. The bill was €180, but the experience wasn't as good as we had hoped.

Service was excellent. Food was great - the bacon cheese burger was a real highlight. And an excellent range of non- alcoholic beers

Even though they all have different names, many pubs have the same menu with the same prices as if they were a chain. We also ate at The Bayswater Arms and it was the same as the Red Lion. However, we stopped here because the place was quaint and they were showing the women's volleyball final at the Olympics on TV. I got a fish and chips, a trio of small plates and a BBQ Chicken. Remember that you order at the checkout and pay immediately. The food was good, prices overall acceptable and we had a good time.

I spent a few hours sat watching the Olympics, eating and drinking whilst listening to the music, it was very peaceful and relaxing experience, would highly recommended the food, especially the steak sandwich

Very nice pub totally, authentic, very good staff a typical English fish and chips. One plate was enough for two people. Service water quickly in an emergency you can order a second plate.

Had time before Buckingham tour and found a perfect spot to drink some gin with my preferred tonic, and beer, and eat a traditional meat pie. Enjoyed the stop.

We had our first meal of our stay in London in this pub and it was a very good surprise! We discovered this place in the morning on the way to our hotel and it was a good idea to enter! The prices are reasonable, the dishes are very generous and the service is very pleasant! In short, a great discovery!
