Not helpful staff and very expensive prices

Last weekend I was served by a young man named Zayn, who catered for my gluten allergy when there were very little gluten free products available. And I received a salad complimentary provided by Zayn. I’m very happy with the service from this individual and the quality of the food I received for my first time in pret. I will definitely be coming back.

After I ordered a cup of coffee and asked the staff for a cup of free water, they refused my request. I am sure that it is Starbucks policy to provide free water to customers after ordering. Really awful staff and service.

The food was amazing! Lovely atmosphere we enjoyed the Sloppy Guiseppe and American pizza! Susana was lovely and gave us an excellent service! Highly recommended and we'll be back!
