Siempre he tenido grandes esperanzas para Forest Hill.

Forest Hill is a much better place for Aga’s Little Deli. I have just finished a toasted cheese sandwich and it was good. My only wish is that they were even bolder with some specials and have a BIG Bear option on the menu for those with a big appetite. Cheese is very much at the heart of Aga’s with a wide variety available and they clearly know their fromage. Amongst 2/3 other establishments raising the bar in terms of food and coffee in SE23. Thank you Aga you make Forest Hill better !!

Friendly staff. Vegan options. Had a vegan sandwich with hummus and avocado, plus salad. It normally comes with olives – when I asked for these to be left off, the staff immediately offered me an alternative, unprompted. Sell nice bread. Not particularly cheap but worth stopping for a snack/lunch.

Visited on a Saturday for a quick lunch, small deli with seating. Quite a range a food, snacks, salads and specials, all looking very tempting in the chilled counter. I had a tuna melt, which was delicious. Even though the deli was very busy, the seating area was turned over fairly quickly and there was always a table available. Coffee good, will be back.

I enjoyed a lovely vegan sandwich here the other day. The bread was wholesome and the fillings all extremely fresh. The staff are friendly and the deli itself is nice and relaxing. As well as plenty of food to eat in, there's also a wide variety of produce to takeaway such as olives, cheeses etc. A good little local gem.

Popped in for a coffee on the off chance as only place open and so glad that we did. From the minute you step in to the place you feel at home and mesmerised by the amazing cakes, sourdough bread (delivered by Brickhouse bakery) and cheese etc. We didn't eat on this occasion but the menu looked lovely and reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back and try the Raclette evening.

I have nothing negative to say about Aga's. She is so friendly, she once gave me a free baby sling because she saw I was struggling with my buggy. The coffee is superb and what they can do with cheese - wow. Go there and sample every cheese option on their lunch menu!

Lovely for fresh bread and to pick up a few items for dinner, the cheese is rather nice too, it would be good to have it a bit bigger though, more shelf items...we need more shopping in FH

Awesome place with pickles, cheeses, hams and olives. Can eat in and get a coffee as well. Good for an alternative breakfast or mid afternoon coffee or post Forest Hill Pool lunch.

The quality of the food, both to buy to take home or to eat in the little café, is consistently high. Neal's Yard cheeses and lovely cakes are my favourite! The olives and meats are amazing too. As is the wine! The Bermondsey frier- an enormous grilled cheese sandwich with homemade chutney on the side is my biggest doiwnfall! Go go go...

We popped in for a cup of tea by accident rather than design - it is difficult to notice on this busy street, where so many new places have been opening. If you live in the area, you've probably passed it. As well as selling a small, but delicious looking range of Deli food, this is a small restaurant (with a wine selection!) and a tea shop. It sells a variety of really lovely teas as well as a medley of high quality snacks and treats. The staff were very friendly and offered us a taste of very tempting cheese. We will definitely go back to try the cheese platter and have a glass of wine. Very pleased with our accidental find! Do try this place.

We stopped by to have a nosey as we live very close we did not stay for lunch but stocked up on some delicious supplies to take home for lunch. It's a lovely small cosy, deli with cheese counter with huge blocks of Emmental and and other quality specials such as Colston Bassett Stilton and Keen's cheddar which we took a chunk of home for lunch. There's a lovely olive bar where you can help yourself to a variety of different types and pay per 100g, terrific cakes and gorgeous breads and brioche buns, Cinammon tree bakery biscuits Monmouth Coffee, chutneys and jarred goods. We also bought a delicious spinach and goats cheese brioche. There is a little cafe out the back which looked snug and inviting. There is a nice limited little selection of quality sandwiches and salads. Definitely worth a visit = we'll be back!
