We ordered food for delivery The Lamuchen was cold & almost see through The meat tasted over spicy and tasted like curry Salad there was no tomato or red cabbage It was a massive disappointed for they money, this place has gone down hill much more better Turkish restaurants anywhere else

All the food and service are wonderful. It is one of the best restaurants in London, especially with its open buffet option on weekends. . We would like to thank Ms. Rojın and Hatice for their kind service.

100% I recommend it, not many restaurants that do a quality buffet like this. I go with my recoveroo team for a good breakfast and sometimes dinner, 5 stars from us ~ recoveroo. See you tomorrow morning

We went for the Sunday Buffet breakfast as a large family party and we were made very welcome. Great variety of dishes and perfect as you can help yourself to as much as you want. The staff are very helpful.

Went 6 people not even 1 person welcomed us just got pointed to sit down. Food took long to come when we asked for tea just got told its finished. Food was alright but service terrible.

Arrived and was seated in outdoor covered/heated area rather than the main restaurant - not given the option. Meal was overpriced as my dish consisted of mainly 1 lamb kebab cut up over cubed croutons/bread underneath which gave the illusion of there being more meat than there actually was (due to being covered by the sauce), with a slather of yogurt. Freshly squeezed orange juice without ice: £5.90 and a large glass of house red: £6.90 plus two straightforward lamb dishes equated to £62.30. Stared at throughout meal by bored looking staff. Young male waiter slammed my husband's Turkish tea and a cup of sugar, no longer smiling - rude compared to his original warmer greeting. Other waitresses and waiter were courteous. We will not be supporting this overpriced venue in the future.

Pretty nice atmosphere. We usually have open buffet breakfast on Sundays which is usually really nice. Their dinner is nice too! Great service and food is delicious 🥰

Ridiculous portion size for £63. I ordered a special kebab supposed to be for 2-3 people, and we got a few pieces of chicken, few lamb, one Adana and lots of rice. Sorry, never again.

We ordered the turkish breakfast to share. It was presented spectacularly and came with wide range of cheeses, sauces and egg dishes, Also a plate of pide, chips and salad. You can't substitute the turkish tea so you're stuck with it but was okay. Otherwise a lovely spread. Do check your drinking glass before drinking as mine had lipstick on it which was quickly rectified so no harm on the score I gave. Would recommend.

Came here while visiting family in London. I had the mixed kebab with rice and a very very refreshingly nice Mojito. Food was delicious, service was amazing and an all round great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

we have been using Askular for years, eating in and take away. They are a little more expensive, but I am happy to pay as they ate delious . My take away the last few times and especially tonight was tiny. They only sell large donners and it was smaller then a small donner from any other resturant. Really disappointing, I don't think we will get it from them again.

Be careful at this restaurant there open buffet food is recycl the food left on your table and give to other people and they don't allow you to take your food what you pay for left on your table when I asked them why they said because they sort out the good left overs and re use them it's disgusting and wrong who ever goes there be careful of the open buffet breakfast as it's been recycl I will not be going there again

yesterday was our second visit, food was really nice, service was great, when i go to Enfield every time i’ll visit this place for lovely food. Lahmacun and Mixed Donner was very tasty, if you read my comment give them a chance!

I ate the food, the food was delicious but there was a smell in the doner kebab. After I got home, my stomach started to hurt. I think it was definitely bad and the service was very bad.

I ordered food from here last night. I was eating my meal and bit into a huge chunk of broken glass which then broke in to smaller pieces. This was inside of the kofte. I cut my mouth and finger during this. It’s such a shame as the food was nice but I will not be ordering again as this place cannot be trusted. Uber eats have then refused to give me a refund for this and the customer service was shocking.

Everytime we visit the U.K. this is the one place we make sure to come every time. It is open all day so it is perfect for families who eat early and the food is fantastic. I ended up ordering a second Chicken Beyti main course when my kids were eating their desert! Amazing place

Absolutely love this place and come here often with a colleague for lunch. But today I came with my sister and my mother to celebrate her birthday. Everything was delicious. The portions are plentiful and the staff are extremely welcoming. Our compliments to the chef and a shout out to our waiter Hasan. We’ll definitely be back!

We came for my daughter's birthday and had a fantastic time, food and service was Great. Prices were good too it was about £25 per person including starter, main and a drink.We will definitely be coming back.

Soo disappointed as i went in for a breakfast with a friend and my mum and we ordered a breakfast FOR 2 and 3 drinks, at the end we were charged almost 10£ extra for nothing extra on the plate but only because an extra person was seated..What??? If someone would have told us at beginning at least we would ordered a meal for that person, not to be charged for NOTHING.. we are running a bussines as well but I believe this was really unfair and unprofessional !

I would have recommended Aksular restaurant right away but I seriously cannot say that now. It was an awful and embarrassing experience for my guest will not returning any time soon.

I recently dined at Aksular Restaurant and was profoundly disappointed with the experience. The quality of the meat was appalling; it had a terrible taste and an off-putting smell. Both the kebab and Iskender were affected, which suggests a pervasive issue with their meat selection or storage. Furthermore, the portions were frustratingly small, exacerbating the issue as the scant meat seemed overcooked or perhaps even burnt due to its minimal volume. To add insult to injury, the pricing was exorbitant. My order, which consisted of one kebab, one Iskender, one spaghetti, and two servings of ayran, came to a steep £72. This is simply not acceptable given the poor quality and quantity of food served. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Aksular Restaurant, especially to those who value both taste and budget-friendly options. It was a regrettable dining experience that I hope others can avoid.

They have the best lamb yogurt soup prices its going upup, regarding lamb ribs it is nice but over cooked and dried

We went there for dinner for the first time with our 7 guests, the atmosphere was very nice, but the food looked raw because it was stale meat, the doner kebabs were very hard and oily, we were not satisfied at all, we couldn't eat the minced meat pita because it was too salty, we woke up before we could eat the food, the price we paid was not worth these dishes...

If you only have Sunday breakfast in England, you'll think you're in a 5* hotel.

Went for breakfast and was very disappointed with the quality of food and hygiene. Firstly the plates were greasy, not one but a whole tier. Secondly the cucumbers were not fresh, looked very dry, then the hot water was not clear, it was like brownish water. Definitely won’t be going back and I will not recommend breakfast at this place.

First visit to here and l must say the food was delicious staff were very helpful service was fantastic my partner couldn't decide what to have so one of the staff recommended something with lamb in it they even made it without garlic in it has he doesn't like it

A lovely family-run Turkish restaurant. We went here after going to the cinema and appreciated that it was open till midnight. The restaurant ran out of doner meat but had other options. My friends went for the Adana and I tried the Alinazik kebab. Both dishes were delicious and very flavoursome. The service was excellent too and the waiter was very attentive to our orders too.

I agree with my brother Tony on the order today I was there.We saw a guy on motorbike deliver and then smoke a fag outside.then when we opened the food delivery it was too late and he was gone.otherwise we would have gone out and showed him that it was all chicken doner and no lamb at all. You see people try saying it's not true etc but we are grown ups and surely we wouldn't do all this just to get a free meal out of it .(plus we didn't suggest the free meal,it was the people from this restaurant to apologize at first and suggest a free lunch with a reference code to use next time) I'm sure we ain't low life's to do that.we have never complained before on any other restaurant nearby.its not our style and surely not our hobby to do that.They say they have a video of the food preparation which we didn't see.plus how do we know it's the real one and how do we know what happened next.what happend to customer service? We are being called liers even providing explicit evidence.We won't even accept a free meal from them in any circumstances after this episode.we would decline any free meals in future.just to prove that we ain't cheaters like them and they should admit their mistakes instead of not believing a customer.Steer well clear from this restaurant expecially on deliveries too.We have already contacted the right above people to sort out this unpleasant episode which should Never happen again to any customer!

Disgusting restaurant.I found human hairs in my takeaway delivery.I spent over £40 for a night takeaway for me,my wife and kids and we had to throw it all away.My kids nearly threw up.Been reported to food hygiene and health inspectors. 🤮🤢

I ordered a delivery today for a MIXED doner kebab with coke and chips. I didn't get any lamb doner whatsoever not even a tiny piece,as you can clearly see from the photos.All chicken doner.Surely if there was both doners,they wouldn't fit in that box.You can clearly see it's ALL chicken doner! I made a complaint straight away and I thought it was all sorted as I got offered a free meal for next order,but I thought wrong. I receive a message about an hour after saying that they checked the restaurant videos of my food preparation and the two doners were prepared and cancelled my apology free meal.So what did I do?did I take out,carefully all the lamb pieces myself one by one? It's ridiculous!! I will take this matter further at all costs!Avoid this restaurant!Worst experience ever!

Disappointment! It used to be really good local Turkish restaurant, with really good food, generous portions, attentive staff. Unfortunately the visit today was utter disappointment! Starters without hummus, bread was cold and tzaziki was runny in consistency. Meet was cold and was lacking in flavours. Beer (Cobra bottle) £7.90, soft drinks £3.40(Coke glass bottle) We haven't been offered any turkish tea at the end, but we were charged service charge of 10% from the total bill. Sadly, we won't be coming or ordering any more from Aksular in a future.

Travelled from Wales, not many halal places around so ended up here. Food was average & over priced. The Service was minimum. A lot of Staff standing around watching everyone like a hawk, & could see them laughing about customers & they did add a service charge which we paid. Car park could do with some work, pot holes everywhere

Disappointing Visit to Aksular Restaurant! Our recent experience at Aksular restaurant was far from satisfactory. The service was rather average, and the staff did not display much friendliness. To our dismay, the main restaurant section was inaccessible due to an extended cleaning schedule, confining us to the less desirable front part. While the food did meet expectations, our £88 expenditure for three people left us surprised by the absence of complimentary items such as hummus or Turkish tea. Adding to the frustration was the inclusion of a service charge, seemingly disproportionate to the service quality we received. Paying £88 and not receiving the anticipated level of service or complimentary offerings was disheartening. Regrettably, these shortcomings make it improbable for us to consider revisiting Aksular restaurant in the future. Price: £££

I ordered Lamb Chops and Chips from this restaurant through uber eats. What turned up was chicken wings and doner chicken and chips. When I called and explained my order was incorrect they told me they cannot find the order. Now this was something I regularly ordered from this restaurant and have it delivered. But, I was given the runner round. I will never be using them again. Terrible customer service experience.

It was a wonderful experience. Specially the Lamb. My wife doesn’t eat lamb from any restaurant but even she loved it tenderly and perfectly cooked. Will be back again.

'Aksula' is my first choice when it comes to restaurants in Enfield. I have been going there since 2016. Always happy about the food choices and the menu. I have booked here for a few birthday parties, holy communion and family dinner-out gatherings. I am a pescatarian and I always order sea bass( Fish ) but sadly last few times found the fish was cold and broken and also the cooked vegetables (NOT salad) were cold too. I was a bit disappointed as Aksulas's sea bass menu always has been so nice. I informed about this matter with one of the managers and he said sorry, I hope in future it will NOT happen again. overall nice place nice staff. Good luck !!

Food great Service from the guys was very polite. Dined late afternoon when not busy so this is the reason for 3 star Atmosphere. I have eaten here before and would eat here again.

Ordered food at 5pm through Uber eats. They kept pushing the estimated delivery time until 7pm and then cancelled the order. Ignored me the whole time I asked about the food.
