Al Falah in Leeds

I basically ordered a takeout, made me wait an hour and the staff were incredible rude. They didnt even know how to speak English properly. There was also a delivery guy waiting to pick up food, they made the poor lad wait for so long and were being really hash with him, when he asked why made me wait 10 mins if it wasn’t ready their response was unprofessional, they said cancel the delivery and leave. Why open a business if you can’t handle it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, absolutely poor behaviour.

Este Café Nero necesita ser renovado. El estándar de las sillas, mesas, etc. es una desgracia. Tuvo una llamada renovación parcial hace aproximadamente un año, pero no es bueno. Muchas de las sillas de cuero están rotas, los sofás están sucios, los cojines nunca se levantan y limpian. Tanto el inodoro para discapacitados como el de señoras están sucios. Especialmente el piso. Como empresa Caffè Nero necesita resolver esto lo antes posible. Es una pena porque el personal es encantador y el café es bueno, sin embargo, el estándar de limpieza es muy pobre. Servilletas de papel tiradas al suelo y el personal NO las recoge, ¿por qué es esto?

I uses Ibis when I just need a basic clean comfortable 1-2 night stay in a city. But in this hotel, at least in my room, that standard has fallen. Shower was leaking, toilet seat was loose, curtains were dirty with stains, so was the kettle. It is just lack of care and attention.

the food is always spot on, exactly how i like it! Skye, Antonio and Lynn always have such a welcoming smile, their customer service is great! 10/10 i would highly recommend!!

Nice food at reasonable prices. I can recommend the crispy chilli beef chicken.
