I recently visited ALMAIDAH Buffet Restaurant and had a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful decor and a comfortable layout that set the tone for a memorable meal. The selection of dishes was outstanding—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. ALMAIDAH offers an impressive variety, from traditional and continental favorites to unique options, each prepared with quality ingredients and attention to detail. The service was equally impressive. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to any requests, yet managed to keep the experience relaxed without being overly attentive. They checked in just enough to ensure we had everything we needed, and our plates were cleared promptly without us feeling rushed. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and warmth, especially in a buffet setting, and it made the experience feel special and hassle-free. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy yet refined, with lighting and decor that made the environment perfect for families, friends, and even business gatherings. Cleanliness was clearly a priority as well, with food stations and dining areas meticulously maintained. Considering the quality of food, variety, and service, the pricing is very reasonable, offering fantastic value for money. It was our first time today at Al-Maidah and we are glad that we didn't miss it. Great ambience, perfect service and management, cooperative staff, and food was good too. A few things need to be better in food like seekh kebab. Overall it was awesome!

£22 for all you can eat of amazing food and you get 90 minutes and I've never made it past 60 minutes. Better to arrive early or book for bigger groups.

The food was very good and tasty the staff were extremely friendly helpful and kind the portions of food they gave us was very generous i really enjoyed my time there but if i had to give some negative feedback I’d say that the jelly you gave us for desert was really hard so please with all love and respect soften your jelly. But overall i would definitely recommend to go here it was truly a blessing thank you al maidah.

Amazing all round. 5 star food and service well looked after especially by simran and saman. Who were great and helped a blind couple who came in the group with us. Really nice of them. Also their management were approachable and helpful. I love going here.

Went in on Christmas Eve. Had a lovely night with amazing food and fantastic service. Roma was a delightful waitress who gave us the best service. She was attentive, listened to feedback and passed it on to the kitchen. Amazing experience. Best buffet in the country.

Alhamdulilah absolutely loved it, probably the best buffet in the UK. Everything was on point.

Food was amazing but service was even better from sister Farah, provided us with whatever we asked for.

From the moment we stepped through the door, it was a 5/5 experience. We ate around 5:45pm. The restaurant was relatively quiet, we were made to feel extremely welcome the staff were so attentive and extremely polite. The food was excellent and so well priced. I would highly recommend Al Maidah, we will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff for a great evening.

Our table was reserved and available, as promised, the waitress was polite and it's pay before you eat system which I can understand and is clearly displayed. The drinks are actually good value compared to other buffets, the food was fresh, full of flavour, just the right amount of spice. 2 things that weren't so good were some of the staff cooking food, it felt like you were annoying them by asking for a lamb chop or a simple question, think thier might have been a language barrier, also the tables could be spaced out abit more. Overall I would say a million times better then nawaab on Stockport road. Would go again.

I've been visiting over 10 years now and can honestly say Al Maidah is one my favourite venues, its stunning - every little detail is paid attention to inorder to make it perfect for the bride and groom, along with their guests. I absolutely love the new stage and decor. The food is amazing, staff are friendly and accommodating along with the manager. I would definitely recommend this venues for all kinds of occasions.

I have Been afew times before the food was good or ok but the last time we as family went the food was shocking bad. Having spoken to the people who work their we got to the truth in the end if you go on a week day most dishes are old from a day or two apart from some starters like chapli sheek chicken tikka etc. All mains are old also some starters are old. So disappointed

Ten out of ten for food and hospitality in all manners, Yesterday at Almaidah, the food is best in town, Everything is great especially Lamb Nehari, Paya and lamb chops. Best food within reasonable Price. I love to visit again and again in Sha Allah every week.

Feedback for Al-Maida Restaurant, Manchester I recently visited Al-Maida for their buffet, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Here's my honest review: 1. Limited Buffet Options: The variety of dishes was quite limited for a buffet, especially given the price point, which is almost the same as MyLahore or Nawab. However, it doesn’t come close in terms of value or quality. 2. Taste & Quality: Chinese food: The vegetable rice barely had any vegetables, and there was no sign of a proper shashlik. The sweet sauce they provided was below standard. Desserts: The kheer was completely tasteless and lacked any richness. Other items: Doughnuts and haleem were decent, but nothing extraordinary. 3. Poor Replenishment: By 9:30 PM on a Sunday, a lot of the food had already run out, which was disappointing considering it was still within the dinner service hours. Overall, the food deserves a rating of 1/5. While the doughnuts and haleem were passable, the limited variety, average taste, and poor management of food made this visit far from worth the price. Definitely expected better.

Me and my family went to have a birthday meal it was my sons bday so we came here to eat we payed £125 for 4 adults and 2 children we were all so disappointed because all the starters were cold like they have just taken out of the fridge on the plates had to return the lamb chops they were frozen so the guy just reheated the lamb chops so they were even harder to eat DONT KNOW HOW MANY TIMES THEY HAD REHAETED THE LAMB CHOPS SO WE HAD TO RETURN AGAIN THEY DID NOT ASK WHY RETURN LIKE THEY ARE NOT BOTHERD ALL STARTERS WERE COLD LIKE OUT OF THE FREEZER NOTHING WAS NICE WASTE OF MONEY I WOULD RECOMMED NO ONE TO GO THERE FAMILY OR FRIENDS NEVER AGAIN I GOING THERE WASTE OF MONEY 😡😡😡

Avoid at all costs. Extremely compact place. Food all cold and dripping from pots. Food looks like cooked days ago. Tasting standard and some below standard. Nothing Special. Environment really stuffy and unhygienic. Nothing special a canteen will be better than this. Over priced and an environment which you will not enjoy. Will not go again and do not recommend at all avoid if you can

Food was good. I liked the fish masala and chapal kebab especially. Service wasn’t the best. Our waiter didn’t know what planet he was on. The wannabee bouncer outside told my 7 year old sister in law who weighs like 3 stone to move away from one of the bollards because he was scared it was gonna fall down. Make it make sense.

Everything was fine , 2 things were a bit unique we need to pay upfront, and a 90 minute table limit policy on Friday and weekends. I can understand why, but this may put off certain diners. If we want to order some more drinks while eating do we need to go pay and continue eating? This isn't convenient
