Ala Pizza in Newham

My friend got food posisoning because of this, NEVER COME HERE! My friend was sick and her whole body was hurting and she felt VERY sick for a days and she had to go to the hospital. This is horrible! the staff is horrible and very sketchy too.

We ordered 15 inch and 112 inch pizzas from Ala Pizza at 7 o’clock in the evening. We had guests this evening for meal and we were hoping to eat this lovely pizza at 8 pm. Had the delivery time given to us was between 730 and 745. At 8:15. We call the Ala Pizza after waiting for 15 minutes for somebody to answer the phone. The person answering the phone hung up before we finish the conversation. After trying again we managed to speak to someone who didn’t apologise and simply said online order have not processed yet and promised that he will get it delivered within the next 15 minutes. Considering bike ride from the shop to our address is about 20 minutes so we knew that you was lying, no way they could’ve delivered delivered it in 15 minutes. It eventually arrived at 9:30 , 2 1/2 hours after the order. It was terrible , the base was raw and the topping was burnt as if they have rushed the pizza through the oven and the whole thing was so soggy and disgusting we had to bin the whole thing. Our guest had left at 8 o’clock without having any meal whatsoever, this is the last time we will order a pizza from Ala Pizza. This service is terrible and the quality of food is absolutely dreadful. They used to be good at one time but no longer. I think we will stick to our regular Pizza Hut. this evening, we will have to make do with the chicken and chips from our trusted local shop.

I don't know where to start The owner is the rudest man I have ever met in my life. Not only does he bully his staff right in front of customers. Many times I gave encountered him shouting rudely to customers too I have been going for years to them solely because the food is nice and try to avoid going when the owner is there Today I placed an order for collection. And was 20mins late to pick it up. Instead of him being apologetic. He shouted at me. A woman. Alone. And said "I've sold your food to someone else. What time did you say you would get here and what time is it now. U can take half the food now" I was shocked. No, sorry we had to sell, or please wait 10mins we will get you another. I had never been at the receiving end of his treatment. I walked out. At least 20 more takeaways available all within 20mins walk. I will never visit ala pizza again!

The worst pizza I had in my life.It was cold and soggy and tasted awful never again this was just bad

As I am a local and always have been a regular loyal customer even with many bad experiences with Ala Pizza I’ve still went back and preferred to order from here since it is a local business that I’d like to support. However today I’ve come to a decision that I no longer will be ordering from Ala Pizza again! Always and I mean ALWAYS forgetting items from the order which makes me having to call them up and they do not even care on the phone. They would leave me on the line and play pass the parcel with each worker and at the end, they do not even help or make up for their mistakes! They do not send out the missing order items and keep the money! Their customer service is TERRIBLE. Their food quality has going down the drain! I have no idea how they are getting any business tbh. They really need to fix themselves up. The amount of money that I’ve lost over the years from ordering with Ala Pizza. So be aware. They always mess up orders.

Ordered grilled chicken ( full and half) and pizza , grilled chicken was not marinated was not grilled properly only India spice “masala” was spread on the burnt Chicken , pizza was like topping on bread. Don’t even think even if you are in hurry find alternative .

Your staff have no manners and they don’t know how talk to with Costomer . I pay by Dabit card and one of staff said do contactless I did but other staff asked me show your mobile bank account, this transaction is going threw or not . They trite me like a thief . One burger and one pizza they took 45 min and they serve me wrong pizza .

Terrible service. Sent me the wrong pizza and then refused point blank to exchange or refund because I had taken a bite by the time they noticed

Please improve your service. You are a great example of how not to treat customers. Please invest time and money to train your staff.

I was so annoyed that the pizza we ordered was made from old dough, I regularly buy pizza from here, but never again. The toppings weren’t even cooked through and the crust was so hard I could instantly tell it wasn’t fresh. I find it so despicable that these restaurant can just cheat people,

Pizza is good as always but chicken was realy hard, over done. Lamb donner was ok too Naans have changed too.

We ordered pizzas and grill wings noodles all the dishes are above average but wings are good overall not bad.

The food is good and tasty. Doner mix is very tasty. Hygiene needs to improve. They're usually quite busy and order tends to take long.

I have ordered food from there for god knows how many times. I live in flat in first floor. The driver came downstairs and asked me to come pick up the food. I told him to come inside but he wouldn’t because he goes apparently he can’t get through to dial my number. There’s a security guard sitting along side the door. I told him to ask the the security guard to let him in, he was like it’s not his responsibility to come upstairs. So he was like if you don’t come collect the food then I’m leaving. Disgusting behavior, absolutely disgusting considering I’ve been a customer for over 5 years.

Giving 3 star only for pizza, for service should get 0,every time going to place the for collection, need to beg for their attention, working plenty people but I think they are confused by their section. Every one is here and there, middle of taking order, pick up the phone. Dealing with another customer.

took over a hour to arrive and was all cold, everything was bland with no spice even though i specifically requested it to be very spicy, gave me 1 small chili pot instead. the naans and kebabs taste like they were taken out the freezer

Do not order from here. They take your money and send you wrong orders every time. When you make a complaint they say they will speak to the boss. Everytime I order they forget something. When you order a donner Pizza they put one or 2 donner on the pizza today we recieved a pizza 11.30pm the Base all Burnt donner burnt and the guy on the phone says to me he checked it but not willing to send someone to recheck it. The behaviour of this place is disgraceful because they think they have there customers they think they can run a business by robbing customers money and not sending what's been ordered. Watch this space investigation has started and will be reported to the newspapers. Disgraceful behaviour from the staff.

Pizza at its best for a very reasonable price. Came here at 11pm, order is readyin 10min and service is fantastic. Would definitely order pizza from here.

Firstly pizza was delivered to me after 1 hours 45 minutes when I refuse to take it ( Yousif from Upton lane branch) threatened me to pay money to the delivery boy and take the pizza forcefully but I refuse to take it cuz I place my order at 10:30pm and they delivery to me at 12:45 am . Which I refuse to take but on phone Yousif from Ala ( gangster pizza ) threatened me to pay money and take the pizza. They really need to change the name of pizza shop.

food came cold, staff unhelpful on the phone no customer service, rice came not cooked, chicken was average next time ill go nandos or pizza hut instead

If you are a pizza lover then this is a best place in forestgate area.but their staff need to be a bit more helpful and responsive.

Used to be good service and fast now its just burnt food waitng for a lifetime for food and no apologys for wait Seem not bothered

The food is value for money the pizza's could be better but not bad for the prices but the grilled chicken has good taste
