The best restaurant in London. Delicious pasta cooked fresh and not pre-cooked, they cook it better than restaurants in Italy. Very good pizza, top service in a warm and comfortable environment. Italians go to Albertini when you are in London

Visited Albertini on a Friday night with a friend, and it was a pleasant experience. I recommend making a reservation as it was quite busy. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. The food was enjoyable. We shared a vegetable plate starter that was well-cooked and a pizza that was tasty. For dessert, the tiramisu wasn’t to my taste, but the chocolate soufflé was a highlight and very satisfying. Overall, a good spot for a casual meal with friendly service and decent food. Worth a visit!

Lovely dinner here. Would recommend the calf liver! Food service was speedy and prompt, automatic gratuity was 12.5% and pizzas started around £13. Staff was a bit too eager asking if we were ready to order, but that's really me nitpicking.

I learned to cook in a very high quality Italian restaurant in Yorkshire, years ago. What made that restaurant good is what makes this one good. Fresh, high quality ingredients, traditional family recipes, nothing pretentious, flavour to the max...!! Honestly one of the best Italian kitchens in London! Nothing wrong, everything right. Will return here again and again...

A la llegada a las 6. A las 20h encontramos este restaurante muy ocupado y acogedor. Las mesas son bastante pequeñas y muy cerca, pero el ambiente era muy agradable. Un entrante compartido de bruschetta bufalo (£ 9 . 50 ) era bueno aunque los tomates podrían haber sido un poco más dulces. Nuestra pizza calzone (£ 14. 90 ) estaba de pie con un montón de relleno y una corteza sabrosa. Un pastel de queso madagacano (£ 6. 60 ) terminó una muy buena comida. Serice era rápido y professioanal en todo momento. Nos pareció que el Albertini era excelente relación calidad-precio y una ubicación perfecta cerca de los principales sementales de Euston, calle Pancras y Kings Cross.

A lovely restaurant, with a nice vibe. Food was perfect! Husband had to go to Moorfields, and I decided to go to the British library to do a little work. We wanted lunch after his appointment, so I looked at Tripadvisor to see what was local. I took a stroll around the area and found Charlton Street. What a lovely street. Metres from the hustle of Euston Road was this lovely street, full of eateries and a little market. Liked the look of Albertini, so in we went. What a find. The food was super, prices more of less what I would expect. The staff were super, very attentive, and pleasant.we ordered the bruschetta, calves liver and a panacotta. Well! Beautifully presented and so very tasty. A glass of Prosecco to start was just the trick. I wish we had this restaurant in Watford. We will definitely return!

Incredibly slow service and I had to chase and remind them of our water order a number of times. Food was quite dry and disappointing. Albertini was the most reliable Italian restaurant in the region a couple of years ago, but the last 3 times we went there it was a mistake. Never again

Cute and cozy restaurant with great food

One of the worst carbonaras I've ever had. I'm certain they used uncooked bacon. It definitely wasn't guanciale. Service was great, I can say that at least.

Everything was perfect! The steak, tagliatelle and pizza were excellent! The tiramisu cookies wanted a little less dipping in the coffee.

This was a wonderful dinner location while staying at the St Pancras Hotel in London. The owner was so accommodating and helpful when we needed to sit in a spot away from a loud table. He was attentive and thoughtful throughout our dinner experience.

The place really impressed. I went since I was in the neighbourhood on a Saturday evening and I might have taken one of the last tables. Ordered albertini parmigiana and calzone. My companion did get the liver dish (which he really liked). I can't recommend it enough. Parmigiana was good but calzone really shined. The dough was very tasty but the filling was so nicely balanced ah. I am already thinking about when I can visit next. To finish the meal we had the tiramisu which was handmade and yeah. My companion really liked it. I also thought it was pretty good though I generally dislike the dish. I honestly have nothing negative to say about the place. Really nice, friendly atmosphere and the staff do seem to care about the place and the guests. I'll surely visit again.

So many lovely sounding choices it was hard to decide what to have. The food was fabulous and enjoyed by all, kids, parents and grandparents. Service was quick and staff were very helpful. We will definitely come back.

Early lunch with friends this restaurants is tucked away and a good find when near Euston

The one star is for the pudding (the other 4 stars are for the AI that hides low scores), the pizza was under cooked and 4 cheese more one and a half - mostly blue cheese as for force charging service charge.. Well you would not have received a tip because the service was appalling - Wetherspoons offers better by miles and at a quarter of the price, you should try it sometime soon!

Ce petit resto est une magnifique découverte. Nous y sommes allés à deux reprises sur un sejour de 4 jours. Nos enfants de 9 et 12 ans ont partagé une pizza margherita qu'ils ont dévorée. Very popular restaurant just a short distance walk from both St Pancreas and Euston stations. Service is attentive and (for London) prices are reasonable. Menu is okay without being too adventurous. You could do a lot worse in this part of London.

Lovely from start to finish. Friendly staff give prompt but not intrusive service. Fresh pasta and delicious dessert. You can see the team really care about the restaurant and the quality of their dining experience. I haven't had a many meals that were this good.

What a relief to eat authentic Italian food. This one happens to be in London. The staff are great and the food very good. The Italian waiter pays undivided attention to the guest and does not miss a beat. Gives advice and tips and is super friendly, the owner is also Italian and very nice - in short, an absolute must in London

We had the best meal! The location was perfect, quiet but a lovely atmosphere. The food was amazing. I had the ravioli which was simply delicious. My husband had the rib eye which was superb, the char on the steak was so good and the peppercorn sauce was outstanding. The tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had. One of the best Italian restaurants in the area we had an enjoyable lunch on a sunny Saturday. I have been to this restaurant many times - though not recently- so it was nice to go back. We had a shared starter of pizza bread with tomato followed by mains of seafood pasta and the calves liver. Both mains were very good though my sister would have preferred the calves liver without it being flattened. A minor point. We enjoyed a decent bottle of chianti and a couple of coffees. Service was friendly and professional. The damage for 2 including service £105. For this standard of cooking good value - do go - you can book online.

This restaurant is a gem. The welcome is good, the service is as good as it gets and the food and its presentation is excellent. Thanks to the chef and all the staff for making our meal with you memorable. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in London.

Food is delicious, but watch out fie the infated gratuity ....however they politely removed it when asked and we were able to pay what we could afford or felt reasonable given the price of the food...which I stress... was very tasty

Found this restaurant on Google maps and so glad I stopped in! I was seated at a table quickly, had my food quickly, but was not rushed. Table service was excellent. The staff were friendly. The food was delicious! I was only sorry I didn’t have room for dessert.

There are plenty of Italian places that have better carbonara for the same price.

We have dined at this restaurant a couple of times over the years. Our last reservation really came as a big disappointment, no less than 1 minute after we finished our horrifying tiramisu and coffee (which was made wrongly) the table was cleaned clumsily and we were offered bills without even asking. Obviously it was for the queue outside but I'm not sure we deserved such rude service - we did book a table for this duration of time.

Good food but pasta for one took 50 minutes at 6pm on a Wednesday. Owner says it was because it was gluten free. It takes 50 minutes to make gluten free pasta? Impossible. I would not have left a negative review but the excuse was silly.

Went to London for tour and tried albertini, might be the best risotto I've tried ever! The pizza pasta was all very yummy too. Love the ambience, the service was perfect even if the restaurants filled up.

Table service is so bad. I ordered white pasta with red sauce. There was no explanation. After paying, I hoped for a glass of water.

MAINS Ordered: Tagliatelle Tartufo 5/5, Porcini Risotto Tartufo 5/5 Both were insanely good, probably since it is run by an authentic Italian family. Having been to Rome recently, I can happily say that this was the best Italian meal I’ve had. The risotto was cooked to perfection (which is quite a feat), and the pasta was delicious and not too oily. The portions were great. DESERT Ordered: Panna Cotta 5/5, Affogato 5/5 Panna cotta was creamy, authentic and sublime- could practically taste the vanilla. Presentation was great. Affogato was wonderful. Great coffe and expresso, delicious vanilla gelato. I would 100% recommend.

The products are good but the quantities need to be reviewed in relation to the price. The prosceco of the Spritz is more than diluted, the special Albertini is a scam...so very salty addition!

Great traditional Italian restaurant

Today 26/06/2024 I came for dinner with my partner at 6pm, was treat like rubbish when it came to payment. I was forced to pay service charge which it is clearly stated as optional in the UK and is not a requirement. The waiter forced something additional for service charge which was slow and the waiter was down right rude. There is no manager and it just chaos management. Also I requested additional pepper which the waiter done one splash and disappeared I mean I am paying money for food and pepper hardly costs less than 20p. Ridiculous. The total bill came to £67.20 and I didn't feel the service provided was good, as I was celebrating my partner's birthday which I mentioned as part of the booking but no notes were looked at.

Very pleasant and busy Italian restaurant that feels like a neighborhood favorite, fish done just right and pasta property al dente, all thoughtfully seasoned too. Not overpriced for this expensive city and a great and friendly place to hang out. It's in a great location, between Euston and St. Pancras, on a cool side street. It's wheelchair accessible but the purported handicapped stall has no grab bars. We have no other complaints and will be going back.

A classic, relaxed Italian restaurant. Our pizzas were authentically Italian, much like the antipasto. Simple yet delightful, with fresh ingredients that were prepared and cooked to perfection. The wine list was also impressive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We'll definitely return, and given that they've been established since 2006, we're confident they'll still be around.

Beautiful food and great service. Walked in later in the evening with 12 people and no booking... They shuffled tables around and were more than happy to accommodate. Staff were excellent and some of the best food we have experienced and out of the 12 people, every dish was perfect. Highly recommend.

Dined in Albertini last night, and the experience was, shall we say, rather underwhelming. We ordered risotto, spaghetti and pizza, three portions in total, only to be served what seemed like tapas-sized dishes. To our bemusement, the tables around us had far more generous portions. When we queried this with our waiter, she explained that because we were sharing, our portions were reduced so we wouldn’t be overwhelmed. Splendid logic, if only we weren’t three people ordering three separate meals! It’s a bit like ordering three pints at the pub and being given three half-pints to ensure we “don’t drink too much.” This level of service and reasoning left us feeling somewhat short-changed. We sincerely hope the restaurant reconsiders this approach to portion control, lest other patrons find themselves similarly perplexed and peckish.

We are very used to the menu selection at Da Rocchia near our home so it was good to have the different choices on the Albertini menu. We opted for a bottle of Chianti and tap water with the sharing Burrata platter, which we really enjoyed and both thought the tapenade was superb. I had the Pollo dello Chef - chicken in a creamy mustardy mushroom sauce with vegetables, whilst L had Linguine Frutti de Mare. Both excellent choices. We don't normally have desserts but L pointed out the cannolo on the menu so I had to have that whilst she asked just 2 scoops of the lemon sorbet. The Chianti was also very good. The staff were professional and made no mistakes which can sometimes happen when busy. All in all, it was a delightful meal and experience..

**WARNING: THIS RESTAURANT HAS ISLAMOPHOBIC WORKERS AND THEY DO NOT WELCOME MUSLIM CUSTOMERS** This review is not about the food quality itself, but about the customer service. Me and my friends intended to go to this restaurant because the rating seemed good and the food pictures looked appealing. We were unsure if the food was labelled as halal but we just needed clarification. So we decided to call in to double check that this was the case. A lady answered the phone and I asked the question of if the food was halal to which she replied with "what's halal", which is quite frankly embarassing for someone that works in food to not know what that is. Then she said "oh you are one of those *Muslims*?" In a very degrading tone of voice and she further went on to say "if you're a Muslim, then you should eat somewhere else because us Italians do not like you". I think this is extremely dehumanising and honestly disgusting to treat people like this and to directly tell me you do not like me because of my faith, I felt extremely unwelcome and that lady is giving me the impression that this restaurant happily discriminates against its customers and that they would actively ruin the experience of their Muslim customers with a smile on their face. Maybe that one individual lady on the phone was racist but it's a reflection on the restaurant itself and I would highly advise that all Muslims go elsewhere as we are not welcome. I have been to several restaurants and never have I been treated with such disrespect before even entering the restaurant. It is appauling and anyone that still holds beliefs like this should not be serving the public as they do not welcome the public as a whole. If this is the views of the restaurant then I urge people to go elsewhere as this conversation disgusted me and made me avoid this place and I will never step foot here. Customers should be given respect, we are no longer in the 1950s anymore, I came to your restaurant to eat food, I should not have the feeling of being unwanted.

Friendly place with good food and great service with outdoor seating if weather permits. Staff are great; food options to suit everyone. Highly recommend.

What a great place this is. Would recommend booking as it was almost full early on a Thursday evening but managed to find us a table. Had Gorgonzola spaghetti with prawns which was divine. Husband had Carbonara which he said was nice. 2 glasses of wine, a large beer, olives/bread and two mains came in at under £80. Great and attentive staff. Run very efficiently. An absolute joy! Highly recommended.

We popped in here as we were waiting for our train at Kings Cross. I only wish we could have spent longer in the restaurant. We shared a Pizza which was delicious and a Salad. The Menu looked so good, as did the other Diners dishes. When next in London, we have made a note to revisit. The staff were superb, prices are very fair and the whole place exudes a lovely Italian vibe. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you are staying at the Pullman Hotel next door, it is the perfect place for supper. Thankyou Albertini.
