Went for a portion of chipsíu rut. Got and charged a large portion. That's not what I asked for. I complained and got a 'normal' portion with a refund of the difference in price However the portion size was not generous, the service was nothing fantastic at ALI'S is nothing different from anywhere else Would I go again - No reason to, as there are better value and better service establishments

Below standard fish and chips, wouldn't buy again. Also..... Why are the mushy peas bright green!? I didn't have them as I was so surprised by the weird colour. I did taste them and they were watery and bland.

You get what you pay for...it is decent food, with good service. Cheap, and good value for money. Chips are proper chips!

Ali's fish and chips serve a range of Asian dishes as well as very good (and generous portion) of Fish and freshly fried chips. They do peas too, and salads, halal hot dogs, etc. and cold cans of pop. Very reasonable prices and quick service. They do not deliver as far as I know, but where planning to incorporate this service in the immediate area.

Outstanding. Beautifully cooked meat, fresh salad and lovely garlic bread. Five stars doesn't seem enough for this fantastic takeaway.

This was our go-to curry place, but over the last few weeks, quality and taste have dipped. We have tried most of the Chefs Specials and always found them to be tasty with depth of flavour and completely different from each other, but several weeks ago, things changed. As we have always enjoyed the food we gave the place, 3 goes to see if things improved. Sadly, they have not. The final straw came at the weekend. We ordered a chicken tikka achari, and what we got was nothing like what we've had before. No pickle flavour, and to top it off, apart from the chicken pieces, there was nothing else apart from sauce. Sorry, but ee will not be returning. Such a shame.
