A fantastic place to dine! The food was fresh and delicious, the portions were satisfying, and the staff’s kindness made the experience even more memorable.

Delivered within 30 mins in a storm. Felt terrible ordering in the storm and even worse when Uber eats wouldn’t let me add a tip!! Yummy food thanks.

Always brilliant tasty hot food. When I have asked for substitutions they have always accommodated. Always early, never have to wait the full hour even on weekends. Tasty tasty food!

Thought there was a delivery, maybe you can add this as an option. The food was delicious and plenty, I could of ordered a set meal for one which would of done both me and my husband.

the starter, rice and Keema Naan was absolutely amazing very tasty however the chicken tikka Dansak was inedible due to the fact it was way too hot.. now I love a Dansak and have them all the time but this one burnt my lips, tongue and throat and I only had 3 mouthfuls. my lips puffed up due to the sheer heat of it and I am now suffering today.. takeaway is highly recommended but you need to make food that is edible

King prawn where just tiny prawns the curry was horrible. The green salad was full of frozen peas. Never again

Chicken tikka masala recipe has changed

Meal was amazing 👌 we ordered the seven day a week deal, with extra rice and chips, for three of us, there is still enough left for another meal, everything was cooked to perfection, hot and fresh. Once again Ali’s Balti didn’t let us down. The best Indian takeaway around. Delicious thank you.

ordered onion bajhi's they were missing, no salad or sauce either. chips were missing. all I got was mixed tandoori & a curry sauce. totally disappointed

Prices are crazy, the curry is terrible hardly any meat over priced definitely wouldnt recommend anyone ordering from them, they eat while cooking wear no gloves while handling food it's bad. Be careful people

Missing item, spent 50 pound had it delivered for him to ask me to go and get the missing item about 15 mins away. Wouldnt bring it out because they were busy. Kids in bed so a very unhelpful comment. Won't be giving my custom again.

This indian is worst Indian I've ever experienced, used to be lovely but as of tonight sending wrong order after telling them daughter was allergic to rice with nut additives also totally different order to be told we will send your order then after an hour asking were order was to here a Indian tell us to talk to the English man and shout in back ground your liars ha ha and customers always right? no more worked as a chef for 30 years run kitchens so bit of advice avoid at all odds disgusting place and kitchens need a good clean I've heard since speaking to someone tonight over issue think trading standards need to pay a visit to many rubbish takeaways taking money off decent folk with no explanation disgusting

Do not buy from this restaurant, never sent the correct order and refused a re delivery or refund, the man on the phone was very rude and put the phone down on me. I ordered £70 worth of food as well for a nursing home.

Do not order. Called staff after and they were extremely rude and put the phone down refusing to resolve the issue. One of the main items didn’t arrive at all and the other wasn’t what I ordered I paid £9.50 for what was just sauce… nothing in it. Order also took a ridiculously long time to arrive. What did arrive was absolutely disgusting and tasted like cold slimy slop.

very disappointed I ordered my meal just after 8pm and it arrived at 10pm. my starter was missing, the chips were Luke warm and floppy. the Curry's were also just warm. far to late, missing a starter I paid for, had to put it in the bin. we couldn't eat it. I called the restaurant twice and got no answer. I have asked for a refund because I've got nothing to eat.

Absolutely shocking ! Food cold,missing items and told to come and collect what was missing ! No flavour food bland.

Cold chips, burnt naan. Stale poppadoms, missing chutney. Tried to ring restaurant for delivery updates, BT answering service. Order delivery time, was over an hour after ordering, order received an hour after delivery time. Totalling 2 hours. Very, very poor, not a restaurant I'll be ordering again from. Go somewhere else, otherwise you'll be disappointed. You've been warned.

Ordered chicken tikka curry and paid extra for it being tikka instead of plain chicken, food was lukewarm and only 3 small pieces of chicken in the whole meal. Not good quality and not worth the money.

I dont actually wanna even leave 1 star. Waited 2 and a half hours fpr my food, absolutely starving and it was absolutely disgusting. Didn't get rhe curry sauce I asked for and the rest got binned as inedible. Only ate poppadoms and chutney and still hungry. Been going here for years and I can honestly say I'm never gonna order from here again. No need at all. May aswell hav just sent me a bottle of oil and a spoonful of curry powder. Disgusting!!!!!!🤢🤢

Saag paneer, veg paratha and veg samosa were delicious. But the veg masala and mango chutney were awful. The masala was toxic pink and sugary, the chutney was not chutney and more like mustard. So it was a mixed bag. I would definitely order the saag paneer again.

I had the phal n it was relatively hot. Chicken was tender. I was unsure about the mango chutney Coz it was red. However, it tasted really nice. Garlic naan was the nicest iv had in awhile. Deffo order from here again & would recommend this place 👌

I was charged double price for the two curries, the restaurant phoned me to say they would send two lots of both the curries, there was no option for a refund. When the food came it was a they were hot curries and not medium like we ordered. One was a veg curry which contained loads of uncooked tomatoes and sweetcorn, Hardly a substitute for meat as the tomatoes would have already been part of the curry

Wrong curry sent to me twice waited over 2 hours ordered a mild tikka got a vindaloo had to wait for a replacement and still they sent me a korma which isn't what I ordered everything stone cold by then never again!!!!

Had an update to say food on the way. After 15 mins tried calling. Line constantly busy. Used Just Eat to text the restaurant for an update. They apologised and gave a delivery time update. 45 mins late food arrived. To be fair it was delicious. I'd collect next time though

Wow just found my new Indian take out ! Food got delivered nice and hot, we only waited 30 minutes for delivery on a Saturday night ! Delivery driver was nice and polite also ! Very generous portion sizes, generous meat servings in the curries and the food was very tasty ! Will definitely be ordering from here again !

Ordered food at 5:30pm. Food didn't arrive then got an update from ubereats saying no later than 7:30pm. This came and went. Managed to get hold of someone in the restaurant and they hadn't even made the order. My food hadn't even been sent out. I was told it will take another 30 minutes. I cancelled the order. Would never order from here again.

I think that this place is operating as Ali’s on JustEat. If that is not the case, please ignore what follows. We have ordered from them several times and have never been disappointed. Their Tandoori Chicken is top notch, as are their Rogan Josh and Biryanis. Prices very reasonable and delivery always on time and cheery. We will be ordering again soon!

OVERCHARGED BY 7 pound !!! Ordered food at 7:20 I didn’t get the food until 10 to 9. When I called the shop at 8 o’clock after them telling us it would be here in 45 minutes no man continue to tell me it was on its way and will be five minutes no later which was a lie. The food can you on the chips were rockhard and not fresh at all. Eating dinner trying to forget about the disgusting service and not very nice food to find a long black hair came free with the meal wrapped up in the chicken. Absolutely appalling and the poor driver didn’t know what to say you could tell he gets it a lot !

I ordered the food online over 2 hours ago (time of review is 9:46pm) the approximate time of delivery was between 8:20 and 8:40. I was told at 8:31pm the food would leave the resteraunt for delivery in 5-10 minutes. since it was over an hour late I called the resteraunt 72 times to check on the location of my food and was left with line busy and told to redial. bare in mind this was 72 redials within half an hour to see if they had gotten off the phone. I would definitely not recommend, honestly the customer service and overall situation was disgraceful. Will NEVER order from here again.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. The two currys (madras and bhuna) were just the base gravy with one with a sprinkle of corriander on it. Was greasey as hell. Even the poppadom was greasey. All the dips were watery. I had waited so long and was so hungry i tried to eat it but had to throw most of it away. Within an hour i was throwing up becouse of the grease. Terrible place and never again

Discovered this curry house during lock down and glad we did Ordered chicken pathia twice now from here both have been the same compared to other curry houses which vary .amazing taste. onion chutney great and the garlic bread really nice would recommend good value for money too
