Terrible customer service, waste of food from their end. Rude people. Food isn’t that great and the sarcastic workers add to the poor review

Ordered two kebabs with chips and jacket potato, everything was terrible, old potato over cooked chips stale pitta with tuff chicken.

Will be avoiding this place from now on! Ordered over the phone for delivery, arrived with things missing! Rang them and they said missing items would be sent which never arrived, phoned again to be told we would be refunded which also never arrived!!! Don't even get me started on the dodgy guts we had later in the evening! AVOID AVOID if you value honesty and your health!

Ordered a takeaway for 4 people, plus large chips and gave 5% tip, chips didn’t arrive, said would resend then said would refund back to card, not done that either, if it’s not in my account along with the 5% tip that I’m retracting I will be getting in touch, my son and daughter in law also had bad guts, avoid this place like the plague

Ordered on phone for delivery. Arrived with chips missing. Phoned up was told would be straight up with them never turned up. Rang again told money would be put back on card didn’t happen. Son also had very bad stomach later. Would not recommend

If only there was an option to score zero. This place is the pits. And your bathroom will be too. If you want your whole household fighting over the toilet due to the food poisoning you'll inevitably recieve from their one star establishment, then this is the place for you. That is also reliant on you receiving everything you ordered, which we didn't. We phoned them to say items were missing, they said they were on their way but an hour later still no sign. Phoned again and they said they refunded us, but shock-horror dearest reader, no refund was ever received. And we stupidly tipped them. Never will be returning here again. Of which, my digestive system thanks me deeply.

Ordered 4 meals plus large chips on line also gave 5% tip, cost just short of £50, chips didn’t arrive, we rang up they said they would send them up, didn’t arrive! Rang again they said they would refund back to card, it hasn’t been refunded, if it doesn’t go back in, along with the tip I’m now retracting, in the next couple of days I will be doing a further review, also my son and daughter in law had dodgy stomachs. Will never use this car crash of a place again (4 customers now gone) DO NOT USE EVER

the food was nice and the portions were big enough. we ordered pizza with extra mushrooms, and when we went back because the mushrooms weren't on the pizza we were offered two drinks instead. didn't have to wait long either.

Absolutely awful, driver couldn't find our house despite us being on the main road. He then blaimed me and said i gave the wrong address!! Obviously I wanted to pay for an order and send it somewhere else. Needless to say the food arrived stone cold after me standing outside for 20mins trying to find the driver. When I called him he said stop calling me I'm trying to get an Internet signal. What a diabolical service, called the shop and they wasn't interested, won't be going there again that's for sure

£2.50 for a small yazoo? Are you actually serious? The food is good from this place but I'm proper pissed that you ripped us off by charging £2.50 for a small yazoo. That I'd taking the piss.

I went In other night and specifically told them I've not had a decent kebab since living in Devon .. I said make me your best special mixed kebab possible..it had to be the worst food I've ever had it looked like something a dog had left and no one picked it up . I threw it away it was that bad . I do have a pic of it bit don't know how to share it Please do not go here it's terrible

Pizza was tasty. Kebab was pretty standard. Could do with having a larger pitta, coleslaw and more salad. The sweet chilli sauce was nice though.

The whole order was cold. Stone cold. The doner wrap the meat was so dry and burnt and a ridiculous amount of coleslaw and salad that it just collapsed. The chips again were cold and a pile of melted cheese in the bottom not even on the chips. The curry sauce tasted like water with lumps of powder clumped at the bottom. I have requested a refund it was that awful and it went in the bin. :(

Delivery was at the last est min which meant food was cold, not for the first time.

Ordered a takeaway with ketchup, it was completely covered in ketchup, inedible, but hey we all make mistakes, I called them and they were so rude to me, I offered to send a photo, they suggested social media so I did.

We have just had the most delicious kebab from Alis, this is a first for me.. chicken shish kebab and my partner had a mixed lamb and doner kebab.. the meat was succulent, and plenty of it, my only thing would be to have a naan bread instead of a pitta, but overall absolutely delicious!!

Unfortunately, I can not place the blame on one particular party here. The pizza appears to have been carried upside down. Instead of pizza, we had mashed potatoes.

Dirty filthy dump. Owner smokes and doesn't wash his hands,food is horrendous and colder than ice cream,how this hole is still open is unbelievable. Avoid unless you want serouis bumwees

No sauce in burger, no salad on kebabs? Kebab meat hard a nails. Only decent thing is the chips. Genuinely let down tonight after an hour and 40 minutes wait. Spent nearly 40 quid on this also. Won’t be returning

Couldn't even chew the lamb was disappointed

Order every week same meal. This week lamb so spicy it’s inedible, they got drink wrong and refused to bring what I ordered. Meal went in bin. Last time ordering from here.

First time ordering, but has put us off ordering again already! Had a message to say it had been delivered… 25 minutes before it actually got delivered, I called 5 minutes after to see if it was on its way as was concerned id had this message when we hadn’t received it, they said it was ‘round the corner’ and it was still another 20 minutes after that. After arriving, 1hr 40 mins after ordering, I opened the chicken kebab packaging to a huge puddle of oil . The “large” donor kebab was the smallest large I have ever seen!

Abysmal… £9.00 for 5 pieces of chicken breast 3 smaller than a chicken nugget!!! Hand full of onion 2 slices of cucumber = Chicken shish kebab with salad !! I only wish there was a option to upload a photo.

Not outstanding food. Quick telephone answering and delivery within 30 minutes. I went for large lamb doner. Loads of kebab meat but slaw did not have mayo. Seemed limited salad and the chilli sauce seemed to be a chilli jam? Fresh salad but it didn’t taste that “lamb” to me? Daughters cheese burger wasn’t great and chips were that awesome. Probably not order again. Prices reasonable and delivery staff polite.

Friendly, clean and great food!

1st visit and last. Went here to get a nice Kebab on our way home. First impression wasn’t great but shop has been there a long time so expected food to be good. Ordered 2 Donner Kebabs. Normally the meat is put in the pita with the salad on top. They just put a pitta in the box and piled everything on top, on in the pita. Is was horrible. Wouldn’t return.

Overall pretty good. The Lamb shish meat was awful. Very tough and chewy and massively overcooked. The donner was spot on. Was delivered early and was still nice and hot.

Ordered a takeaway over the phone, nothing fancy just kebab and chips. There was a difficulty getting the man on the phone to understand me as he struggled to understand English. Call up multiple times to ask where the order was and to confirm the address, 2 hours later I'm told the order has just left. Another hour later, still no food so ive now given up and ordered from another takeaway. Food arrived withing 25 mins, no issues at all!!!

Ordered a mixed kebab, chips and a pizza, salad on the kebab was just lettuce which was yellowish and not fresh and some onions also meat was burnt. Chips were soggy and horrible. Pizza was also very poor. Won’t be ordering again.

Awful. The only positive thing I can say is that after the bad food that was cold and the lack of care when we phoned to complain, I drove into town and got a full refund. I definitely would not recommend this place or it's food. Edit: Had food a couple of times since "coldfood gate" and it wasn't bad. I wouldn't recommend it, but I wouldn't say anything against the recent food I've had.
