We had dinner here on the evening of January 1st quite late in the evening. Very nice place, you can order via QR code at the table or directly at the counter like in all English pubs. Unfortunately, perhaps because it was the end of the evening or perhaps because it was New Year's Eve, several dishes on the menu were finished but we opted for this delicious chicken cutlet. Good choice of beers which are truly excellent, prices in line with the average. Friendly and fast service. Advised!

Colleen and Erin, exceeded all expectations! Absolute diamonds the two of them.

Booked a table, when we arrived they didn't seem that bothered and we could sit anywhere. They have this system of ordering online which is fine, however, all the offers we wanted were separate on the app and wouldn't join up so we then had to go up to the bar to order which defeats the whole object. We then had to wait half an hour for our food and when we asked for an update we got a cocky answer of you've only waited 20 mins and it will be here soon. The food wasn't fresh. The batter on the fish was tough and chewy and the chicken wasn't good. Fries were old. Won't be rushing back for either the food or the service.

I’m not really happy with the experience. We made a reservation online for 9:30 am, when we arrived we were greeted by a lady at the bar. We said we were there for breakfast and she said that there was no service. I mentioned that we had a reservation and with a very displeased gesture she told us to go sit down and dismissed us. Our server was really nice but that first interaction was unpleasant. If the place is not ready to serve at 9:30, please amend your online booking slots. The food was ok (not spectacular) and the orange juice was not natural. I personally would not repeat in this location.

Colleen was amazing! The best waitress I have ever had. Very attentive on a Saturday night - which you can imagine was very busy. We had a table booked in for bottomless brunch and she kept the drinks flowing. She's the only reason we will return. Thank you, Queen 👑

Went in at a very cold day with group of 8. We found a cozy space. Had drinks and lunch including for the kids. Had a great time.

Nice place. Service was really slow, serving staff are probably just exhausted from a busy festive period which I understand and appreciate. Putting more staff on - on New Year’s Eve would be my recommendation. Poor chap behind the bar making loads of coffees and delivering them to tables whilst we all waited to be served.

Went for a brunch and was hosted by a lovely amazing young woman called Erin! Omg, she was the absolute best. Friendly, helpful and so nice. She completely took care of all our needs and made sure our glasses were never empty! Would definitely come back here for bottomless brunch again.

Visit after shopping for a couple of drinks. Had some Tapas and a few Watermelon Picantes. Everything was great on every aspect of my visit. From the warm welcome to the recommended new signature cocktails they have. Will definitely return to try the rest of the cocktails.

Food: every dish we took was excellent, the meat was phenomenal, perfectly cooked; the creamy spinach is excellent, the chips are delicious. The beers are decent. The dessert (ice cream) is offered on the house. Service: attentive, fast and friendly. The bill can also be paid in cash. Environment: very nice, large and clean.

Came here with my family for lunch last week and it was fantastic! The Little Moon cocktails they have on right now are beautiful, especially the cinnamon bun one! The atmosphere is quiet and not too intense, which is very comforting and not overstimulating for me as an autistic person, as many restaurants are bright and loud - but this was not the case with All Bar One. I had the chicken quesadilla for lunch and it was beautiful, the fries served with it were fantastic and such good quality. I would definitely recommend coming here if you find yourself around Covent Garden!

Table was dirty, waiter didn’t really care about us, we had to constantly call her for menu, order, to clean the table.. food was dry, not so great

We went a few months ago, my review seems to have been deleted. Nice restaurant, decent food, however service was appalling. We reserved a table that wasn’t ready when we arrived, fine. Once we were seated it took 20 minutes for someone to take our order. After that we waited 45 minutes with nothing, not even drinks and eventually we went to the bar to ask how long everything would be. We were told that they don’t know. We waited another 20 minutes and asked again at which point we were told they were understaffed, understandable of course, however staff were just standing around laughing and on their phone. We eventually got our food, 1 hour and 40 minutes after we were seated at which point we were all hangry and ready to go home. For the sheer amount of money we paid, this was a very disappointing night out. As someone who works in the industry I understand how hard it is to work understaffed however there needs to be some communication, and perhaps if you only have one chef available who is over an hour behind, you should not take so many reservations.

Came here for our girls get together. Picked the bottomless brunch option. What a great selection of food and drinks. Erin our server was so attentive, funny and had good knowledge of the menu and drinks options we had available. Would highly recommend.

So happy to have found this place! My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a drink before our dinner reservations and this was the perfect spot. I’m not a big drinker so when I do drink, I’m super picky and can be rather difficult, but Nick at the bar made me a delicious and refreshing drink that i thoroughly enjoyed!! He was a real professional and also nice and personable. We love it here and it was Nick that made the experience a perfect one. I’d leave 10 stars if I could

Love All Bar One as food is good and service wonderful. Special mention for Erin who was warm and welcoming and enabled us to fit in before our booked time. Thoroughly recommend the sea bass and the Pad Thai with chicken. Food and drink fairly priced. A lovely experience and will return again several times.

Great bar in Covent Garden. Lovely service from Lars and Frankie. Nick made the nicest and juiciest peach flavoured shot. I felt like I was on a beach, living my best life. I will be back again but only if the shot is available on the menu.

We came to All Bar One, and choose the 2for1 offer, and ordered the full breakfast. We ordered about 11.05, unfortunately the meals didn't arrive for another 55 minutes or so. We had also chased the order at the bar. The meal arrived, with no apologies for delay. The server had to return twice, once with cutlery, once with butter, at this point condiments were our last thought . The food was warm, my husbands toast burnt, and my 'toast' was warm bread. The poached eggs looked lovely, however, tasted strongly of vinegar. The pub at the time didn't seem that busy at all. We did want to highlight our concerns to the Manager, however he was rather busy with a visitor - judging by the white coat the visitor carried, we felt he was most likely a health inspector, and and how flustered the staff were, we were unable to.

If it's a high-rated place, you should be polite. It's a restaurant with a lot of racism. As soon as I entered, I kept waiting, but the staff all avoided me, and when I tried to talk to them, they made angry gestures and told me to sit down, and they didn't even bring me a menu for 40 minutes. All employees who work, please change your mindset.

My wife and I got food poisoning from this location. Would not recommend.
