Yummy. We had just come back from Venice so when we saw a Gelato place we thought let’s give it a try The lady serving was really helpful. We both had a medium cone with 4 flavours. £6.20 was expensive but well worth it. The gelato is built into a beautiful flower. We ate it inside as it was raining. We will defo come back.

A regular cup/cone is £5.90, and you can have three flavours in it. This is certainly expensive, but a very nice treat as you get a wide selection of delicious flavours. There is a very stupid and fiddly ordering system, whereby you are expected to order on a screen before going to get your selection, but if you say you don't want to use this and demand that the staff do it for you then they will. There are some very comfortable seats inside, and there is also a selection of macarons, waffles, crepes and hot drinks.

The service here is non-existent. The staff are unwelcoming, no smile or help to the costumer and zero atmosphere if you’re dining in. The ordering system is ridiculous, why on earth not have one member of staff on a till taking an order and the others serving the product, rather than having to tap your order on the ridiculous app screen. As we sat eating our ice cream the place was empty, and I couldn’t help but feel that was largely due to the poor service and ordering system. There is a great deal of competition in Richmond, this place will have to up its game if it’s to stay open.

Awful. The staff have the worst attitude. Convoluted ordering process on machines half way across the shop and then several staff shout across each other to customers and it’s total chaos. My daughter dropped her macaron from where it was balanced on top of the icecream, asked a member of staff if there was any chance it could be replaced and he said with an attitude and no sorry.. ‘no’. ‘You will have to buy another one’. Such a shame, decent place that saw a child drop it would have easily replaced. We spent almost £30 on four ice creams and it was so unpleasant. Doesn’t matter if the ice cream is good or not when the environment and staff are so terrible!! If it wasn’t for their bad attitude throughout the whole experience we probably would have just bought another but honestly the staff were so awful we simply won’t return. (Wish I had read the earlier review first!!) Will be sticking with Venchi! I now understand why Venchi had a queue out the door and Amorino didn’t.

Absolute rubbish, got a table no bother, then to be told no bread buns on the salad bar.Ordered our food, to be told they had ran out of ketchup!Came back to our table to say, no fish fingers for kids meal, said ok, we will order the pasta instead, to be told.....no pasta either!Promptly left and went to 5 guys!

¿Celiacos? ¡Arriesguense! Love Kew. Miembros durante años. Primera visita desde que se convirtió en celíaco. Sin opciones de GF etiquetadas. En la investigación, esto no era obvio, algunas ensaladas, estaban disponibles, pero eran de autoservicio y la contaminación cruzada era abundante. Asistente no entendía esto inicialmente, pero amablemente fue y me consiguió un poco de fresco de la cocina. No había pasteles ni sándwiches disponibles en ningún restaurante. Decepcionante de verdad.
