Used to be a great spot been coming here for over 7-8 years but it’s too expensive now shisha at £28 and a coke at £3.50 with service added on top. Shisha was lacking and food is substandard. I think it’s time to let go

I when last night wait my family. The place was so cold and we have wait for so long to order our food. When the food arrives. The food wasn't good at all. And it was so expensive. The service charges was expensive too 🙄

Wish I could rate it higher. Went there last night for the first time and will definitely be returning back for sure. The food is exceptionally outstanding and the staff are amazing. We were looked after from the minute we got there to the end the manager walked us in and made sure we were comfortable with our seating/food etc and looked after us during the whole evening he was truly amazing and caring throughout the whole night. Outstanding management team you should be proud of running an amazing and chilled shisha lounge. Will definitely be returning again!!

We only went for desserts but tbh their service and desserts was great. Defo reccomend x

For the Germans: - Pipes are good (standard tobacco without much fanfare) - Service is good - Prices are just crazy like everywhere else in London and the surrounding area You can do it 👍

Great atmosphere, fast and friendly service, shisha and food was great. Guards at the front made space for parking for me as there was no parking due to a busy evening.

Safi was such a good host. I love this place it’s my second time coming here in a week.

Unprofessional service, order didn't come - cancelled without informing us, waiters ignoring us, declined request for tap water, rude owners and speaking amongst eachother secretly

Last night I had my birthday celebration at Anaya lounge with around 20 ladies The staff were amazing, food was great Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and how staff looked after us. Happy smiling and great costumer service from the them. Went with my husband for lunch. We were the only ones there but the food was good, it was served nice and hot and the service was good. Large space and looks nice and fancy.

Bad service! Asked for the shisha menu twice. Took over 30 mins to bring it. Once brought it, our milkshakes and food had arrived. We’re waiting for them to ask us what shisha we want, in that time. We had finished both the food and drinks. The waiter came back started laughing thinking it was funny. The waiters were al rude, no customer service skills at all. Do not recommend this place at all. On top of that the music was terrible. The “events” were not even occurring. The waiter said the belly dancer will be on in 10 min, 45 min later still not there? lol. Go nova lounge instead, it’s like 2 mins away ;)

This is actually the best shisha lounge and I have been to many, the vibes are so good, the music is nice, the food is really good and prices are affordable. Not to mention the shisha is very very good.

Went on a wim on a midweek with my partner - which is why the atmosphere is only marked as a 4*. Everything was great and would 100% recommend.

Came from out of country and was recommended this lounge. My friend and I were BLOWN away from the remarkable service and atmosphere. Overall, this was a very lively spot and the shisha was the BEST we’ve ever had. Shoutout to Jay and Nawaf, they were amazing and if you can, ask for them, they’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Also, shoutout to Farzal, the security guard, he made us feel very safe and comfortable with his security services. 10/10, and the belly dancer and drummer need a raise!! thank you for such a memorable night ! 🥰🇨🇦

Ok experience, only get treated nice when I bring a Pathan with me

The most awful experience ever. We are regulars at this place and Shisha is normally decent. We decided to bring guests over here to enjoy a good time with them and they had live music on on full blast and promised it will be turned off in ‘5 mins’ when in reality it was half an hour. We could not even communicate with each other because of the extremely loud music. Shisha’s arrived and the flavours were clearly reused as the shisha burnt in 2 minutes. Told the guys they tried to sort it out but failed to do so and even the staff member was laughing and coughing whilst trying to sort out the shisha. We spent over £100 for some drinks and 3 shisha’s and they have the audacity to tell us to leave 20 minutes before closing. Staff does not care and this place is a mess. There is plenty of better options don’t waste your money here.

Love the atmosphere here, the music, the staff, the shisha all great. Food wasn't too bad but could be better. The meat was a little tough. Nachos are amazing.

I'm really disappointed in the service I received at Anaya last night, it was very busy however we were told we will be seated in the main area if we waited and we just kept waiting, we see them seat literally everyone who came in after us and when we questioned it many times they kept saying sorry there's no seats, it made absolutely no sense, and also they refused us to the seating area for 5 people but ended up seating 2 people there anyway, I felt they showed favouritism to people they already know and neglected the other customers, I used to really like coming to this place in the past when it was called Basrah hence was extremely annoyed with how I was treated. The shisha was good but the service really really put me off, I don't wish to go back there again, maybe they just can't handle serving too many people

Amazing service by the staff (forgot the name of the brother serving us but he’s in the video) atmosphere was amazing and shisha and food was on point, had a great night and belly dance was cherry on the cake.

We went there on Sunday night , great prices , very good food , they had belly dancer and dj , came to around £25 per head with shisha and food . We will go there Saturday to try the club night

So I went with 8 of my friends for a birthday celebration. Staff was very rude and the service was very bad. The lounge had displayed wrong details about an even taking place, when they were questioned regrading it they further lied to us. Also the food was dry and not flavourful. Shisha flavour choice was not good as well. Overall don’t recommend this lounge to anyone. There are many different better options that have a lot better customer service.

Incredibly bad service. Shisha was not good as well. Food was dry and mid. Not worth the price. Also, display the wrong information regarding events taking place and when the staff was questioned they said leave. Don’t recommend this to anyone.

Decided to split the bill. He charged my friend half and charged me full price thinking I wouldn’t know. He refunded, but I don’t get how you can do that thinking I wouldn’t know.

What a waste of time. It took them an hour to bring out desserts, and when they arrived, everything was cold. They had a DJ that played extremely loud Punjabi music from 2006, and the atmosphere was rubbish. The service was garbage. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Poor service and average shisha. We went mid week and waited an extremely long waiting time for milkshakes and shisha, when things finally came items were still missing, twice. The place is run very poorly but done up very well.

So we went to watch Tyson fury fight. For 7 people they have us a tiny table and stuffed all the food on there so we had to literally put your plate in your lap to eat. Asked about 8 members of staff to get us another table and they all said yes and where no where to be seen. After leaving our food on table for 10 mins (getting cold) we decided to just eat with it in our lap. Half way through our meal the roof started leaking real bad. Completely soaking our shoes and a few people in full. We paid around 300 for food. Definitely not worth the experience. Food it self was not bad but service completely appalling. I would highly recommend to not go there again. After reading this review I hope they have some sense and maybe offer us a refund or partial atleast for the poor service and experience we had. If they do I will update this review.

This was my first order & I did not get my chips instead I got a can of drink or my sauces as informed garlic & chilli instead again normal ketchup & Mayo. I tip the driver because it was a little far away from where I ordered my food, the driver was spot on with the time but the food left me down.

Ordered half chicken with rice and barbican drink and instead when I opened the bag I got fries and a coke.

I ordered grilled chicken a couple of times before from Ayana lounge and it was tasty with great quality and also I recommended the restaurant to my friends. However, it wasn’t the case this time, the delivered had very poor quality and not tasty at all. I feel I wasted my money by this order.

My order was missing the hummus. Manager was apologetic and offered getting in touch with Just Eat to arrange for a refund. But essentially, I couldn't eat what I wanted tonight. First impressions are most important, so I won't be ordering food from here again.

Second order from here; both of which have been large orders. I find the customer service here, brilliant. The food is lovely, portion sizes are good, prices are reasonable. Very happy customer :)

Food quality was good however the mixed platter didn’t come with rice (they confirmed it would when i called to check prior to placing the order) and was missing the skewer of lamb cubes (called after receiving the order and they confirmed they no longer serve lamb cubes - menu needs updating, and that they would speak to the chef and call me back. I never received another call or response to my calls). I think they tried to compensate for this by giving me chips (cold and wet) and a chocolate cake with my order. Although I appreciate the effort, I didn’t want chips and cake, hence why I didn't order them and feel that it doesn’t suffice as a replacement as they are in no way alike. I doubt anyone would be happy if they ordered chips or cake but received lamb cubes instead. Would have been better to have given another type if meat skewer instead and even called me to confirm if that was ok before cooking the order. Food was good but restaurant service was awful. Probably won’t order from here again.
