Arsenal cafe in Hackney

Wish I can say good things but mushroom was obviously tined not fresh, bacon was really heated so has gone tough. What can I say about coffee....fluffy milk with spoonful of instant coffee granules sitting on top. The guy came to my table saying he forgot to charge us for eggs, wanting £1.50 for it . It's safe to say we won't be going back again. 🥺

Pretty happy, very good service. Unfortunatly the food took a little bit too long.

Amazing place to have coffee and breakfast. I usually bring my family here as well. Great vibe and place to do your work in your laptop as well.

Cheap beans, cheap chips, horrible chicken mushroom pie, not worth the price! Better cafes on Blackstock Road. Don't waste your money here.

Used to come here a lot, was looking forward to coming back but the staff were different and I found them rude. Was sad because this used to be my favourite cafe.

Very small portions for the price. Quality of food below average. Packing really bad, leaking and cold.

All this for £20 two breakfast with toast 2 teas 1 can of cola the food was delicious and fresh staff are very nice and friendly just happend to come across this place near our hotel the only thing is we wish we found it sooner as flying home today!

The food was excellent and the staff where great and the prices were great

Was initially reluctant to use the place a go based on the cafe name. But that's no excuse is it! And it's closed season (July). So I put on my big-boy pants and ventured inside. Was warmly greeted and the breakfast did not disappoint. 4 stars merited 4stars given. Would use the cafe again if I was in the area.

is not really full English breakfast missing hash brown,tomatoes and black pudding for me is just breakfast

I literally ordered the same roll twice by using the quantity option on the app and some how I ended up with two different rolls and the chips I ordered were Missing. I called the restaurant to ask if they could send out the missing item and the correct roll and they didn’t seem to understand what a replacement was or how to send a driver back out with the items They failed to send in the first place. They told me to Order again and they would Send it out. But obviously that would mean me paying twice for something I didn’t receive. They kept telling me I had ordered mushrooms in my roll when the receipt in front of my face was saying otherwise. In the end they told me to contact just eat so I did as I was getting absolutely nowhere. Completely incompetent!!

Popped in yesterday for breakfast before the match. Very busy but tables being managed really well. Food was great. Set 3 with fried bread - really tasty and didn't have to wait long despite it being a match day. Thanks Arsenal cafe.

Very friendly service and food is good. Only issue is looks a bit run down. Could use a bit of uplift.

Visited a couple of weeks ago before a game, great food, lovely little place and the service and staff were wonderful. We travel to see games so aren't in the area often, but this will be a tradition now for when we do. Thank you!

Nice little cafe friendly staff and good English grub

I was totally ripped off! I paid £6 for a tiny HAMBURGER a bit of chips and a cup of coffee! The burger and chips should have come to £3.20 according to the prices in the menu therefore I must have drunk a VERY expensive coffee!!! £2.80 for a bog standard coffee?! Not to mention we had to wait 45 minutes for our food and when I did get it the chips were cold 😏 will never come here again!

Top notch breakfast. Very helpful, let me swap beans for chips. Very nicely cooked and great value. And polite and friendly.

Lovely cafe with really good food at reasonable prices. The owners are very friendly too and are happy to alter their set menus. I was working in the area and visited several times for a set 3 breakfast which included a coffee and 2x toast... Great value for £5

Great local institution with fantastically priced and awesome English breakfasts.

Great food at a very reasonable price and very friendly staff. The coffee was beautiful so even if you are not hungry pop in for a coffee. I will definitely revisit again very soon.

Not big fan of their english breakfast, but the turkish pancakes are amazing (my fav is the spanish and potatoe one), I come here a lot for sunday breakfast. And it's cheap, only £3 for a full plate of pancakes!

Just ordered take out delivery big breakfasts with tea and coffee using Uber . Breakfasts delicious and hot, coffee was the best I have had in six months Uber service fabulous, will definitely use again.

The owner a woman whose family are lifelong Gunners was so nice. Everyone was welcomed at the door, another place we were gutted we didn't get back too they couldn't do enough for you and the Arsenal breakfast was HUGE would fill you all day!

I have tried all the cafes in the area and eventually walked into this cafe, had the chicken curry and rice with salad and it was so good I kept going back to order it again! Well cooked with fresh ingredients!

Terrific cafe to visit before Arsenal home matches. Great food at reasonable prices and the staff are friendly and cheerful. A relatively short walk to the stadium from here.
