Great venue , watched the 502's here and they were amazing.

Good size loft room for live music but there are steps. Think it holds about 400. I would rather see bands in a smaller venue than a stadium the experience and atmosphere is much better. Went to see The Clause live here, they were amazing and had the crowd roaring

£6:40 for a terrible pint of lager, £10:10 for a bottle of beer and a coke, We want to get people out supporting local bands, Who sets the bar prices and this was at half 7, 🍺😞

First time visiting Arts Club, came to see the amazing The Luka State, great little gig venue and we'll worth the travel from Manchester.

First time visiting this venue since it became an O2 academy. Staff hardly checked me and didn't bother with my partner at all even in his big coat. We weren't trying to bring anything in but it was obvious a numerous amount of people were not just under the effects of alcohol in our view - a bit disrespectful with their flailing arms and legs making us move towards the back. It was so cold as well. I knew we would require jumpers which we wore but ended up retrieving our coats after half an hour as we couldn't stand the cold. This is after paying a fee to store our coats. In addition to the £50 per person ticket. If expect a little heating. And to top it off £14 for a small wine and coke is a joke. Won't be returning

First visit to see the Farm. Access to the balcony, great view and sound. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great little venue, have enjoyed many gigs here over the years. Surprisingly good pint of Guinness too.

Great little venue, visited a few years ago, so this was my 2nd visit, and they've had a recent refurb. Went to Halina Rice gig, visuals and audio were fantastic.

Great venue, lots of bars inside so easy to get a drink, good amount of space for dancing/bopping around to the music that was being played.

Podría ser un gran lugar con un cambio de cierto personal. Yo y los amigos nunca volveremos a ir.

I attended here for a Seb Lowe gig and the security and bar staff were the kindest people ever. They were so conscious of my issues regarding being in a wheelchair and treated me like a person and made sure I was comfortable. I would honestly recommend coming here as I only experienced kindness

Good 1D night but only good when drunk. Otherwise good!!

Travelled for Exhilaration event and got turned away at the door because a friend was wearing shorts that didn’t suit their policy. Got changed into trousers, still refused entry twice over. The bouncer was so far up on his high horse that he couldn’t see the ground. Power hungry doormen who get aggressive when you question why they won’t let you in. The biggest set of thugs I’ve ever come across. We weren’t the only ones with the same problem. Won’t bother again.

Great intimate venue, useful balcony view for late arrivals and those not wanting to get in the thick of it. A couple of support pillars do block views so be careful where you position yourself

Atmospheric. Shipping containers and Celestial Candyfloss. Gruff Rhys is an amazing artist. As were his band. He likes to tease with an intro and then stop playing.Very humble and humorous .A rare entity in these troubled times. Hope more Artists play there. The Arts Club is better than the early days of The Lomax. An impressive venue.

Went on a Thursday but wasn’t too busy. But I can image it being good when there are more people. Tickets are a tad more expensive than the usual club and drinks were the same. A single vodka lemonade was £5.50. However the lights were cool.

Went to see the Heavy North but the sound was terrible. I think it was the sound engineer rather than the PA though.. Nice venue

Not happy with the security team they have Malnourished sniffer dog and a dog handler that is obvious to the welfare of its dog and is seriously rude to everyone she speaks to. I was kicked out with out a surch or second pass of the dog I %100 did not have drugs on me but did infact eat a burger befor i went in and got sniffed out by a seriously under weight security dog disgusting behaviour by the security team and I will be reporting that dog to the rspca

Great venue in Liverpool! Went to see Sonny Tennet here and it was fabulous Sonny was amazing and the venue was perfect for the gig Would recommend and will certainly return to see many more gigs

Great venue. Went to a punk show and this venue is great for it. Saw The Meffs, who absolutely smashed it! Local band The Battery Farm were there too and they sounded massive! Deffo will be back for the next punk show!

Great night with Reggaeton Party Liverpool

Such an amazing venue, anywhere you stand you feel so close to the stage. Any band playing here I’d love to see. And not only is there a coat check, it’s free!!!!

Went here to see the Wombats. As you walk in there's a nice bar area and we got served quickly considering there was a gig on. There's not many toilets so the queue does build up but I think there may have been more at the other side of the stage room. The stage area is nice. Only complaint was it was really crowded so difficult to get to the bar or toilet.

Went for a gig and asked for a specific drink (only seeing what bitters they had). Rather than say they didn't have it, the bar man and his colleague criticised my choic of drink, becoming insulting regarding my age. Would be more of a comment on the poor drinks selection on offer than my choice. Having ran several bars in music venues up and down the country, I would never expect my staff to act in such a way.

A great venue to see a band. Many venues are too large and you are someway from the band/show. This is just right with the band just feet away and a great atmosphere.

Venue is great, bar service and prices horrific.

Fantastic gig but place looking run down now. Used to be fantastic 10+ years ago. Hope it gets some funds in to restore it :)

I needed to use the accessibility for my daughter and received the most outstanding help, support and guidance from a wonderful person called Becky. Becky was kind, patient and went above and beyond to ensure this event will be a success for my daughter. Can not praise the disability service provided highly enough. Thank you Becky for making the concert possible for us to attend.

Great venue and saw a great band called Stone. It was £8 for a pint of San Miguel hence why have given it 3 stars. It is an absolute disgrace charging that much and should be illegal. I really don't understand the logic in it.

Attended potter payper gig last night. Queuing system was well organised, covid checks done thoroughly and in we went. The door staff were great, think his name was Steven & another lady with short blonde hair were especially good. The gig was amazing but the bar was so overpriced,£6.35 for a can of lager! Bar staff were lovely though. Fab night had :-)

Las entradas habían sido sobrevendidas masivamente, lo que significa que muchas personas se fueron o tuvieron la opción de ver el concierto desde el vestíbulo superior a través de un mar de cabezas. Desde este punto de vista se podía escuchar la música, pero los monólogos de Cope eran en su mayoría inaudibles. Buen trabajo, no era necesaria una evacuación de emergencia, ya que nunca habría sucedido. Terrible lugar.

He vivido en Liverpool toda mi vida y no sabía si este lugar. Totalmente anónimo en el exterior, pero entra por la puerta principal y entra en una joya histórica de Liverpool. Las paredes están cubiertas con retratos pintados al óleo de los presidentes del club desde la década de 1840 hasta la actualidad. Estaba en un grupo de 42 amigos con un almuerzo tardío de Navidad y lo pasamos tan bien que ya lo reservamos para 2021. La comida es excelente, el personal muy atento y recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque un lugar diferente para tener su función.

The gig itself was top notch as usual so this is just a review of the venue. The door staff were friendly and efficient. The bar prices are so very high at £2.75 for a bottle of water (they insist on taking the lid off). I do realise that O2 Academies are keeping music live but I didn't see much activity at the bar so I guess it would be better to come down in price a bit and gain more customers. The venue itself is pretty much the same as any other, all standing with a lower and slightly raised area. The toilets are well situated on the level. I started taking photos with my DSLR and was very quickly stopped by 'Showsec'. I will never understand this rule in a million years of trying. I don't use flash and my photos are a hobby rather than a profession. Lots in the crowd taking video footage or photos with phones or more compact cameras and to be honest, all that does is produce sub standard quality videos (which is bad for the artist) and in most cases poor photo quality (although not all). I don't take video at all. I find a large group of people with their phones up in the air, far more distracting than little ol' me taking the occasional photo without a flash. This isn't just an O2 Academy thing of course but I just think a little leniency goes a long way, especially when the acts that are playing are usually laid back about such things. Despite the fact that the website and phone message, said the place was open. I couldn't get a reply on stage times or ask in advance about the camera. The website incorrectly stated that the curfew was 10pm. So, stop making up these arbitrary rules O2 academies and cut the customers some slack please. :)

Had read some poor reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by this lovely little venue. Attended a gig here and the door staff were quick and organised at getting the queue in, bar staff were lovely and the concert itself was amazing. Great acoustics and good sound from the floor and the back, the standing area also gets higher the further back you get so despite being almost sold out you could see the band from further back with no problem. Drinks were expensive and they ran out of cider BUT it’s a rock concert and I was in there for 90 minutes, I don’t mind paying over a fiver when I’m only having a couple. Great venue and there is a pub round the corner that does a pint and a shot for £2.50 and is open till 2am. Proper good night.

I kid you not, 5 of your very best pounds of a manky warm can of cider. The bar prices are a disgrace - but then they have you by the short and curlies.

2 lovely, happy ladies served us but the organisation let this restaurant down. Main course took over an hour to arrive and was over cooked (fish) and the lentils over seasoned. Ever restaurant has a bad night and I appreciate that but at 75 each for the Elegance Menu this is proper money. This is exacerbated by the fact my wife had booked this restaurant as a surprise for our anniversary.. and had advised the restaurant it was a special occasion. The maitre d’ did try to comp a couple of drinks and cheese but it was too late. The special evening wi now be remembered for all the wrong reasons.

Went to the Blancmange gig on 4th May, great gig, venue ok though got very warm so went to get a drink, no draught beers available so asked for a can of San Miguel and nearly had kittens when the bar man said “that will be £5.60”...yep, for one can. How do these people come up with these prices, it’s disgraceful and cannot be justified.

We had the best laugh at the cocktail making! Great manager! and the dj was playing good tunes! Would highly recommend 👍🍹❤️

Two drinks at the bar, can of San miquel and a gin and tonic... Jaw hit the floor getting told £14. 5.50 for a can and 8.50 for a gin and tonic. Ridiculous!

Loved the food and the experience here on our recent visit. We just saw a recent 'Masterchef' programme featuring the chef and booked a table immediately for our visit to Liverpool. One small problem is that it is not well sign posted for the visitors to the City.

Nick Mulvey was brilliant but the lack of doors between the bar and main performance room just encourages loud talking by people at the back nearer the bar. It affected our enjoyment of Nick's acoustic brilliance. The venue just didn't seem to suit the genre of music. Plus.. It was ROASTING!. Really uncomfortably warm in there. Please install air conditioning. Liverpool has so may music venues and a good standard. The Arts Club did not strike me as one of them.

An average venue with overpriced beer If you want to be known as an arts club the music artists are good. But the decor is tired with a feel of all those cheesy 80s clubs now closed. Get one of the artists to brighten it up. A bit of street art won't go amiss The ambiance is no better. 2015+ should recognize people are drinking quality beer from micro breweries in 330ml cans. If you want to charge £4.70 for a can, please make it a grown up drink and not for 15yo people

He asistido Arts Club muchas veces. Cerveza un poco plana y es demasiado caro para lo que te dan, pero siempre tienden a tener un gran tiempo en este lugar. Definen bien y amplia. Arts Club hemos tenido algunos grandes artistas jugando aquí a lo largo de los años!

El lugar tiene una serie de etapas y estábamos en la etapa más pequeña e íntima.

Fuimos a ver Echo de vientre en el Arts Club. Realmente me gusta este tipo de local y favorece una multitud de pequeños. El ambiente era fantástico y, debido a la cercanía de la banda a todos de la audiencia nos dio un íntimo ambiente que no tienes un gran lugar comercial. La gran seductora de Sonia Madan la habitación.

Reservamos para ver los frenos de Turín. . banda superior de todos modos. . no estaba decepcionado!

Vi a Loyle Carner aquí, lugar adecuado para el tipo de concierto que iba a ser.

Vi Frank Iero y la paciencia aquí - gran espectáculo y el lugar era fresco. Sólo negativo, en mi opinión, sería la puerta de los aseos como que conducen a ellos está al lado de la etapa así en un espectáculo lleno podría ser un problema.

Great gig. Venue very good very atmospheric. Doormen very helpful even got us a ticket as we were one short and wouldnt take cash for it...good night was had by all...

Only problem no red wine or tonic water? The band Hanover where great it got packed near the end but it was a good gig but the bar let all the ladies down
