The food came quick, but when we ordered a messy ice cream tripal chocolate, it did not come and was replaced by a salted caramel. I asked 2 wiater, and they both said that it was a tripal chocolate, so I ate it and it ternd out that it was a salted caramel. I'm very upset about this and will not go back in a hurry. You should be ashamed at what they did

Met up for a family get together tonight. Despite having a large team of staff I had to ask twice to get my drink after everyone had got theirs. Then watched the whole table eat while I waited for my meal. After chasing up 4(?) times and being told it was '50 seconds' away I finally asked for it to be cancelled - the fact that they were incredulous at the suggestion p*ssed me off. It ended up coming after everyone was finished, so I ate a bit but wasn't really in the mood by that stage (I'm having a sandwich when I get back home). I wasn't missing much to be fair, could've done with a lot of seasoning. Bang average. It wasn't even taken off the bill at the end. What a bunch of chancers. They probably only survive due to location. Do us all a favour and try somewhere else that actually gives a damn about cookery and service.

I ordered some food and it came quicker than usual. Upon eating within (5) minutes found it to be cold. Pre cooking food and just leaving it for the next person to buy isn't a way to conduct business. Please ensure that when making food that it comes hot as this is expected by all. If this was a delivery it would be inexcusable. Also the shop from the outside to in is looking run down. While this doesn't reflect the food your premises looks shabby.

Been there a few times for take away. The chicken soup & chopped liver were both excellent and the staff were always smiling and very helpful.
