Fuimos aquí para una cita nocturna con algunos amigos y no nos decepcionó, el personal era muy amable y acogedor. La comida era fantástica y fresca, todos estábamos muy llenos al salir. A pesar de que teníamos el especial de reserva anticipada, todavía era un poco caro, pero valía la pena el dinero.

Visité Baanthai con mi pareja y mi sobrina, fue una decisión de último minuto, llamó a las 7. 30 para una reserva de 8 pm, no hay problema. . . . . Llegamos a las 8 y estaba sentado enseguida, el personal era muy atento pero no agresivo. La comida llegó a tiempo, la comida estaba caliente, sabrosa y hermosa. . . un plato compartido de pollo satay para empezar y un tradicional curry massaman para platos principales con fideos tailandeses. . . . wow, fue increíble, me encanta la comida tailandesa y he tenido muchas comidas, pero esta es memorable. . . Definitivamente lo recomendaré a todos. . . Volveremos a visitar pronto. . . . gracias Baanthai

El ambiente de este restaurante es relajado y amigable. . . . Cada vez que hemos estado! Recomienda puertas tempranas ya que se llena. El aparcamiento es muy conveniente también! El servicio es excelente y con vestimenta tradicional con decoración tailandesa en el restaurante y área de espera. Comida. . . . . . limpio no grasiento. . . . . . . Sabroso y no demasiado picante. . . . . . . . las porciones son de buen tamaño 5 estrellas

Dado este lugar, hay 4 oportunidades para impresionar a lo largo de los años, pero ahora hemos abandonado toda esperanza. Frío en el interior, platos fríos, comida blanda, carnes baratas, caras, sin puntos positivos reales. Lo siento chicos - lo intentamos!

4 St. Annes Road, Headingley, Leeds LS6 3NX EnglandDisappointing Experience with No Resolution I visited Zaap Headingley on 27/09/2021 and had a deeply disappointing experience due to a sharp piece of exposed metal on the Tuk-Tuk seating booth. It caused a laceration to my thigh and tore my jeans. Despite reporting the issue immediately and providing photographic evidence, receipts, and witness accounts (including the on-duty manager, staff, and even my mother, a retired GP), the issue was never resolved. The manager acknowledged that the defect had been reported previously but was not addressed, demonstrating a serious lack of care in maintaining the seating and customer safety. While the incident was acknowledged in earlier correspondence, I never received compensation or a resolution for the damage to my jeans. This level of professionalism is incredibly disappointing. I hope they’ve improved their seating and now treat their customers better than they treated me. Be mindful and check your table and seating before deciding where to sit and check your crockery for cracks that can harbour harmful bacteria and cuttlery for cleanliness. On a positive note, the food is authentic and tasty.

15 South ParadeWe had the great fortune of eating here last night. Oh my god, this has to be the best Thai I've ever had in my life. The food/service/restaurant is beyond amazing. The service was so attentive, however the food was on a different level. This place is a must for anyone who appreciates quality. It's also very reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back, thankyou so much for an amazing experience. 100/10.
