Plates for service were kept on the floor under a table that mint sauce etc was on and when the owner was asked by the lady serving the food for more large plates he pulled them out and pushed them back under with his foot, cutlery was being put on the tables and the person doing so dropped some on the floor then picked it up and put it on a table. How on earth is this allowed?

no reviews so here goes. we had a few pints all ok. meals good, staff were friendly and polite place clean .did not know to give 3 or 4 so i will give 3.5

got overcharged for an ice cream when it should have been £3 and got charged £9.25 instead and when I went to tell a member of staff I was told to speak to the manager and got told she was busy so I had to leave my name and number and said she will ring me soon. I never got a phone call and it’s been 3 days now of the repeat so my advice to you is if you go there please do not make any payments on card as you may be charged more then for what you actually payed for

PromenadeVisitado después de nadar con los nietos. Personal amable y buen ambiente. Un elemento en el menú de niños ya no disponible, debería haber sido tachado como mi nieta pidió esto, entonces tuvo que volver a elegir en el mostrador, manteniendo la cola, el personal fue paciente sobre esto, pero podría haber sido evitado. Cambié frijoles por pepino, lo cual fue bueno. Descuento para los miembros, lo cual es bueno. La comida era sabrosa y caliente y buena relación calidad-precio. El lugar estaba limpio y ordenado. Admite perros en frente de la cafetería.
