Balti Hut in Peterborough

My takeaway food took nearly 2 hours to delivery. The curry was horrible and i asked them to come and pick up I paid cash and now they wont give me my money back. He told me someone would come and collect. After I phone they said the boss wasn't available phone again he said my money would go back into my account I said you havnt got my number I paid you in cash I want cash back he put the phone down

Would never order from this place again! Took one and a half hours to deliver cold food. Chips had been refried and drenched in oil. Delivery driver called claiming he couldn’t find the door, our postmen never have a problem. Called and spoke to the ‘manager’, who has absolutely awful service. Told us to bring the chips back. We specifically asked for absolutely no extra chilli on the pizza, and it had chilli on it. Wish I could give it zero stars!!!

usually go through Just Eat app that takes a good 90-120 mins for delivery. pizza still good. this time went through website itself. cheaper and quicker which is good. but i did not get a pizza shape pizza. absolutely no care for customers! picture attached is how my food arrived. wow, thanks.

Pedimos la comida para dos y la comida para uno, y no me decepcionó. El primer plato tenía generosas porciones y riquísimas, el arroz estaba perfectamente cocinado y no pegajoso o difícil y las principales eran encantadores, con la licitación, carne bien cocinada. Por sólo £24. 24 recibimos samosas, mezclado kebab, 3 raciones de arroz pilau, pollo, cordero bhuna Rogan Josh, Pollo Korma, 1 simples, 6 naan popadums crujientes y una lata de refresco. Doy 4 estrellas debido a que el tiempo de entrega tardando un poco más de lo esperado. Tiempo estimado fue de 50 minutos, pero nos tomó alrededor de una hora y diez minutos. La comida estaba bien caliente y no el orden en un día ajetreado para llevar (sábado por la noche). Sin duda volveré de nuevo.

En primer lugar, el conductor iba a través de la dirección equivocada. Él era tan pidió disculpas. Pero nos había llamado el gerente. Nos dijo el conductor no ha ido a la dirección errónea. Él llegó y se disculpó. Fondo o. Bolsa de comida caliente, así que tomó n pagado. 2 minutos más tarde gerente llamó para decir que la comida en la cima (1) comida fría. Me dijeron que lo sustituya. Sin entregar en 12. 30:00 am. Disculparon diciendo el conductor tenía de accidente. 🙄 ahora es 1:00. Está cerrado. No me han entregado mi comida de reemplazo. Servicio Asqueroso. La comida es demasiado que bien. Por lo que mi pareja dijo. Nunca llegué a probar ninguno. Ya hace frío. No quiero patatas fritas y superficial. N no quiere calentarse las gambas korma. Ya no quise u. N que además de punto de llevar y así no tengo que cocinar. 🙄

Awful currently been waiting 2 hours and still no food! Worst thing is I have been constantly trying to ring them for 45 minutes and phone is constantly busy. Arghhhh

They failed to deliver warm food and tried to blame this on my location telling me I had wasted their time and money by ordering from them!Because of the cost of their petrol! I phoned up to complain about a missing burger and was made out to be a liar! Horrific customer service and took ages to arrive! Very stressful experience and very rude staff! DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

Well where should I start. Experience 1 off the worst takeaway experiences off my life. Ordered at 12:35, food didn't arrive until 1:45. Shocking delivery arrival. Food was cold, as well as didn't receive my drink which I ordered to go with the drink.

chips where nice and soft the way I like it!! and my mrs loved the Rogan josh but madras could of been bit more spicy but the flavour was divine, bhaji taste the best best takeaway in peterborough

Had family over and decided to order again from Bulti Hut. The food was amazing and would strongly recommend it to anyone. In fact I would go as far as saying you won't find better in Peterborough!!!

Butter chicken was nice. Keema naan was not that nice no meat. Korma was very bland. Cheese naan was nice. Delivery was decent timing tho.

The food was delivered by states time and it was all fresh, the order was correct and it was delicious tasting, the only downside was it was cold /Luke warm on arrival.

Pleasant driver (Shaz) A little disappointed that the Chicken passanda was only a quarter full to what it normally is. But other than that all good :)

Came here in 2000, Looking for shawarma, instead found this as a recommendation from our first landlord. Ever since we've been buyin' our take out/delivery kebab whenever we're lazy to cook

Never had any problems with this restaurant before but it took ages then they forgot some of the order. I got the number and called them and they said they would send a replacement to me within 20 minutes but that took another 45, took over 1hr 40 in all

There delivery is Ridiculous.

Quick delivery but really poor food! All items ordered tasted completely bland! No flavour at all and everything tasted the same. Will not be ordering again.

Great service and great food. we have used many Indian takeaways over the years and this is the best. This is our fourth order and there will be more. We are never disappointed with timing of food and quality of food.

I ordered a small pizza and 2 burgers with chips! When delivered was wrong order, got 2 burgers no chips one small pizza and one large pizza. After 5 mins the delivery guy kept calling me to give the large pizza back because he gave it to me by accident, I said no as he forgot the chips.

Food was perfect, delivery was a little late but I guess the food quality made up for it :)

First time using this place and the biryani was fantastic best I have had in a long time nice spice and delivery fast so food was hot the only downside was poppadoms was slightly to salty for my taste but rest of food was fantastic I will be using again and again and going to recommend to everyone I have founderstood my new takeaway place thank you so much

Good delivery service, chilli naan was very nice and so was the fried rice
