Bam Bam in Hillingdon

Now that I have ordered from here few times, here are my thoughts the food was really at the start and could justify the prices! however the last 3 orders not so great and not worth money.

Haven’t used this place in a while as the last time we ordered from them the food wasn’t cooked properly and the chips were cold. Thought id give them a chance again and boy was this a BIG mistake!!! We ordered from Uber eats. Food took just over 45mins to arrive , when it came chips were cold , we has asked for peri salt and no salt was sprinkled . A cheese burger was also missing ! When were called up , spoke to some person that couldn’t even speak English, he had no clue what we were talking about , told him we just had delivery arrive and he constantly was asking what i wanted to order FFS! Then someone else came on the phone who was just as clueless as the previous clown! After 5 mins he worked out the missing burger but then told me to place another order where would then add the cheese burger to which I replied obviously NO! I asked him to delivery my missing burger and cold chips to which he replied he couldn't do ! I then told him im driving there to pick up my burger and chips….when i got there i could see 2 uber drivers who were frustrated as they had been told to wait over 10mins , one driver said to me this is nothing new with them ! When this place 1st opened few years back it was good but now the service is poor , the portion in terms of their sizing has got smaller. Far better places out there……i can see this place disappearing in a year or two as more people give up on them . Overall bad service, food ain’t worth , staff are rude/clueless… If u want bad value for food , cold chips etc give these guys a go !

Ordered food and asked for peri peri salt.they said yes we have it but didn’t bother to put any on the fries after being told several times. Ended up walking out very frustrated and disappointed.

My last order from Bambam. Loyal customer from the start. There is a reason your ratings have dropped from top to below 4. Many problems . My chicken was burned , I called them first. They don't really care, they believe it is well done. Bye Bambam

Fries were cold and hard as if they was refried, and my order came with no drink

Both burgers and chips were cold and soft drink bottle had leaked in to the bag.

Arrived promptly at the requested time.Also was updated during and after preparation of order and journey of courier until arrival.

I order from here often, and they’re always great and consistent. While the food might not be the best overall, you’re getting what you pay for, and they maintain that consistency. My favorite is the cheeseburger - it's always reliable. When you’re looking to order, consistency is everything, right? I’d definitely recommend them.

This is nothing to do with the restaurant it’s everything ti do with the delivery guy!!!!!!! Never got my food, delivery man was very rude and didn’t want to deliver my food to my door, said he left my food outside went down to check and there is nothing there and the delivery guy drove off. Just spent money on food I never got!!!!!

Meals arrived with no chips. Called the restaurant and their only suggestion was to reorder chips and they would send extra to be able to get them. Considering you now cant order a burger or rice box without being MADE to have it as a meal... every order surely has chips with it?! Really not happy and now im having to cook something which was the whole point in ordering a takeaway so i didnt have to

Item missing from order, had to collect myself. Kids food was burnt. Either over cooked or cooked and reheated but inedible. Chips were hard. Likely reheated. Will not order again.

ordered tandoori chicken donner with naan given chicken donner with naan, the naan was hard on one side. Had a missing item in the order Bam2. Hamburger were tasty the fries had some sweet potato fries mixed in it.

I have this a 4 star review because on other occasions the taste has been impeccable. Even now after I ate my deliveroo order I do have to say the burger was fantastic the lotus milkshake had a banana taste to idk why and the dirty fries was very disappointing. Maybe this is a one off as I’ve been bambams before dey are a very well runner shop full of taste

Some of the food was burnt, and all of it was cooked in oil that was stale or rancid as it tasted bad. All the food was cold. A bad experience. Just Eat have not helped unfortunately.

Just ordered 2 kiddies meals of chicken nuggets & chips & fish finger & chips . The chips were not great & the fishfingers were greasy & tasteless so they never got eaten

Joke of a place ordered at 7! They kept changing the time got pushed to 9 phoned them up to be told my foods been waiting there because there is no driver woman didn’t care on the phone or couldn’t be bothered avoid this place !

I ordered from bam bams last week and was not happy with the service. First of all I ordered a large donner and chips with a drink. I repeated my order twice, paid by card and got given a small donner and chips. When the chef was making my food and boxed it he ate a chip straight from my box with his hand. I asked for sauce on top of the donner and the man said he will give me extra sauce packs. He gave me 1 small dip, when I asked for 1 more he was like 1 have given u extra sauce already. He didn’t give me extra.

First time ordering from here but i have nothing but good words. I got the zinger burger and it was very tasty and had a lot of sauce in it. I got my brothers a chicken mayo and again they said it had a lot of flavour and wasn't dry at all. The large fries were a really good portion and although a little dry i actually really liked them. The burger sauce was rlly good too

Bambam is just a glorified chicken and chip shop unfortunately. You’re paying higher than average price and you are not getting quality for money. Everything is marketed to look appealing but in reality it is not. £5 pound for a chicken burger, which has nothing different other than a brioche bun. Don’t even feel like it was fried properly. Fries are horrible, Doner meat is a definitely a no go. Smash burgers are ok but sometimes served on cold buns. Sorry but i wont be buying from there again. Really really disappointed with the quality of food.

Read the reviews and went to try for myself today. Ordered the lamb donner rice box and cheeseburger. It was delicious. The box is great for a regular everyday meal.

This should be a chicken donner wrap, a mix if vegetables with some meat cooked sometime past week all together, then frozen and reheated. I gave a try the taste is like of burned-out, testure is no way to split meat from vegetables. Only think fresh was the lettuce. Very disappointed.

Food quality was very good few months ago,but now in every order i can feel the quality is going down. Shame! I loved their food.

Haven't used bam bam in a while as it was going down hill,so thought will give it a go as haven't ordered from there in ages . BIG MISTAKE the food was absolutely awful will not be ordering from bam bam again. The only thing going for you is your delivery driver is really polite

I decided to pop down to Bam Bam and give the donner's a try. I ordered the tandoori chicken donner and spicy donner and we weren't disappointed. Both donner's were tasty, full of flavour, saucy and the spice level was just perfect. The meat comes on a bed of French fries and gives it that crunch. The staff are friendly, portion were decent and reasonably priced. The food is a household favourite and we'll be back really soon.

The saddest cheeseburger meal I've ever had. Sad dry patty. Sad dry bread. Sad re-cooked dry unsalted chips. Fancy looking signs, but sad food.

I recommend the Angus beef inferno slam burger which is delicious. Bought a meal many times. Orders always accurate. Loses a couple of stars because the price has risen to a point it’s now no longer good value. Really noticeable when buying 4 meals, so will sadly go elsewhere. No loyalty scheme either.

It was ok, the protein box is basically pilau rice with chicken bits so really nothing special. The burger was ok but would probably go somewhere else next time

I collected my order. I really enjoy food from here. The protein box with Haloumi is delicious. My daughter loved her double cheeseburger. The fries are good and the grape pop is nostalgic

Until yesterday I thought the food was amazing and today i found out about their hygiene, ordered a mix meat donor and found hairs in the food, there were 2 of them, i just took it out and thought it cant be hair, then found dead insects in the food, went back straight away and found out the whole place is filled with insects, people of Uxbridge, i know the food is good but please check your food before you consume it, they simply just accepted - they said and i quote “yeah, today we had so many insects in here, dont know why”.

We have been there several times and always enjoy our meals. Very satisfied with customer service and quality of food. The taste of every food is so mouth watering 😝and its worth paying the money for food . The best part is they have good options for vegetarian food as well .. 🙂🤩Must visit this store

i ordered tandoori spicy donner and was called after and told theres only lamb or standard chicken. i got the lamb the donner i received was dry with no sauce not the same as usually, i can barely eat this

Absolutely Amazing Stuff! I would highly recommend Chicken Zinger Burger for someone who loves Spicy fillet with their zinga sauce.( you can modify as per your requirement) I also tried protein box ( juicy breast chicken with in house rice and salad) which is wholesome and value for money. Do not forget to end your Meal with their rich, smooth and flavorful milk cakes. I tried Biscoff milk cake which literally melts in mouth and has a very fine consistency. One of the highly recommended place in Uxbridge/Hillingdon council for variety of fast food under one roof.

Yummy burgers! love the drinks!, shame about how they packed the food. They put the burgers and the chips at the bottom and than the heavy cheesy chips and wrap on top, both the burgers were damaged and the chips were squished. next time pack the cheesy chip box first and than put the burgers, wraps and chips on top to ensure food quality

I like the food and I’ve ordered from here a few times before. The foods taste amazing. They forgot my fries today with my meal hence the 3 stars.

COOK YOUR CHICKEN BURGERS MORE. I ordered a chicken burger yesterday which was lovely by the way but today I’ve had the worst stomach the chicken was not cooked as much as it should of been. But other than that the food was nice.

BamBam Food is Top Tier for it's price. Taste is incredible in their own foods produced by themselves. Hard working honest people who care to give you great food. I personally love Bam Bam - hope they stick around for good.
