Banbury Kebabush in Cherwell

Ordered a belly buster, asked for just chilli sauce. Watched as mayo was poured all over, So I pointed it out. Was taken away and brought back out no more then 3 minute's later. Once I had taken it home, I could see all they had done was poured more Doner meat and mixed the chilli. Now being someone who is allergic to eggs, My new year I will be seeing 2025 in A&E, Thanks Kebabish Happy New Year.

Low level hygiene standards. Never again , Might be 1 star even too much for this place

I ordered 1.5lt bottle of coke but was given 3 cand of BARR cola

Food arrived over 1 hour late, had to call the restaurant 3 times to chase and given same “be with you in 10 minutes” answer. Food eventually arrived and was stone cold, fries inedible, kebab cold and with jalapeños after requested not have them…. Will never order through this restaurant or JustEat again… poor, poor, poor.

This place is a scam and most likely a front You order something from burger bro/kebabish and it never arrives how it's advertised or you just simply get someone elses order no one ever picks up the phone at the restaurant and multiple take away like to same address abit odd

Got the munch box and it said there was mac cheese with it. Ended up getting some sort of curry with kebab meat inside I’m not sure but it definitely wasn’t mac and cheese. Food was bland and the cheese tasted sour on the loaded chips. Also it was 40 mins later that expected time.

Ordered via just eat, order never arrived, tried calling they don't answer the phones. Dog shit service, they need closing down.

Arrived quickly, was hot and tasty 👍

Missed my free item and the chicken tenders were cold and tasted strange.

Notification to say driver was on his way, called restaurant 3 times told me food had left, driver arrived 30 minutes later, obviously food was stone cold with the majority thrown away.

ordered mixed kebab wrap received just lamb kebab, also ordered 2x tika kebab and was tasteless, no flavour at all. never again !!

Tbh never had a great experience there, not going again, everything is quite greasy, and the food I've had has been poor. Atmosphere has been tense at times. They try but it ain't great.

Ordered at 5.24 and the food was delivered at 7.15! The food was stone cold and the chips were soggy and the wrong drinks were sent.dont waste your time on this place its awful

More than half an hour late is totally unacceptable, particularly given that I had to call the restaurant for an update. The web page suggested that the food had been delivered despite it still having not arrived!

Very bad service I got my food after 1 hour

Food took over an hour after the latest arrival time and the app said it had already been delivered so phoned the restaurant to see how long it would be and they said 10 minutes then 20 later food turned up stone cold and poorly presented

Ordered chicken Sheesh kebabs. What we got was lamb koftas. I called to tell them they'd made a mistake , they told me they hadn't and that we sent chicken Sheesh. We definitely were not.

Waited too long for the order. Customer service zero. People were waiting to give order but the person who responsible to take the order was busy with his phone until his colleague arrived and told him to take the order. I found they are unprofessional and they don't care about their customers satisfaction. I will never go there again.

Not as large as I thought it would be, as I ordered a large mix kebab. However, a good flavour, nice and hot, great salad and sauce too. Bang on time, which is a big thing for me. Overall, I will be ordering again, lovely!

delivered late, food cold, one drink incorrect and the other just wasn't delivered at all.

Literally gave inedible and uncooked food. When i called to complain and show pictures of what they sent me, offered refund but never sent it 😒 Oh yeah, order was an hour late too!

Worst kebab if had in a very long time delivery driver just threw kebab at the floor and ran off the. The chicken was just slimy fat and grease was pouring out the tray

i ordered just after opening for delivery, and said possible delivery time was between 12:25 and 12:45 and yet to see anything, the order also states delivered but as said before yet to see anything

was delivered the completely different burger than was ordered, called to discuss. man on phone proceeded to tell me ‘that’s how it’s made now’ yet this was not clear on menu at all. ordered Nashville burger containing hashbrown, buttermilk chicken burger and burger sauce. received a spicy chicken burger, with jalapeños. I have ordered this before and it was great but if this is ‘how it comes’ they need to change the description as this is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!

Had mixed kebab with naan and fries, arrived late , cold , naan rock hard, very disappointed

I order a grill burger and after googling assumed this was a beef burger, I didn’t choose sauce or salad however what we received was a chicken burger with lettuce and mayonnaise! We had a very disappointed teenager tonight!!

Food was good.. ordered jalapeño topping and turned up with gherkins instead.. rang them up eventually got through and they said jalapeños were out of stock.. future reference try contacting customer to ask what replacement topping as I despise gherkins and also was covered in the seeds that come in the jar with them so tainted the taste over half of it ..

Was suprised how good this was! Best takeaway I’ve had in ages. The food was unreal. Only annoying thing was the hash brown was missing from the burger but other than that it was great. Will defo order again.

I ordered a pineapple and ham pizza that came with no pineapples pieces and also ordered two chicken wraps that we had asked for sauces and they were dry without any ketchup or mayonnaise as we asked for. Furthermore I ordered a Nutella wrap wiht strawberries and it came without any strawberries and it was very dry.

food was delicious and fresh, the only think was they forget to send my samosa wich was included in the starter, but so far for a first time order l,I was happy with the amount of food for the price, I will order again definitely 😀

Food order was late. Restaurant called to say Keema Naan was not available. I asked for garlic naan and it was plain. Lamb curry full of bones! However very tasty and a lovely level of spice. Not the best delivery time or service but food is always good. Maybe a bad night for them?

The chicken had strange test and smell . Smells bit old and over hold I wanted to mix kebab I asked To put the salad, separate Didn’t you put the salad with it I wasn’t happy with the meal please please make sure your stuff read the common sense the notes we put .

Kebab meat and chips were good but large Donna was really small and should of been in a naan not a pitta but overall good

The person who picked up my call is asking me questions, he is not letting me answer, even if I try to answer, he is talking alternately that it is not that, this is not, he is not even listening to what I am saying, finally he cut the call, he is a big problem, please stop him, otherwise your business will lose The way he behaves with customers is totally wrong, please take a action to him

Taking orders and not even open. Had to call to find out that they are not delivering till 1pm and food should arrive by 12.50...

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this really wasn't good. The chicken tikka masala was so packed full of coconut, it was like eating a dessert. Really unpleasant. I guess I've learnt a lesson here...don't order curry from a kebab shop!
