Banoffee Patisserie in Bournemouth

Este lugar solía ser el mejor lugar para conseguir pasteles y café desde cuando abrió por primera vez el personal era encantador / amable y acogedor desafortunadamente todo bajó colina abajo no estoy seguro de si cambiaron de dueño o simplemente el personal, pero esta fue mi experiencia la última vez que visité. Fui a pedir a mis hijos el primer pastel de cumpleaños una semana antes de su cumpleaños la panadera se vendió a sí misma como la mejor de la ciudad e incluso sacó su teléfono y se comparó con otros panaderos de pasteles como a sus ojos “ella es la mejor” que me enamoré completamente como una tonta de todos modos dándole 1 semana para hacer mi pastel personalizado que ella dijo que puede hacer Vine a recoger un desastre de un pastel la crema estaba todo corrido el pastel estaba todo manchado e incluso la escritura en él parecía repugnante y desordenado ella lo culpó a la crema! De todas formas no tuve más remedio que coger el pastel del desastre y he subido una foto. Como mamá por primera vez esto fue realmente decepcionante para mí y cuando se trataba de pagar a la señora detrás de la caja registradora se llevó £ 15 de descuento en el precio original donde el "fabricante de pasteles" no estaba de acuerdo con y dijo que nada se debe quitar.

After our evening meal elsewhere, we wanted something sweet and delicious and this did not disappoint! Would definitely recommend whether you are eating in like we did or taking a snack home for a midnight feast 🤭 We had, Lemon sorbet, Oreo cake, Pistachio cake and a Salted Caramel milkshake. All were amazing!

Just popped in for a coffee and just had to try one of the cakes. Fabulous choice and not box standard selection and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

Great breakfast and service mum and dad. Our son loved the pastry and ice cream, will definitely visit when we next go to Bournemouth shopping

The Patisserie is one of the few & the best in town. Cakes, coffee and various other drinks including smoothies are for all tastes. Their speciality breakfasts are not to be missed as they are legendary. Sandwiches and Burgers are all top rated. Friendly atmosphere and delightful hospitality of their staff are very welcoming. It's a must visit, indulge your senses.

Stopped here as we were searching for breakfast on a visit to Bournemouth. Very impressed by the range of food on offer. Even better was the welcome and the service we received. It was a fabulous start to our morning and we were pleased to discover this cafe.

I have visited the cafe several times since it opened. It is one of the few places where the coffee is of a consistently high quality. Most of the time in other places, the quality varies according to, I suspect, who is making it. The cafe itself is very comfortable and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. There is a very good choice of edibles, particularly, as in the title of the cafe, the pastries. It was nice to have a no Covid paranoia experience.

Stopped here because they serve Giggis ice cream which is our favourite. Had some savoury pies followed by lots of ice cream! Lovely service from the girls at the counter and also from the chef who came to say hello. Please keep serving the best ice cream in Bournemouth and we will be back!!

Absolutely incredible! Without exaggeration, these were some of the most delicious cakes we’ve ever had! The food was delicious, and there was such incredible craftsmanship on display. The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to visit again!

The waitress told me it's only been in business for 3 months. I thought it might be part of a franchise chain but apparently not. The owner makes the cakes and they look good and taste good! For those that know it's better than Mark in Christchurch and the patisserie in Westbourne. We are lucky to have somewhere of this quality in the heart of Bournemouth so I hope that locals go out of their way to try it and support it. The coffee is good also.
