unfortunately the service here was terrible and not very friendly, I had to wait a long time to be served and was not a very pleasant experience, the manager even threatened me, will never go back.

Stayed in the hotel a very hot day so the cool bar and a cold beer were a relief. Had a wok of vegetables witb chicken. Very tasty and well prepared.

We got married here in August 2014 and return this year to celebrate your wedding anniversary hotel and bridal suite all as before a very good standard, bar 66 fab for a quite drink ,service always first class with staff friendly ,my favourite bar for a quite drink

The food here is always good and the place is regularly busy in the evenings. The gardens are lovely to sit at and the menu on the specials board is always changing. Service always 5 star and food improving all the time.

We were lucky enough to win a three course meal fro two at a Christmas Disco not expecting too much from a conference / meeting / contractor type of Hotel To be fair its a lovely spot in WGC certainly good enough for the winning England team in 1966. It was clean modern and staff were attentive and smiley. The dining room was empty .....yes really empty at 7.30pm where were all the Hotel guests. We chose to eat in the bar for a bit of atmosphere. Mussels, smoked duck, steak and sea bass, all pretty good, tasty and well presented. There were three menus to choose from................why !! It cant possibly all be fresh I would suggest they shorten the fussy menu and come up with less complicated option to try and encourage guests to stay in and eat in their restaurant with its lovely garden rather than going elsewhere for a cheaper altenative. Come on Best Western you can do so very much better

Here's the updated review: I was really disappointed with my visit to Regal Fish and Chips in WGC. The fish was old and crumbly, with an off smell and no taste at all. It actually made me feel sick. Plus, it was overpriced. The staff force you to pay in cash instead of allowing payment by phone or bank card, which seems odd and dodgy. They even have laminated paper saying 'we prefer cash.' The staff was moody, which made the experience even worse. I would NOT recommend this place to eat!

15 Wigmores SouthCompletely disabled unfriendly, you’d be lucky to get a wheelchair in there. When I asked where the disabled toilet was I was told to go and use the one at Sainsbury’s across the way. The food was nice, but for the portions you get is completely overpriced. The staff were arrogant and impatient and no matter how many times you tried to tell them that you didn’t want either toast or bread and butter with your meal, they kept arguing that it comes with either toast or bread butter. I won’t be going back again and wouldn’t recommend it. I’d just like to finish by saying don’t believe any of the “local guide” reviews, because they’re either paid for or fake reviews.
