Bar Estilo in Richmond upon Thames

Lively tapas chain on the main high street. Went in there for lunch with work colleagues. Food was nice and service was good.

Beautiful, warm atmosphere with delicious food!

All four of us really enjoyed our different lunch meals. The many Gluten-free options were clearly labelled for me. Staff were very attentive & friendly. Virgin mojito was tastiest I'd had in years. My seafood paella was full of seafood :-) Octopus was a whole sliced tentacle. Tagine was authentically Moroccan and Sardines followed by steak looked great too ... Christmassy pear & goats cheese salad was a winner. Loved the wrought-iron themed decor - especially the staircase to the non-disabled loos!

We came here for our work Christmas lunch. They served 26 people. We all had our food in good time, and everyone was generally impressed by the quality. The staff were particularly attentive and made our visit very enjoyable.

Lovely place, nice atmosphere and good food. Clean and tidy. Worth a stop.

Absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful interior, stunning for drinks or dinner in the evening. Great food options, would recommend to go in a group to share lots of different food! Everything tasted amazing and they had really delicious Xmas options! Great vegetarian options and cocktail menu was great! Honestly can't recommend enough!!

We stumbled in off the street after a day walking the Thames; although essentially fully booked they rearranged tables to fit us in. Five tapas dishes between us, plus sweet potato fries, were produced swiftly. This was a good amount of food! Our favourite was the aubergine closely followed by the baked goat’s cheese. Lots of vegan/ gluten-free options were available. Our fabulous server AJ (who turned out to be a manager working occasional shifts) eventually divulged the secret to the aubergines, crispy on the outside, melting on the inside, doused with sticky date molasses. You’ll have to go yourself and charm your own server to find out! AJ treated us to glasses of delicious Pedro Ximenez to accompany our dessert (vegan raspberry chocolate torte, yes please) and then since we got chatting also introduced us to Liquor 43. We loved this place for the fresh ingredients, ambience and top-notch service.

Nice decor and comfortable dining, staff were fine and food was good That said ordered a jug of sangria and it was terrible, loads of ice and for £23 just about got 4 very small glasses from it, a Spanish restaurant that can’t make a sangria. Wouldn’t rush back but at the same time food was good

1st visit we had a selection of Tapas and quesadillas. Delicious food attentive service good atmosphere. We will return👍🏻

Visited with my wife whilst staying in Richmond on Thames area. We have previously visited the Birmingham branch so thought we would visit Teddington. Nice, cosy restaurant but not the warmest temperature. Sat at the high tables in window. Nice menu and good choice. The nachos were very good with plenty of toppings. Spicy wings were lovely. Then paella to share which was good also. Well worth a visit and especially if waiter James serves you. He is extremely pleasant, chatty, efficient and just a very motivated nice person who obviously is always keen to please and make you feel welcome and at ease.

We come to Bar Estilo frequently and always have a 10/10 meal with excellent service. We went most recently for my birthday and was served by James who was very professional and attentive. Would highly recommend Bar Estilo!

We came for dinner last night. Great buzz in the restaurant. Really pleased we booked because the restaurant was very busy. Monika our server was a lovely lady. Really attentive and friendly! The food was delicious… there were four of us and we shared around 10 tapas. Try the pork belly and pineapple… really flavourful! Overall it was a great evening and we will be returning!

Our second visit in a few months. We lived in Teddington many years ago, so visit often, and this is one place we love to come back to. The staff are wonderful, so friendly, and the tapas is always great. On this last visit we didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive, despite the restaurant being really busy. Everything tasted fresh and we had a great evening overall. Our waitress (Lucy?) was amazing.

We have been coming to Bar Estilo for years and it's my favourite restaurant. The food is always fantastic and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is ever too much for the staff. The restaurant is always busy so make sure to book but they are very accommodating. Amazing choice of food and drink including non alcoholic drinks, vegetarian and gluten free food. Toilets are very well maintained and are always clean. We come at least every couple of months and will continue to do so ! Oh... and you can't come here and not have the sharing nachos. You won't get better anywhere else !

Terrific fresh tapas dishes...the grilled prawns are fantastic. And the baked goats cheese. The crispy aubergine is good too. Excellent service. One of the best restaurants in Teddington

This is my favourite restaurant. The food is delicious , the service is excellent and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. I wear hearing aids and have discovered if I sit on the high back bench I can still hear conversation properly. I always book that and it is always arranged for me. What’s not to like !!!

A delightful tapas place in the outskirts of London at Teddington. From the moment you step inside, the warm, inviting atmosphere makes you feel the vibe. The ambient lighting, rustic decor, and lively yet intimate vibe set the stage for a memorable dining experience. Location & Ambiance: Bar Estilo perfectly balances a cozy and vibrant environment. The furniture, walls and the overall setting creates an authentic and relaxing setting. The ambiance of this place would be spot on for a family dinner, a casual night out with friends or a romantic dinner. We belonged to the former set. This restaurant is located on the corner of a street in a prime location, and can be easily spotted. However, parking can be a pain as it’s a busy road with not many free parking slots available especially during peak hours. Service: The staff were friendly, hospitable and attentive without being too intrusive, enhancing the dining experience significantly. We went in without reservation on a Friday night, and had to wait for a bit before getting a table for 10, but the staff made sure we were comfortable. Despite the early jitters (which wasn’t their fault), they swifted through during the rest of our time there, ensuring we had a good experience. Estilo paella (£22 for large) - loved it Seafood paella (£22 for large) - loved it Chorizo & Hallomi skewers (£9) - was good Beef meatballs (£7) - was good Spicy chicken wings with sour cream (£8) - was good BBQ ribs with sweet chilli glaze (£10) - liked the most Lamb kofta mezze (£9) - was amazing Seared steak tostada (£9) - was amazing Meat croquettes (£6) - was good Grilled chicken thighs (£11) - was good Desserts: - churros (tasted good with chocolate sauce) - ⁠chocolate mousse (too chocolatey. Chocolate lovers should love it) - ⁠lemon crème catalana (too lime-y) - Santiago tart (probably the best we tried) - ⁠ice cream with pedro ximenez⁠ (too strong) Generally, loved everything that was served. The plating was amazing and aesthetically pleasing. Verdict: an amazing tapas place. Didn’t find any fault, and we got everything what we’d expect from a fancy upscale place. Would recommend - 10/10

This was a nice place. The staff were really kind and helpful. They laughed at my good and at my bad jokes. Be aware: the non-accessiblity toilets are on the 1st floor. Don't get the cod balls as they don't taste of fish. But everything else is great.

We have just celebrated my husband’s birthday with 26 guests at bar Estilo in Teddington. Everything was perfect, the setting is lovely, the food excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Have been a regular customers for a fair number of years and not once have they disappointed. The food , especially for a vegetarian is excellent and the service is consistently outstanding.

I haven’t been to this place in a few years, the new interior is really well done. Service was excellent, I never felt that we were waiting on anything and staff were very friendly also. The food was just as good - I recommend the aubergine fritters. For a Friday night the atmosphere was a bit quiet, but I know it pops off in the summer so nothing to the fault of the team.

I love tapas and i love Teddington, and this def works. Great place with a good variety.

Love this place, the tapas is excellent and it's reasonably priced. Cocktails can take a while but have been a few times and never been disappointed.

We had a lovely jug of peach and mango sangria to drink and the Spanish tapas selection which did not disappoint. Perfect combination. Definitely recommend.

I have been here many times when I visit the UK. Its always a lovely afternoon out. Good selection of wine by the glass. The food is varied and very good. Small servings available. The service is top notch. Best to call for reservations.

Fantastic local tapas bar in Teddington with a really good range of dishes and drinks - served quickly and really good quality. Can be busy during weekends but they managed to squeeze us in at the back. Highly recommended.

I am a sucker for Spanish Tapas and cocktails and this place didn’t disappoint. The Manhattan and the Cosmopolitan were good, the lemon creme catalana was just what I needed to finish off a meal. But the tapas were so good - the lamb kofte mezze, goats cheese platter, pesto gnocchi - loved it. The pork belly and prawns were good too. I would definitely visit again to try the octopus and other tapas on the menu. Recommend it.

The food was excellent and the service too. The only thing was not wood at all was the coffee we ordered at the end, for the rest everything was marvellous. We have diferent paella and was excellent

Unfortunately, I won’t go again. The chef needs to review the paella recipe. As a Spanish, I’ve never eaten a Paella like this one.

We came here as a group for a leaving do. The staff are consistent and always willing to help and give advice on the right amount of food to order. We ordered all of the different compilations which gave a wonderful mix of food. My favourites were the calamari (freshly cooked and not just a ring), halloumi bites and the potato braves which had a good spicy kick

First visit to this tapas bar. It was a midweek, early evening, therefore not busy. Good ambience, despite being only a few tables occupied. Seems it must get very busy later, as there were at least 5 servers. The service was good, taking our orders and, once food arrived, checking that all was ok. Also quick and efficient. Food was excellent, and good size portions. Will return. Would highly recommend.

We visited Bar Estilo whilst staying nearby and judging by how fantastic the food, service and atmosphere was we were lucky to get a table early evening. By the time we finished our meal the restaurant was packed out probably for the reasons mentioned above. Like amateurs we completely forgot to take pictures of the food etc as we were too busy enjoying ourselves but trust me when I say the presentation and taste was top notch 👍

We arrived at bar Estilo with no reservation and we were seated promptly, we originally only decided to go for a drink but after looking at the menu ended up ordering 8-9 items 😂, none of them disappointed, the lamb kofta mezze and the Gnocchi were our favourites. We were served by Monika and her extensive knowledge of the menu allowed members of our group with an allergy to feel very welcome. Unfortunately I took no pictures but I implore you to look at other reviews to see what you’re missing! 10/10 will be back!

In High St. Teddington, no parking on site. Excellent Tapas. Friendly, courteous staff. The food is excellent, and it also caters for gluten free and vegan. Menus to share as well as individual. Specials and Children's available. Cocktails terrific. Lovely ambience, not too expensive.

Myself and a friend came here last night for tapas. Everything is always incredible. Our server was Eddie , who was wonderful and super welcoming. We ordered the peach and mango sangria which was completely delicious. We then promptly ordered and received our food. The pros belly with pinaple salsa (5/5), the chicken quesedilla (4/5), the prawns pil pil (5/5), the classic Paella (5/5) and the Grilled Octopus (2.5/5). I will always come here for tapas as the food is incredible and the energy is electric. Thanks to the staff who took care of us, we will be back.

Really delicious tapas, loved all the dishes we ordered. Particularly enjoyed the prawns pil pil and salt cod fritters. Service was fab, really attentive. Loved the atmosphere and decor in the restaurant. All coffees were available decaf too, which was a nice touch. Will definitely be back!

Went out for dinner for my brothers birthday and had the best time - the food was amazing and the staff couldn't have done anymore (especially, Emmanuel!). Couldn't recommend anymore and can't wait to go back! Thank you

Full length windows open to a chilly evening and uncomfortable, bartender very slow, drinks order took a very long time. Unwell overnight and by the next morning stomach pain, high temperature diahorrea and vomiting. Avoid the mackeral. Mushrooms with goats cheese was nice, but probably won't revisit due to the food poisoning.

Great atmosphere, brilliant service with polite and personable staff. It was busy but we didn't have to wait long for our food or drinks, even when there was a rush of customers on a Friday night. Cannot recommend this place more, truly great time. This sounds silly because it's such a basic dish but the chicken wings were amazing!!!

Really enjoyed the food, had to go to the bar (literally just behind me!) to order our first drinks because no one was around to take the oder, but it was not a big deal & they were brought to the table; subsequent drinks were ordered from the table.

Many vegan options including a lovely vegan dessert that even my non vegan friend loved. And, of course everything was absolutely delicious! I would definitely go back here.

Always love this place but the last few times have been a bit of a let down. The chorizo roll buns have been replaced from a nice brioche to something more basic which is a shame. The last visit they had no bravas either so had some sweet potato fries instead but left hungry as they didn’t have their nicest dish. Given the prices have gone up recently I was at odds to pay more for other items I didn’t want. Sadly with the increased prices the quality has declined but they can’t have it both ways. Giving three starts as last experiences have been good and staff are always friendly. Hopefully they up their quality again and get back to their old ways.
