Had a great night for my friend’s birthday. Alex and Kian were fantastic hosts and really looked after us. Lovely food, good cocktails and fab tunes on the dance floor too!

Absolutely love this place, they have gluten free option pizza, food is very flavoursome. The staff always friendly, very welcoming. I go here often and the atmosphere is great, excellent DJ who plays the best music. Had a great time on the Halloween theme evening, staff made great effort to dress up and place well decorated.

I had private hire of Bar Italia for my 50th Birthday party and it was the best night ever! Emanuel, Alex and their team made the whole process, from planning a few months before to the actual night, so stress free and they were so accommodating to everything I asked for, with great ideas too! All my guests commented on how great the food, drinks (especially the cocktails!) and venue were.. Everything was just perfect and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.. I would 100% recommend Bar Italia and the team for a fantastic event! Thank you again!!

I am from the US and visited London for a month to see my brother. On that day, I was waiting for him to hang out in the city. The meeting point was at Bar Italia. For some reason, my brother was three hours late, and I spent all that time at BarItalia. The two girls working there were very friendly, the atmosphere was fantastic, the prices were decent, and the customers were friendly and good people. I highly recommend this place.

Great bar with a dance floor in the back. DJ is quite good and the atmosphere is fun. Bartenders are skilled and there is a 2 for 1 deal before midnight. Highly recommend for people looking to enjoy some good cocktails and dance till late night.

Good food reasonable price. Great atmosphere outside area for smoking/vaping. Disco later goid mix of ages and music. I went on a Friday evening. I recommend the lasagne was really good. Nice helpful staff.

Great bar staff. Vibe is alright but the doormen are awful. Think they are better than they are. As they always do. Wouldn’t step back even if you paid me. Tweedle dumb and tweedle Dee need a talking to.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Went here once a few years ago and had a designer bag stolen with absolutely disgraceful assistance from the staff and security. Payed a second visit this weekend only to be kicked out. The place is FULL of people doing class A drugs. The security guards feel free to put their hands on females to push and shove them with force. As well as being rude. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. What a dive. The security guards clearly use their role here to attain some authority and respect they clearly don’t receive on their day to day lives. What a sad establishment.

I don't complain lightly but perhaps stick to having drinks here and not food. Took a while for order to get taken, then no check-back at all which I could have done with because for the 2nd time in my life I've come across a restaurant that serves a 'bolognese' which is a tomato sauce with mince chucked in to it - this is not a bolognese. Mentioned this when they finally cleared our plates but no apology or offer of replacing it or a free dessert perhaps. Had to go and ask for bill & they still added a service charge when they hardly did anything (it was not busy). They also photographed some food that evening so constant flashes which the turned into them needing to drill above said table so would be noisy for a bit. Stick to the Italian next door - apparently it's miles better.

The best truffle Mac & cheese & tender-stem broccoli. I have the same thing everytime I come. 1000% worth a visit. I came from wales for this. Lots of spots for insta inspiration . Very pretty, modern. I will keep returning

Nice staff and service. The kindest top 5 🌟 I had to go back home to get my ID but there’s also the professionalism role here as the bouncers are looking for clients safety including myself. I spent a bit more than average as I felt the soul and I’m not worry about cash when I feel ok and safe.

I would give less than 1 star if I could just cause of the security. He was intimidating and judgemental even though he was of color as me.

I have been to BarItalia many times for a bottomless brunch with my friends. The staff are great, the food really good and the cocktails are amazing...sometimes we end up staying until the evening. Great venue, keep it up

If you come during the week the food is good as is the service. But on a night out they are very selective who they allow in, purely based on what you look like. If the place isn’t busy they let a group of guys in but most weeks your turned away as there’s a “private party” or simply “the manager says no”. Which is muggy as some nights you can spend £100+ in there (it’s expensive for Uxbridge) but get turned away another week because your face doesn’t fit. They will take your money if it’s dead quiet inside otherwise if you’re not a good looking woman or look like a douchey flash guy wearing designer clothes they won’t let you in.

well decorated place. Cocktails are really nice (good long happy hour). But the food ranges from bad to inedible unfortunately - lots of people at my table left most of their food (including me!) reply post owner comment: i wasnt the person that booked, and that’s fairly normal given social context. Didnt see a point in moaning, but felt that a lot of us leaving food speaks for itself. No one on your staff asked how the food was by the way.

We went on a Thursday lunch time so was fairly quiet. Would recommend that the outside ashtray was nearer to the area folk were smoking.

Food is great… service ruined the experience. The point in a starter is to have something to enjoy while you’re waiting on your main. I shouldn’t have to waive down table service after waiting at the table for 10 minutes to be approached after being sat.

Friday 22nd December, both door and bar staff including management absolutely no help what do ever. Pre Xmas drinks with work colleagues. Black coat with my house keys in the pocket QPR poppy badge on the left collar of the coat gone from the premises.

Food is lovely, esp the garlic cheese dough balls. Staff friendly and attentive. Prices reasonable. Will definitely be back for food, have only ever been in for drinks until this week

Fabulous evening celebrating my daughters Hen Party, there were 23 of us and all the staff were highly attentive, food and atmosphere were excellent would highly recommend.

Finally! The long neglected gents toilet has finally been refurbished – not completely, but enough that it is no longer the glaring reason not to recommend Bar Italia. I won’t comment any further on a problem that no longer exists other than to say that the refurb was probably 5 years overdue. Staff are great, food is great and a comprehensive choice of drinks. There used to be plenty of food promotions on weekday evenings / weekends, sadly no longer but the food is good enough that I don’t mind paying full price. Pizzas in particular are prepared by the bar, so they tend to be fairly open to substituting ingredients / extra spicy etc. They are now officially closed on Sundays which is a shame, but it was sufficiently quiet that it probably makes sense. Monday evenings can be a bit hit and miss

Fantastic food and awesome service. So nice and welcoming especially as I have a young family so was a bit worried it might be a bit grown up for them but the staff were perfect and incredibly patient which was nice. I would definitely go back with and without the kids. Great vibe and great food

Sat down as a group getting drinks (which were slow and watery) waiting for a friend. When they arrived they were told they couldn't come in. Extremely rude staff and terrible service. Left due to awful experience won't return.

Need to work on their entry policy and be more inclusive.

Service was slow, music was bad and the drinks were expensive. The bouncer and manager denied my friend entry because he was wearing a dress. They made the excuse his trainers were an issue when others were allowed in with trainers. Clear homophobia, we will not be returning

Refused my (male presenting) friend entry just because they were wearing a dress. It was a long dress, with long sleeves, very elegant. They were horrible and rude about it.

My parents (in their 60s) went in for a cocktail to celebrate their 43rd wedding anniversary on Wednesday evening and were told they couldn’t stay to have a drink despite there being loads of space available, because they didn’t book! They went past again later on and the place was still empty! Cannot see any reason for refusing them coming in expect for their age! Absolutely disgusting and obviously ageist place!

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Baritalia. I had a 3 course meal, with a couple of cocktails. The cocktails were expensive. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a good night. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups. Service was a bit disappointed.

Good cocktails, great vibe, good food, unfortunately all let down by one really poor doorman - the South Asian bouncer (the miserable one with grey hairs in his beard who tries to look hard but comes off as a cringey weirdo) is a right See You Next Tuesday who needs to go back to training or get a new job as his attitude is horrendous and lets the whole place down. They should hire someone new, if you get him at the door get ready for a rudeness and selective entry where he acts like a fool. The rest of the bouncers are fine and friendly - the other South Asian bouncer is lovely but you can tell he's embarassed having to work with such an uneducated idiot. First impressions count and sadly that miserable git is the first person you see if you get there after 9. Other than that moron, it's a great place! Hopefully they hire new door staff, when they do I'll rate it 5 stars as its a terrific place which is open till very late and has a dance floor, dj and beer garden! Sort it out Bar Italia and get rid of that loser.

I have never had food at bar Italia, however it's a great place for a night out. Nice mixed crowd, and good urban music. Has a decent garden too.

Came for drinks late night Friday, booked in advance. Always a good time, nice people, friendly vibe and great drinks and music. I come here often with friends, Brought some new people this time and they loved it too. Careful with the candle wax I knocked it all over my jeans and jacket doh, lol.

Had a wonderful group meal at BarItalia! The food was great, but what impressed us the most was the excellent service - from start to finish, they treated us wonderfully and helped us with anything we needed. Only downside was that they don't have baby changing facilities.

Only been here to eat twice, but both times the food and drinks were great! It is expensive, but it does mean everyone that comes there are fairly decent. It turns into a club later on in the evening which is fun, but it is a shift in atmosphere as you can no longer comfortably chat, but the music is good. There is a small outdoor area at the back and the toilets are fine.

Not a fan of asking specifically for a glass of TAP water after a day of heavy drinking only to find that I've been charged 89p for it.

For a friends birthday party we was having a wonderful time, to later find out our waiter was making inappropriate comments about my friends ‘ass and boobs’ but my friend felt more comfortable (enough) to stay and enjoy the food in order to try and not ruin her own birthday. Mid age overweight waiter, you know who you are. We’ll be speaking soon. Disgusting behaviour. The name is Nona Rosa but when I spoke to them via the phone they said they’re under bar Italia, can you please confirm this is correct?

Great service, happy cheerful staff, food good, can be over seasoned a bit, too much salt my taste but well presented fresh tasty and well worth a visit. Good selection of cocktails, drinks and agato ice-cream coffee. Stylish and please t surrounds.

We were there for a team dinner, so a pretty big group. Still the service was impeccable and the food is really nice! Recommend

Have only drank here a few times in the afternoon and it's very lovely inside and the staff are polite and welcoming. We always go when it's the happy hour to get the 2-4-1 cocktails and they are always very delicious and look fab! I cannot comment on the food as I'm too busy drinking cocktails to eat anything! 😂

Good atmosphere, good music but the bouncers are absolute joke when it comes to entering the bar. Drinks are same price as Central London. If you want value for your money, I would go to any other bar around uxbridge.

Had some really nice meal yesterday with the family - the waiters were very welcoming and accommodating. I had the seafood linguine in which was superb and my wife had a pizza which one of the best we have had outside of Italia. Very nice spacious venue.

Didn't let us in because we had no booking, but let people after us with now booking. Pointed at the sign as they reserved the right to refuse entry but had no actual excuse. Stuck in the old ages, just couldve been honest that they didnt want to let any coloured people in

Obviously focused more on the bar element than restaurant. We sat eating our meal which was fine, nothing amazing but for what we paid ok, to chants of " down it down it " and other such hardly the romantic Italian meal we had hoped for. The service though there was no excuse for the lady that serviced us was disinterested we ended up having to go to the bar to pay the bill. Did we want desert ? No. Did they ask us ha no. If you want a nice Italian better off at Nona Rosa next door and stick to a few drinks in Bar Italia

For a night out had a really bad experience, only welcoming to young girls, secuirty are trained to turn away males as they make up any reason on the spot; guest list, trainers, hats, hoods. However this doesn't apply to girls. They attempt to split mixed groups and only allow girls while turning away boys. Not a women working on the night... creepy. Also if your BAME just go the Irish pud Whelans who far more welcoming and less likely to be subject to biases. And if your a BAME male don't bother! Seriously don't,

Really poor security on the door. Very selective about who they let in. Made it very clear that he only lets people in based on what they look like. We never once said anything to them. Just looked at us and decided they wanted to discriminate against us. Very unjust and weird to be honest. Not worth spending any money in this place.
