Chips were not good not be back there again looked a dirty

Disgusting customer service , didn't send curry sauce for a meal rang up and obviously said wanted the meal replacing as by the time the curry gets redelivered the meal would be cold , was told no only the curry will be sent out so ended up with cold food and warm curry , was also laughed at on the phone when explained food would be cold in that time , pathetic will not order again !!!!!!!!

Last nite we got the £17 meal deal from bath st chippie 2 fish,2 jumbo sausage,2 large chips,2 large curry sauces,1 large bottle of tango orange,plus we also ordered 10 chicken nuggets,another large chips,1 large curry sauce,3 small gravy,1 battered burger,1 portion of cheese all for £32 delivered,all nice and hot and everything was delicious for 6 people,couldnt fault a thing outstanding value for all this food,everything went nothing got binned well done Bath St chippie everything was spot on and only 45mins from ordering to delivery 😋

Great fish and chips at a great price

Chips are white not even cooked , I've had many meals before and not one single complaint, but tonight it's disgusting even the peas have seansonig , if use disagree come pick my meal as I cant and won't eat it

Fish ready nice but chips cold spoilt meal

Wonderful fish and chips, cooked fresh and the staff are great. I always go here when I'm visiting my relatives. Thumbs up from me.

Had the best sausage chips in ages. Mrs loved the scampi and fussy daughter demolished fish cake before we even got to table. Spam fritter was a nice treat for us and can’t complain. Will be ordering from here again when we want to have a treat.

Bath Street Fish and Chips has been the worst chippy I have experienced! The chips were hard and chewy, the batter was thick and the fish was of low quality! No food hygiene sticker. Such a great shame considering this place used to win awards. This has gone down hill. Would not recommend to anyone

Batter not good dripping in grease would not recommend

Went here at 18.30 ..28/07/20 Ordered small chips and small sausage and small curry but got large gravy and ordered large chips large sausage and large gravy and got large sausage in batter and a small gravy I wanted salt and vinegar but got none spent a tenner and 3 quarters went in the bin I would recommend this place if you are not bothered if you are pleased with not getting what you've ordered

I have to be completely honest and I will be... the staff were friendly so I have to credit that. However... this has to be without question the WORST chippy I have ever visited!!! I had battered sausage, chips and gravy. The chips were chewy and greasy. They were a disgrace to the earth we live on, absolute garbage. Second was the gravy, very very thick and tasted bland... The battered sausage, where do I start? Seriously you can not serve whatever that battered sausage was, I threw it in the bin because it was inedible. If you really want to throw your money down the drain and/or get sick then this is the place to go!! Absolutely disgraceful! Sort yourselves out!!!!

Nos trajeron patatas fritas y guisantes desde aquí durante nuestro tiempo de aislamiento. Muy agradecido por el hecho de que podemos hacer que la comida sea entregada con bastante rapidez y caliente. Buenas patatas fritas aunque una gran porción, buenos guisantes, el pescado estaba bien, pero la masa era demasiado espesa, cocinada por fuera pero todo el interior todavía estaba crudo. Una vez que se quitó la masa, el pescado estaba bien, la masa solo tenía que ser mucho más delgada.

Tenía ganas de pescado y papas fritas después de un turno de 10 horas, mi esposo sugirió que probáramos este. Habiendo ordenado, (el pescado se cocina a pedido), estuve inspeccionando la tienda y el personal, fueron eficientes en el trato con los clientes ambulantes, así como los pedidos automáticos. Lo que me decepcionó fue la montaña de cajas de aceite de palma almacenadas justo más allá de las freidoras. El lugar sería una bola de fuego si ocurriera un desastre. Creo que la mayoría debería almacenarse más lejos, tal vez en un edificio exterior. La comida en sí era típica pescado y patatas fritas han tenido mejor.

Pequeño chippy con personal amable, mostrador limpio y ordenado, amplio menú. Venden los viejos buñuelos de papa aquí, delicioso cambio de papas fritas.

Possibly the worst in Barrow. Fish (minnow) covered in concrete. Scraps for chips. Served in a tiny (that s a blessing) polystyrene carton.

Not one to moan but that was the worst fish and chips I have ever had! Chips looked anaemic, so dry...almost certain they where re-cooked from dinner?! I don't know what the fish was cooked in but it definitely was not any batter I have ever seen!! Waste of a good chippie.

Great chippy with great fish (currently the fish is haddock) Each time I have been the fish and the chips have been freshly cooked to order. They also offer a range of other meals and meal deals such as cheeseburger with free onion rings. Certainly worth a visit if you are looking for a decent chippy in Hindpool.

I have been here a lot of times, even driving past a few to get there. Fish is cooked to order and ways piping hot, and served with a smile. However this time, it was all very greasy and left an unpleasant feeling. Maybe just unlucky.

Lots of food options available and some great offers available too. Had fish & chips for £4 recently which was cooked completely fresh, and was delicious!! Last week I had cheeseburger (propper grated cheese) cooked to order, with chips, and freshly made onion rings for only £4!! Really good value for money, cooked fresh to order, and will keep going here if they maintain the great quality food.

This was an excellent fish and chip shop but since the former fryer is now running an award winning chip shop in Kendal the standard here has deteriorated.

Won awards and easy to see why. Fabulous fish and chips. A nice varied menu all cooked fresh to order. Good choice of children's menu also. Staff friendly and approachable. Also offer pensioner deals.

Advertised as open till 1.30am, actually closes at 9pm, what's the point of that?

I called in for fish and chip. I think it was a Sunday. Sorry to the owners but it was the worst fish and chips I've ever had the chips were over done the batter on the chip was soggy and under cooked. Won't be going there again.

The first time I went here it was because I saw the sign at the end of the road, the fish and chips were excellent and the literature on the walls made a song and dance about its story and the owner was chatty and friendly. However the second visit was far from good, the fish was not the same quality and I didn't enjoy it at all and stopped eating it after a couple of mouthfuls. Just my opinion but I won't go again as lack of continuity means I would risk wasting money.

Next fish and chips in the area. They also do am impressive extra got curry sauce.
