Bawtry's Bar & Brasserie in Doncaster

Food took a long time to come but was nice once arrived.

I can’t recommend this place enough and I simply can’t thank Josh and team enough for their help. Back in summer I booked for a December group birthday in, Josh was amazing explaining all the options we had, always on hand at the end of the phone during planning. On the day, absolutely everyone complimented the venue, the service and the amazing carvery! Overall the biggest compliment was about the food! Highly recommended - you won’t go wrong here, you’re in great hands.

Lovely pub. Popped in for a very Saturday evening beverages. Great staff, absolutely manned the bar. No pressure exhibited. Top class 👏 * Update: Had a meal here Sat evening. A wonderful restaurant to accompany a wonderful bar. Sirloin Steak was amazing. And not overly expensive. Highly recommend.

We recently held a private event at Bawtry's Bar & Brasserie, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was from start to finish. First, the private room itself was lovely. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. They were incredibly accommodating, helping us with the setup and making sure all our needs were met without hesitation. The food was nothing short of exceptional. All so delicious and plenty of it. . The drink selection was equally impressive, with a variety of options that catered to everyone’s tastes. Overall, the combination of the fantastic venue, attentive staff, and amazing food made our event truly memorable. I highly recommend them for any special occasion—nothing was too much trouble for them!

17 of us stopped off last night for a break on route home. Our group contained some Under 18s but we were made to feel welcome even though it was after 7pm and very busy. Real Ale was in fantastic condition and the service was very efficient. Will definitely choose to stop off here when passing in the future.

Fab, quiet, little bar that's reasonably priced given the location. The food is good and the staff are friendly. It's a nice place to sit and chat and have a few drinks.

Loved the Sunday carvery was amazing yesterday Chef didn’t tremendous job on all the maze roast vegetables potatoes gravy was amazing absolutely 100% recommend this place. Services is very good and Andy looks after you.

Great place for something g to eat, live music too staff lovely

Food is excellent, service always welcoming and a great vibe in the pub and restaurant.

We stayed the night here in one of there rooms, and we had a lovely time all staff were very friendly and helpful our room was clean also our room had a fridge with bottle water and milk in it which was a lovely touch. We had breakfast down stairs and that was amazing 😍 and definitely what we needed after a few beers the night before. So thank you to you all for making our night away really enjoyable we will be back again soon. We highly recommended staying here and definitely trying out the breakfast.

Lovely food well worth a visit

We went decided to try this Brasserie and it was so worth it. The place was nicely busy, it was clean and the service was impeccable. You have a fantastic team there and I want all the kudos to go to them. The minute we came in there, staff had supplied out menus, a very clean table and drinks. The menu doesn't overwhelm you either and it's fantastic. We ordered a steak and the chimurri frittes. So good. Cooked to perfection. The team made sure we were well taken care of. Go with thr whole family. It's great.

Amazing meal tonight, the burgers are the best for miles and always my go to! Tonight we also tried the ribs and they are definitely the best we have had before…..the extra side of chicken wings with franks hot sauce even had a love heart wing!

I've just been to Little Bawtrys for a Sunday carvery and it was lovely to eat such well cooked food. Cooked to perfection and a big shout out to owners and staff. Roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese and the meat in fact everything amazing. In my opinion it was the best carvery I've eaten out and will definitely be back for another. Well done team!! and thanks

The rooms are very good value for money and perfect for a one or 2 night stay. Good food in the restaurant and you get discount if staying in the rooms. Free parking on site if available. Staff were generally very friendly. There is breakfast available.

Amazing place to pass the boxing day

Lovely little apartment, very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast in Little Bawtry's was really good. In a great location and would definitely stay here again!

A very popular venue in this small town, always has a buzz. Decent food in the separate dining area.

We popped in for lunch after seeing the burgers one evening and they didn’t disappoint. The best buffalo chicken burger I have had. Highly recommend

Popped in last night (Wednesday) and discovered that a pint of old peculier and half of John Smith's was going to cost me a whopping £9 !!!!? Won't be going back at those prices.

Huge selection of beers and awesome food to top it off. The black and blue burger was excellent so was the philly cheese steak sandwich. Highly recommend this place to anything. Great portion sizes as well. Can't fault it. Also a large selection of beers and largers.
