Customer service was not good using abusing words with the customer and chicken was smelling very bad in sweet and sour chicken.

Only received one fortune cookie, and one utensils.

I order often but today the food was delicious

Brilliant! Their Singapore noodles taste quite good and fit the taste you would expect from oriental style food (some places use a generic spice which makes it taste like Indian food) The beef in black bean sauce was top notch, beef was nice and tender and the black bean sauce was really nice and wasn't swimming in oil which a few places are guilty of 😅 The shop front may be small, but don't let that put you off some great, well cooked food!

Chicken salt and pepper was amazing, everything else was below average unfortunately. The chicken chow mein smelled like they used fish oil. All in all, it could have been much better.

Beijing Noodles We were a regular to Beijing Noodles Greenford until this experience: We have brought dinner from Beijing Noodles on multiple occasions. Recently the food has been deteriorating rapidly and becoming rather expensive. Our latest order was: Beef black bean: the worse beef in black bean we have ever tasted, in fact it was uneatable. The beef was so chewy we couldn't eat it, felt like we were eating a dish washing sponge, I ended up spitting it out.. was disgusting! Well over spiced to compensate the fatty beef. It was so hot simply couldn't eat it. Definitely poor quality beef ! And the over spice used to cover up the disgusting taste. I have often order these dishes from various Chinese restaurants, but never have I tasted such a disgusting dish... The Chicken Singapore Vermicelli Noodle , where was the chicken ? Just noodles.. We paid over £35 for 2 people , where is the chicken , basically it was just noodles as per the photo. We have had both of these dishes above on multiple occasions but tonight's was disgusting. What a let down👇 Fried rice was nice , very basic but at least we could eat it . I was surprised the crackers are £2 for a tiny bag. Overall , we wouldn't buy from here again . Food is over priced , the food quality is very poor, quality of the meat is extremely poor, this is not authentic Chinese. There are far better Chinese takeaway establishments around Greenford. Dear owner, stop apologising and start refunding those that have lost their money. I'm in the top 10% of food reviewers with over 6 million views . You need to stop producing disgusting food .

Doesn’t give a cash machine which is required, they blame the card reader and only let you pay in cash. They then make you pay online which is 12 pounds extra, for the SAME collection. I was given a 22 pound receipt when in fact I paid 36 online which is straight up fraud.

Never again!!!! I have been there to pick up some food ordered by my son, when I went there to pay they said the machine is not working, they asked me to pay online £36 and gave me a receipt for £22, imagine what a fraud, they took the opportunity because I was there and the food was ready for collection, so they literally charged me for the delivery as well, on the website it doesn't say that that their machine isn't working, I should have got a receipt for what I've paid for , not for £22... avoid!!!!

Not very nice. The spare ribs were completely dried out as were the chicken balls. I had to throw them away

Most of the dishes were ok but not great. But what they are selling as Malaysian satay sauce is absolutely not. It’s a slightly spicy, soy-based, thin sauce with a few peanuts sprinkled in it. Disappointing. Won’t be trying them again.

Just got a small order in for Satay Chiken in peanut sauce. It arrived with little to no peanut sauce in the tub with LETTUCE?!?! WT.. made three minimal amount of sauce, which tasted funny and ruined the chicken, which was dry as well!! NO ONE PUTS LETTUCE IN WITH SATAY CHICKEN FFS!! At a push, a bit of pineapple! If you're going to serve this, I'd suggest putting the sauce in separately and letting the customer add it when they are picking off the LETTUCE!! from the chicken! Just a suggestion!!

Dear sir / madam. I thought I would try your restaurant today. Unfortunately I was very unsatisfied with outcome. The duck was very hard, and the portion size was very little for the money you are charging. The noodles was fine along with the Thai cakes.

Chose the wrong address and the guy on the phone had the attitude of a bitter 12 year old with depression. I've spoke to Spam calls with more politeness, hardly speaks English. must of come over on a floating door.

My go to Chinese for delivery in Heathrow! Another wonderful meal, huge portion, piping hot, the same delivery driver, this has got to be my favourite restaurant for delivery and service, nicely packaged, and this time a complimentary fudge cake ! Thank you once again ! until next time !

I had a takeaway. Mixed starters. The seaweed was very chewy not nice at all. Vegetables samosas. Over cooked, almost burnt. Just onion and sweetcorn inside. Not nice at all. Chicken and sweetcorn soup. No flavour and of a watered down consistency. Really was disappointed. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I’ve tried from many different establishments over the years and never had anything that tasted like that, who puts a whole fried egg in plain chow mein for starters ? The rice was too sticky and didn’t taste nice, this is 1 million % not an authentic Chinese restaurant, my advice for anyone is AVOID THE CHINESE …. Considering it was £20 more then the usual one we use it should be top notch, note to self always check reviews (my photo is of their version of plain chowmein containing fried egg)

Absolutely horrendous customer service, phone call received from delivery driver who had gone to the wrong address. He then come to the correct address on the order but claimed the postcode to be wrong? I did not select the postcode location services correctly showed my location. Driver abusive and argued for over 25 minutes asking for more money! By the time I received my food it was stone cold. Disgusting

The best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. Flavour was amazing. Came perfectly hot. The best ribs I’ve ever had. The rest of the food was also great. Will definitely be ordering again. Oh and super early delivery. Was pleasantly surprised. Thank you

A small joint that offers many chinesse, nibbles, mexican, and starters. The prices are also very reasonable. For a person you can enjoy fajitas, curry with rice from 7-10pounds.

As always food was piping hot, egg fried rice one of the best in the area. The green and red curry with extra veg was lovely, full of flavours. Tried the hakka noodles for the first time here, and they were really nice, with hint of spice. I will definitely order these again. I wouldn’t select beef again, for some reason the beef here is mostly quite tough, but this is not the first or the last take away place who went down with their beef quality. But overall can’t complain & will keep ordering

Truly vile and off-putting furthermore upon emailing them on the day of the incident which is 4/5days now I am still awaiting a response. Spent £108 and food had Hooke smell and so much ginger in the sweet sour and lemon chicken was disgusting. The noodles smell so bad and lemon chicken skins and so sour it’s just not normal. I been eating Chinese for a long time and never had bad experience like this. Please avoid all cost .

£1 for extra tofu in my vermicelli and I was only given 1 and a half cubes. I expected more for the value.

Okay on time but this is not chinese food. This is indians cooking chinese ot something it was not great at all. Spring rolls were spicy and not mini. No dipping sauce. Chicken was not cooked on outside. Beef was not how it should be and rice was disgusting. Very very poor. I want a refund

Called and requested LITTLE chilly, but fell on deaf ears. Instead decided to give me extra! So much chilly, it's in every bite. At least 50 chillies lol!! What a joke. That went in the bin, called to inform of what happened, they didn't care!! Wish I had read all the reviews on Trustpilot before choosing this awful place. The worst takeaway my family has ever had. The food was clearly not fresh. The Thai food was not Thai food, no taste of tamarind sauce in the pad Thai, which were brown, dry and with stale peanuts. The tomyum soup was so bad. The sesame brown toast looked like it had been cooked twice, managing to be dry AND soggy. The beef ho fun noodles had beef that was rock hard and so dark it was obvious it had been recooked. The sweet and sour sauce was like water in consistency. Food had to be binned.
