Honestly, this place has quickly become my favorite spot for Lebanese and Mediterranean food in Glasgow. I only just moved to the city for work and have been trying out different restaurants, but I was so happy to stumble upon this little gem. The food is delicious, everything tastes fresh and full of flavour, and you can really tell it’s made with care. Each dish has that authentic taste that makes you feel like you’re eating at a family-owned restaurant abroad. The vibe of the place is also great. The staff are really welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about giving you a good experience. It’s not just the food that’s great, but the whole feeling of being there. It’s a place that makes you want to come back. All of this for a very good price. Honestly a great restaurant. I’ll definitely be returning soon! Highly recommended! 👍👍

A couple of our party had to leave early, and the restaurant gave us takeaway boxes for the extra food left over. Everything fresh and flavoursome. Considering the excellent quality of the food, we found the bill very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Amazing food! I'm Lebanese, and i wanted to try, they offered true delicious Lebanese food. We had as starters: hummus shawarma, motabbal, tabboule, batata harra, baba ghannoug. And for the main: Beirut star, msaa3a, mgaddara and salad. We had some tea and baklawa also. Amazing food, amazing staff, Thank you!

I was a loyal customer for several years until my late ex died, then returned recently when I discovered Too Good to Go. At first I got a beautifully seasoned smallish portion of fresh food. The last three visits this has been replaced by a big portion of cold bad food. I had no idea that you could ruin something as simple as chicken and rice. . The response I got to this was not at all pleasant. A thank you for letting us know would have done. No more custom or goodwill for you.

Este era un restaurante tan encantador! la comida era INCREÍBLE, me encantó cada bocado de ella - una amiga que pensó que odiaba halloumi se ha dado cuenta de lo sabroso que es ahora! teníamos tanta comida, estábamos tan hambrientos y tan codiciosos y nos encantó. el personal era encantador, era tan amable y tenía una vibra de estar en una casa familiar, me sentí como el "papá" nos cuidó y nos ayudó a asegurarse de que no nos habíamos vuelto demasiadooooo nueces con nuestro pedido. el cordero en arroz era DIVINO. el tabbuuleh era tan sabroso, las lentejas eran preciosas, hombre, me encantó cada bocado de ella. no puedo esperar a volver. y luego para colmo, cuando nos íbamos, "papá" nos dio un poco de baklava que era para morir! honestamente, lo pasamos tan bien aquí, tan razonablemente precio también. lo que un hallazgo! recomiendo encarecidamente este pequeño restaurante familiar hermoso.

Food quality is amazing you will taste delicious dishes prepared with the most fresh ingredients, lamb meat is the tenderest ever tried. The owner and young guy with glasses are wonderful hosts, welcoming, attentive, friendly and always with a smile yet professional. They are a wonderful example of how customer care service should be performed: smiling, listening, being resourceful while delivering consistency! Well done and cannot wait to come back to try more dishes!

I love this restaurant, I always come here to eat amazing food and drink coffee (they serve a fantastic cappuccino!). The service is phenomenal and the food is even better. Definitely recommend and I can’t stop coming back!

Hi All, I went there and had a shawarma and orange juice, last week. There was hardly any orange juice in the slim glass they provide (for £5). It's better you drink something outside or buy any drink from the nearby Co-op (It's far cheaper and better). Let me come to the shawarma part, the bread was hard and crispy like poppadoms, which didn't allow me to enjoy the shawarma to my fullest. The meat and filling were dry. One of the staff members at the counter asked how it was and I told the truth, the reply that he gave was:- "this is the Lebanese way". It makes no sense when the organisation doesn't want to honestly correct itself or attend to each and every wishes of their customers. I have tried several Lebanese restaurants and yours is the worst. Please try to improve your food, service and hygiene. Kind regards

The food in Beruit Star is tremendous, I have eaten here so many times and it is always very high standard. The staff are quiet but so friendly. The set menu has a great selection.

Somos habituales aquí como una y otra vez la comida es impecable. Los sabores son simplemente increíbles. No he comido pollo a la parrilla como él en otra parte. No solo porque su ambiente frío y su música baja fácil de escuchar simplemente marcan el tono. A la llegada nos reciben tan genuinamente bienvenidos y el personal en realidad va más allá. Honestamente su servicio y manera es tan hermoso de ver y apreciar. Podría seguir y seguir sobre cuántos de los platos son mis favoritos. Probably the best Lebanese restaurant in Scotland. I was delighted to spot this on Paisley Road West when it first opened its door many years ago and have been eating here ever since. It truly brings a similar taste and experience as eating in one of those Edgware Middle Eastern eateries. Although I haven’t eaten as much as I would like over the years due to its pricing element but one has to understand that one gets what one pays for. I have had misfortunes of trying to find similar tastes elsewhere with other restaurants offering Lebanese’s cuisine around Glasgow but we always return to Beirut Star to celebrate anything important happening within our family. It’s always a treat to try new dishes from its extensive menu as add ons while sticking to our usual ones. I have also had food delivery from here and it’s always spot on. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed Beiruit Star. The food was great. We shared meze and everything was done perfectly. The staff really made an effort without being intrusive. Three of us ate our fill for £40 including soft drinks. It’s just one of those places you wish every success.

We had the most amazing time at Beiruit Star celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday today. This truly is the greatest hidden gem in Glasgow. We’ve been coming to Beiruit star for years as it is the best truly authentic Lebanese food in Scotland. Barrack is the greatest host, so welcoming, amazing atmosphere and the food is out of this world. Thank you so much and see you again soon Barrack and all the staff.

I had an amazing experience I felt the tables were a bit tightly placed there's not much room like next table was having a full on conversation they were too loud but I couldn't change my seat as we were just the two of us n we got a smaller table. What an excellent find. I was staying the night nearby and the Beirut Star looked a promising place to have a meal. It exceeded my expectations, I had just what I was looking for- good food, well cooked and friendly, efficient service. Will return when next I am in the area.

Really recommend the set menu. Big group so we had veggie and meat versions. The meat ones…definitely feel like a better deal but the flavours are all amazing. Maybe the best falafel.

This place is by far the best place in the whole of Glasgow. I can’t recommend it enough. The food is very well priced for such amazing quality and the staff are very welcoming and extremely polite. I absolutely understand that you need to make a living but scamming people and sending them horrible food is not acceptable way to run a restaurant. Never again I will order from this place and I don't recommend this place to anybody.

Food was served fresh ,hot and succulent Amazing service .

Food arrived an hour late. It was tasty but far too late. Didnt get any drinks or starters until we complained. Owner was very apologetic and took 10% off our bill but tried to charge us extra for other items so we had to check the bill a few times. He made up for it but I wouldnt go back again. Service was far too slow and the bill wasnt correct.

Had a reunion with some eccentric friends here. A lovely relaxed atmosphere, almost too relaxed, as the service was slow at times, but I'll be perfectly honest, that was not an issue. We spent many hours chatting and laughing, so glad we weren't rushed along to fulfil another booking. The staff were lovely, food was delivered promptly, even when we decided multiple times we hadn't ordered enough. Did I mention it was delicious? Highly recommend it, very thankful for my friend who recommended it, I'll be doing the same with mine.
