Lovely lunch at bella italia! Our server (Ivo) was wonderful and had a great personality. Would definitely come again just for the service!!

Foods good. But the service is terribly slow. Used to come here often. Haven’t been in a year and nothing changed. Always short staffed and long waits for food, although good.

Great customer service! Food was amazing! Excellent vegan options and vegan knowledge of the servers! £5 pasta deal is an absolute bargain!

Food was amazing came out hot and quickly only thing I would say is the service is lacking and wasn't impressed with the 10% service fee that you only find out about on the bill and according to Google it says they can only charge 10% if it is a group of 8 or more we were a table of 2 and the table next to us were also complaining of this issue.

Really nice staff and really good food. Alarm went off and broke my ears but other than that it was a great time.

ivo was brilliant. He was always checking up to make sure everything was good. he had are drinks brought over in less then 2mins Big well done to him. sebstain had all the sauces brought over straight away. there was no slow service to any table Well done to them

ivo was a brilliant waiter, fast and prompt service from him. food was brilliant and quick so no complaints from me or my friend. portion size was great (we shared a pizza) very reasonable price and was warm when came out. will come again when i’m in town.

Visited on Monday 30th December at around noon. It was very busy but they managed to accommodate us. Our server Jessie was great, and took great care of us during our time at the restaurant. Our meal was lovely and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Doughballs could me more doughy and round but the pizza was good, would come again.

A very busy Saturday in the restaurant just before Christmas. However, our waiter Ivo was absolutely excellent! Despite the pressure he was friendly, attentive and very efficient. It was a group of us, including visitors from South Africa, and Ivo was just perfect, he made us all feel valued. Thanks!

We had girls night here and oh my gosh.. it was above expectation The starters, garlic prawns, calamari and salads were delicious! The mains came out about 5 minutes after we finished the starters and the plates were hot and again, the food was so good! They replaced our cutlery without having to ask and provided new napkins and asked if we want anything else for the table. We have a dairy intolerance in the group and our wonderful waitress Andera, returned to our table to ask more about the intolerance and gave us options of how the main can be cooked! We were so impressed and appreciated this so much! Thank you Bella Italia and Andera for making it a special night out ❤️

Atmosphere and food were great - but Ivo was really the best - he was personable, engaging and fun , couldn’t have done more for us - a very busy night but he made sure to make us feel like his most important customers!!

We came to Bella Italia last minute and were seated as a table of 5 very quickly! Immediately attended to by our wonderful server Ivo who did all he could to make sure we had a good time. We had the ultimate calzone (so good for a meat lover!) pepperoni pizza, bolognese and Christmas carbonara. All the food was amazing and Ivo was helpful and knowledgable with our every request (mostly regarding allergies!) lovely monday

Had a really great time here, Sophie honestly put a smile on our faces. She was so talkative and sweet it felt like nothing was too much to ask for. Me and my boyfriend just came for a last minute date night and as someone who hasn’t been for a while I can say I’d definitely go back and he would to. The manager on the door was super friendly too, great food and service so thank you!
