Went with the kids, brilliant service from Ruby. Food was nice and fresh, tasty

I was served by a waitress called Eve- who was incredibly friendly and helpful. she always had a smile on her face when she was serving us. I had a great experience & will definitely be returning.

Food was lovely. Slight mix up with final bill. But staff were really good and sorted everything out quickly. We will be going again

The pasta was absolutely scrumptious. I got really good service eve was really friendly and I will be definitely returning. :)

We are regulars at the Burton branch Bella Italia and was served by Sophie today. She was so welcoming and lovely during our visit, and the food was delicious as always (gamberoni pasta being our favourite). We will be back soon!

Great service from our waitress cora, she was helpful, polite and attentive. Food was a 10 out of 10. Main meal was ready straight after our starters. And for those of us doing dry Jan they have a few 0% options to choose from. Will definitely be going back. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a 3 is because we went in at 1300 and it was quiet

Served by Jordan this evening, it was a delightful experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it perfect for a casual evening out. She was attentive and friendly, ensuring we felt well looked after throughout the meal. For starters, we had the Bruschetta and King prawns both of which was fresh and flavorful. The main course didn’t disappoint either; the pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, with the rich sauces complementing the flavors beautifully, 1 being gluten free, Hence why we always visit Bella Italia as there is so much choice. Overall, Bella Italia Burton offers a charming dining experience with authentic Italian cuisine that’s worth trying. I’d happily return for another meal!

The restaurant was really cold, people were eating with their coats on. The staff were friendly enough although the service was slow even though it wasn't busy. I wouldn't go if you're busy or have somewhere to go afterwards. The food however was fine though. Average value!!

As a coeliac I have eaten at Bella Italia many times. As I ordered my food I was therefore very confident. Our server was Cora who took the order carefully. When the food came, just as she was about to serve it she realised it was not gluten free. Took it away, a new one was made and out of courtesy offered a free dessert or hot drink for the mistake. She was brilliant as if this hadn’t been noticed I would have been very poorly all over the Christmas period. Thank you Cora for being vigilant and exceptional in your role! The food when it did come was lovely.

Sophie was a fantastic server! She made sure we had everything we needed for the evening and was super friendly! She went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and put up with my awful jokes :))

I went to Bella Italia on the 11th December in the afternoon for food with a friend. The food was served piping hot and tasty. Nice atmosphere. Good customer service. Our main server was a young girl called Ruby who was pleasant and polite and efficient.

Our server Jordan was lovely. Nice food and nice service.

Myself and my mum came to Bella Italia for dinner, we were served by a young waitress called Ruby who was very welcoming, she was super helpful with the recommendations and her service was fab. Would highly recommend eating here and being served by Ruby.

Myself my mum and my son came to Bella Italia burton tonight because it was my son’s 12th birthday! The food was excellent, really tasty as always! The staff were really friendly Jordon was our waitress, she was absolutely fabulous! Really friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be, organising my son’s cake and bringing it to him singing happy birthday! He had a fabulous time! When i got my bbq pizza delivered it was cold, so i had to reheat it up.

We’ve been here lots of times and it always delivers. Lovely staff. Our server today, Jordan, went above and beyond to give our toddler the best experience. Good kids menu and reasonably priced. Love the food. The ice cream bar is well liked by our toddler.

We haven’t eaten in Bella Italia for a few years after a series of bad experiences but we were in town for a comedy show, had been sent a voucher and decided after looking at the menu online to give them another go. We had to be waited to be seated but the host was friendly. We felt cold all through the meal despite been told the heating was on. The restaurant is billed as vegetarian friendly and on the face of it there are several choices on the menu and even the drinks menu items were clearly labelled which is rare. My husband had a pizza (which we think was smaller than on our last visit) and I chose a festive pasta dish - I was very happy with this until I found a piece of ham towards the bottom of the dish. The server we told was very apologetic and after speaking to the kitchen explained it had probably been dropped in the sauce & said we wouldn’t be charged for the food. This is just unacceptable and I don’t think I’d feel confident to eat there again

After using this place quite alot and never having an issue we were met by a very hostile lady who refused us a table and service. The restaurant wasn't very busy and still un sure why we were turned away

Popped in for a quick lunch - just what we needed. We were looked after by Yasmine who was great.

Good option for a reasonable meal, great spot for a chill evening with friends and nice variety of food on the menu. Service can be extremely slow at times but always very friendly - you just have to be proactive if you need something as they don’t walk round often to check in or see if more drinks needed. Good for gluten free - more variety of puddings than you usually get and kitchen practices in place to ensure safe for coeliacs

Visited with friends on the evening of Saturday 19th October. The restaurant was very quiet, but it was a nice atmosphere. As usual the food was amazing and service was prompt and very friendly. We always enjoy Bella Italia and look forward to going back soon.

Veg Calzone ordered. No tomato sauce on top. No dipping sauce sent. Meant it was pretty dry which is a shame. No one wants to chew on dry cooked dough.
