Bella Italia Queensway 108 in City of London, Westminster

It is written "Bella Italia" but reads "Bella Merda". Italians, if you don't want to feel bad, avoid this restaurant, and if you happen upon it, absolutely don't order the Tiramisu because it is an outrage to our cuisine.

Very good Time spent in this restaurant. We were served by Rada who was very nice.

Came by for a quick dinner, and it was exactly what we needed. Rada was very attentive and service was quick! Food was good and came fast!

We came and tried typical English breakfast, it was really good, We were so satistfied that we came for dinner aswell. Everything was realy good. And the server Kerim was very kind and helpfull. 👍

Me and my mate visited London for the first time and stayed at a place near this restaurant. The service is absolutely lovely, Rada greeted us with kindness and allways ensured that everything tasted good and if we needed anything more. We both ate breakfast and dinner here 2 days straight before we left and we really loved it here. Very nice place in a good location. Recommend for anyone that is looking for a reliable restaurant in this area.

I enjoyed this place so much! We had the nicest server Rada, she was so aware about my allergies and helped guide me through everything. The food came fast and was super delicious!

Rada was very friendly and helpful, also made sure she addressed my gluten intolerance and showed me the available options.

We came because it was close to the hotel and without a doubt, I recommend it. I ordered the “Eggs Benedict” and they were delicious. Rada was the woman who helped us, super friendly and attentive in everything.

Rada was an excellent server - very friendly and helpful with everything including allergens. The food was amazing and the service was very fast.

The 2 stars are for the kindness and the service provided by the waitresses because otherwise I think that in the kitchen there is no Italian and especially no homemade dishes. My lasagna, practically no dough or meat, just béchamel and simple tomato sauce, both a little tasteless, those who had pizza and carbonara didn't have a better impression. As for the tiramisu, a shame, very small portion and neither the taste nor the texture of a real tiramisu, dry and without topping it looked like a bad Brossard grandpa cake. In short, if you are looking for real and good Italian cuisine you have to go elsewhere.

Great options of dishes to choose from. Our food served piping hot & quickly (Spaghetti Bolognese & Gamberoni). Rada our waiter was very attentive, received great customer service from her. Always smiling and making sure that we were ok, and on hand if we had any questions. Definitely will return again soon.

Garlic dough balls were incredible, spaghetti and chicken Milanese were the perfect portions and extremely tasteful. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone! Fantastic atmosphere, feels like home. On this spot you get great food and some great Cocktails. They are all very lovely and gives you a good experience. The service from Ibra was great. Thanks for your time. If you had something you don’t like there’s no problem to fix it. Would love to come back if he go back to London again.

Hemos ido por segunda vez estos días, en unas vacaciones y el trato por parte del personal de 10. Tanto Rada , Karin y Magid que nos supieron aconsejar a la hora de escoger el menú!!!!.. la pizza con queso brie, y la pasta con alcachofas y bacon… todo exquisito… recomendable 100!!!

great place for pasta and small foods! big recommendations for the soup * + the garalic bread! both of the service ladies are great and friendly, we had rada serving. it was a full house and the food came fast anyway! oh and the prices? for 23£ you get a whole three menü in kombination! I came here two years ago bc i liked the food, today i came back it‘s still amazing. I warmly recommend :)

Me and my friend wanted to do a goodbye dinner before he leaves UK and it was a great choice. The starters were delicious but maybe if they add more bread to the king prawn it would be better. The main were delicious and the sticky toffee pudding was a heaven however the tiramisu was not up to the expectations as the rest of the food. Overall we were happy with the dinner. We were served by Karim and he was really nice and kept checking on us.

The food was good, but the waitress was buisy even there where only three tables with people. And they charged 12,5 «optimal service charge».

Dined here several times over the course of our stay - service was lovely, food was quick and the children were given colouring to keep them busy! The breakfast is very well priced ( I was too eager to eat that I forgot the take a photo ) good coffee and free juices for the kiddos. We were always greeted with a warm "hello". Will definitely be visiting this particular branch next time we are in London 🇦🇺🇦🇺

Well, very rich, a little expensive because London is generally expensive. The starters were spectacular and so was the pizza along with the pasta.

The food is very delicious, Rada served us the food and she was very nice! A real Italian restaurant, both in its atmosphere and in its flavors, I can only recommend it! :)

Kerim was a very polite and attentive individual, who always ensured that our dishes came at an appropriate time. We got 2 pasta dishes, a starter, and 2 desserts, and each dish had an amazing portion size for the money. All the staff members were kind and made sure customers were happy.

I had a great experience at Bella Italia. I tried the Meat Fest pizza, and it was excellent. The crust was well-made, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The restaurant has a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, and the staff was polite and efficient. Overall, a solid choice for quality Italian food. I look forward to visiting again.
