Ordered food from here and never turned up useless on the phone making excuses waited 3 hour and they won’t help or refund

Absolutely love this shop. It's the best in Knottingley and I have tried alot in 11 years. But don't go anywhere else since finding this one I love it.

Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Cold and hard. Avoid.

Lovely food, meaty box best value for money in town delicious , Burgers are great also the Chicken tikka n chip are fab .

Ordered food 5.55pm yesterday 2 hours later no food still phoned up got excuse well it is weekend, got told it was on its way come 8.10pm food arrived driver couldn't get off quick enough, food was cold everything, even forgot the wife's salad, after this I don't think we will be ordering again from these

walk in tonight was stood for 15 mins 2 delivery drivers came in and out didn't even acknowledge me no tried or wanted to take my order .......... so I take my order to pizza time instead will not use you guys again

Ordered from here at 1020 arrived at 1145 stone cold and looked like someone had been sick on the food absolutely disgusting straight in bin AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE 😭 owner says fake review to cover them trust me this is a very honest review my order was with just eat who refunded me in full straightaway

Had to ring twice and they were rude saying driver messed up ,no offer of discount. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN OR REFER THEM

waiting 2 and a half hours shocking

My daughter wasn’t happy they forgot her lollipop but the food was outstanding as usual the best pizza in the area by far x

not the best takeaway we have had and use bella regular, kebab meat was very dry and burnt on edges not very tasty at all

hardly any donner or chicken on it .was nice what was there but not for the money.

food arrived around half 10 and was tepid. no extra pepperoni on pizza. missing large cheesey chips. been a while since last ordered because food had gone downhill. its not gotten better

half an hour late, stone cold, missing items, rude staff when we rang up about this simply saying not our problem, abysmal experience, will not be returning!!

Best food literally. These guys are the only takeaway in the area that cares about the community. They offer free kids meals every single school holidays. The rest are just greedy. I would never order from anywhere else!

2:45 mins from ordering to it been delivered and 20 mins past the delivery time stated. Appreciate they may be busy but not good enough. Shame too because the food as always was exceptional.

Delivery driver made a weird comment about us not using a more local food place as if he was annoyed he had to come out here. We won't be ordering from you again as we can't trust our food to someone who is annoyed at us through no fault of our own. If your drivers don't want to deliver out here, reduce the radius you will serve to so it doesn't happen.

Food nice enough. but every time i ring, the guy on the phone just seems to have a very awful attitude for no reason whatsoever. i work in a takeaway myself (red relish in knottingly) and it is really not hard to have manners and speak in a polite tone. There seems to be a lot of complaints about the rude communication so glad its not just me, and the way the business is replying to customers on here is just very unprofessional. and to add on to that, one of the few deliveries took nearly 2 hours to come and the rest an hour. how are they still in business?? EDIT: i just wanted to mention it? And there we go, another unprofessional response... its funny tbh, your the one losing customers due to your very rude attitude on the phone and bad service, so keep laughing until your no longer in business lmao

Pizza and chips were really nice, they provided a generous amount of dip and staff were friendly on phone. Delivery came quite quickly and the delivery driver was friendly too. No complaints!

Ordered 3 pizzas and chips deal and it came really quickly was fresh and piping hot we had 2 tikka pizzas and one meat feast and honestly was the best pizzas ive had from any take away will definitely be ordering again 😁

Terrible service paid on just eat they didn't deliver it tried ringing over 150 times for it to be engaged and couldn't get through clearly something they do alot take people's money and hope they don't turn up at shop. JOKE OF A TAKEAWAY

Ordered food took over an hour an half an then it was wrong . Rung them they said they would send it out again never showed up

ordered at 8pm delivery finally came at 10pm couldn't get through to store on the phone.

Usually fab, good was great as always but it took 2 1/2 hours to arrive tonight and was missing an item which was disappointing.

Absolutely appalling service over 2 hrs wait since ordering for food not to come, tried ringing restaurant over 250 times with it just saying user busy, to then have to go to the restaurant to be told it will be ready in 20 mins with no apology or refund for the delivery fee I paid absolutely disgusting customer service

my order was never delivered despite being lied to multiple times on the phone saying it was on its way. Then when I asked for my money back through the app they refused stating it was on its way..... 13 hours after my ETA 14 hours after ordering

food was hot and absalutly delicious. absalutly no complaints at all. good was priced very well . All good arrived hot and cooked well .

This place is something else, by far the best takeaway in 5 towns. Always goes above and beyond to make our orders how we like them as we are fussy eaters and this is one of the only takeaways I know where everything isn’t swimming in grease. It’s worth every penny and its meal offers are fantastic. Definitely give it a try if you haven’t already you will not be disappointed.

Shocking. Waited an hour for delivery only to be told an hour after placing the order that they couldn’t deliver to us as it was too far and still took the money out of my account. When we rung the place the man on the phone had a disgusting attitude and retired to push blame anywhere but on themselves. Do not order from here

The food was 30 minutes late and partially cold. We ordered 2 coke bottles and a Fanta orange due to my partner being unable to have coke however this was received incorrectly and received a can of coke!! If you are unable to provide us with what we order.. tell us before delivery especially

Și the first time I ordered, the fella who answered was rude and cut the phone off, the. When the order came after an hour and 45 mins, it was missing all the drinks. I rung to ask, they said they’d bring them out but never did. Ordered again tonight, I ordered at 9:30 and it came at 23:45. It was stupidly over priced- £10 for a kids meal, and a slice of cake.

Food was late and cold although I couldn’t eat it I tried to but felt sick at the fact that they forgot my milkshake so I ran back out to the car and they was both just sat there and I said have you forgot the milkshakes and he passed them from the side of him and said oh sorry and the straws were in them and you can tell by one of the straws it had been drank through and also had slightly less than the other which had a clear straw and more in it, disgusting

appalling food, the cheesy garlic bread and pizza cold, missing milkshake, the chicken in the chicken kebab didn't even fill the pitta bread, no salad on kebab, no sauces which was requested on the loaded fries.

Ordered from here and didn't have an issue however it the nuggets over done and the burgers chewy.

No food ever turned up. Took my money and left me high and dry as usual.

food arrived 35minutes late, stone cold and they sent the wrong sauce, the burger looked like it had just been slapped together with no care, very disappointed as we order from here regular we won't be returning.
