Best Atlas Kebab in Stafford

Been using atlas for a while always good and get special requests right every time Recommend 100% always top notch polite delivery driver as well

Website said 45 minutes so ordered on the basis of that and trying to call repeatedly they were constantly engaged probably from people waiting nearly 2 hours for food. Tried not to shoot the messenger as they say when the food was finally delivered but frustrated even further when they kept repeating themselves saying call and ask for the Boss and that was it. Food was warm and the expected quality but will never go back as 2 hours is garbage and not worth the wait as can get better cheaper elsewhere. Laughably the 3 reviews showing on the website are all 5 stars! Never again will I spend a penny with this lot.

Used to be a great takeaway and good service but the past couple of times we've ordered the food has been cold, late or an item missing! When challenged about the food being cold all we got was, it's cold outside!! Won't be using this place again. Giving 1 out of 5 seems too generous.

Aweful, very very very small portions, paid £18.50 for a 9 inch pizza box stuffed with mostly salad. Staff at restaurant were rude, couldn't care less and just said contact just eat for a reund if you don't like it !! Never order from here unless you want to pay £12.50 for salad and £6 for a bit of meat.

Had a takeaway from here tonight for the first time, god knows why it has taken me so long to try it because it is hands down the best kebab house in stafford. Chefs special kebab, chips and garlic pizza, out of this world. Fast delivery too

Best chicken kebab We have used this takeaway for many years.Have been lazy in writing a review but the food as always is fresh, tasty and piping hot.We have tried many in Stafford but the take away always wins, fresh meat done on the coals not carved from rotating mass of mulched chicken meat.Delicious

This place must have changed ownership within some point in the past year because the customer service and the way they run the business has become absolutely terrible.I placed an order for £18 and paid an extra £1 for cheese and requested they just put some on each of the three portions I ordered, I'm not expecting any extra, just their regular £1 portion of cheese divided on three different portions. Got a phone call to say this isn't possible, asked if they could just put some on each and again they point blank refused and said it isn't possible.It may seem like a small trivial issue but the fact that they wouldn't even do this tiny change for a customer speaks volumes about them, had no issues doing this in the past and have spent £100's here over the past 5-6 years, won't be ordering from them ever again if they want to be petty, terrible customer service and I dread to even try the food under the new management/ownership.Terrible, for the sake of doing something that requires absolutely no effort, something of which I even paid for they are willing to lose customers, good luck if you order from here.

We ordered this delivery via Justeat whilst we were staying in a hotel nearby.The food arrived promptly even though it said on the app that it would have taken half an hour. The driver was polite and friendly. The pitta bread and naan were thoughtfully wrapped up in foil, still fresh and piping hot, the kebabs were grilled to perfection with tastefully marinated salads. We were pleasantly surprised to find some perfectly grilled green peppers and onions nicely layered under the tenderly grilled chicken. The food was beyond our !!! The perfectly cooked kebabs drew a beautiful end to our Friday night. Very satisfied with them indeed, will definitely come back for more when we are in the area next time. Will definitely buy use them again when we are back in the area.

Placed my order, got a phone call saying driver was outside...couldn’t see him. Turns out they had got my address wrong. When they turned up the driver started shouting at me saying don’t blame be it’s cold. Got very aggressive with me threatening me on my doorstep...DON’T USE EVER!!!!!!

Went to my family's wake only wanted cheesy chips and they were so rude to me need to be closed down no customer service in hard circumstances and physically tried to chuck me out

I’ve had a best atlas special kebab from here about 20 times, every time I think I’m so hungry I’ll eat it all, but there’s so much meat I never do. I had one last night. Great value for money, good service and the best kebabs in Stafford.

Food was great apart from forgetting my pop and trying charge me £3 for delivery when Its always been free on orders over a £10 then waiting 20 mins for them go get my pop so had eat food with nothing to drink.

the food was all smashed up in the box and I ordered salad with my value box and when I rang to say they hadn’t put it in he said I never but it was in my email so that started arguing down the phone. that is not right your not meant to speak to you costumers like that at all. won’t be ordering online from these again!!!!

Ordered wings, threw them in the bin. second time I’ve ordered chicken from here and not enjoyed. we will just stick to burger or kebabs from now on.

Amazed by the delivery time, recieved food literally 10 minutes after ordering. Yummy as always. We were slightly disappointed as we ordered cheesy chips and only recieved plain chips however, were very happy overall.

Found this place online whilst staying in Staffford. Ordered a donar kebab and chips with chilli sauce to take away.Salad was put in container separate from kebab, I like that idea, the salad stays cool and the kebab stays hot. Salad was good, kebab meat very good, piping hot. Chips were very nice although I probably didn’t need them. Staff friendly enough and efficientNice food, well priced, happy customer

Disgusting,Ordered through JustEat. Onion rings over cooked and black as was the kebab. Naan bread and pita bread were rock hard and tasted 3 days oldRefused to refund as we had eaten some of the food. (Like they could resell it or something)!!!Wouldn't feed it to my dog!!!

Paid 45 quid, got two orders wrong which we paid 8 quid a dish for, missed out meat with small portions, delivered it to the wrong address and left it on a post Box outside the wrong address. Called me ten minutes later to tell me his phone battery ran out and he'd left it at the wrong building. I was at work at the time and they said can you go and get it? It will take me another ten minutes to come back but it wont be cold! I did go and get it even though we paid 3quid for delivery too, absolutely shocking

i was working in Stafford a few months ago and decided to order a lamb shish from here and it was stunning (I didn't write a review at the time)..... here I am again, working in Stafford, I've ordered the same Large Lamb Shish, it's every bit as good as last time, honestly one of the nicest pieces of lamb i've ever eaten, really tender, and the mint sauce is the proper home made vinegar based type that you need for meat like lamb, none of that yoghurt based rubbish.. all in all it's one of the nicest kebabs I've had.

Hooray! Finally got my order delivered. Been waiting over an hour. Delivery from here is usually very quick, but not tonight. Delivery was very very slow tonight. They must have been really busy. Food was good though, still hot.

No whole prawns on the Seafood Pizza, just tiny, tiny pieces of prawn, and you don't much of it either! I had three tiny pieces!!👎😬This pizza is not worth the money. You use to get whole prawns, but not now. I will not be ordering seafood pizza again! Rest of order was good.

Restaurant did not call when outside and didn't knock on door Terrible service. Staff had attitude. Turns out they were in the wrong street. Knocked on the wrong door despite giving clear instructions. As you can imagine. Food was stone cold and unappetising. NOT HAPPY.

Food was fantastic as always but the food turned up 40 minutes late. When calling to find out where the food is the guy on the phone was so so rude. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately despite the great quality of the food, the customer service has put us off ordering from here again!

Ordered this same order the previous night and was happy to leave a great review as first experience was fantastic. This has been let down this evening when we decided to order the same again. The food was cold whereas last night it was perfect. It quoted a 18.30 delivery time. At 18.36 the order tracker said it had been delivered so I called and asked what had happened. The guy on the phone said it had left and would be another 15 minutes with no apology or even sign of remorse. It sounded like he was annoyed I'd called. 24 minutes later (19.00) the driver arrived. I had to call him out of the window to stay in the car park and that I would come down as he was unloading the food ready to walk into my restaurant with the order. I specifically mention on all take away orders that the driver needs to call me and I will come down. It does not look good for my food led restaurant business if takeaways are being delivered in front of my customers. I am just shocked as to what extent my experience differed across two orders in the same 48 hours! I will try your takeaway again in the future and hope this was a one off blip. I hope my faith can be restored. Until then my late night drinking customers will not be receiving a recommendation to use you. I hope this feedback finds you well.
