Always great food, but delivery driver needs to understand you can’t knock on the bloody door until it shakes at 9 at night. Have been a customer for years and have never in my time seen the amount of cheek. After telling him not to not to bang my door like that he looked at me like a autistic child who you are trying to teach empathy.

Nice little chippy, reasonable prices

Cooked fresh in front of us while we waited. £11.70 for a giant fish and chips and a pot of mushy peas. Fantastic value and the fish was the size of a whale. It was almost an inch, thick, pure white, and tasted fantastic, an absolute leveller.

Really enjoyed my food here, fish and chips were fresh really nice and hot! Parmo was lovely. Will definitely be ordering from here again. 👍👍

Nice chippy not much choice more of a pizza place n kebab

Ordered in shop, 3 chicken samosa Medium fish and chips Neptune pizza (tuna, onion. etc). The order was read back to me to make sure it was correct, which it was - until I collected it Samosas were quite small but were very nice Fish and chips were nice, all fried fresh Neptune pizza somehow turned into a London pizza which wasn't what I ordered and I can't say I enjoyed it. Need to have paper order lists so orders are correct. I should point out that immediately after I ordered at least another 5 people came into shop so that may explain the confused order.

Send black hairs out in food and food not fit for eating. They try to make you out a scammer on the foodhub review when you ask for a refund. Stay clear if i was you ordered battered sausages that barely had any batter and no black disgusting hairs but got them in the chips disgusting business and people working there health visitor needs to check them out before they make people sick

I walked past other day and was going to go in and buy something it smelt lovely but it really put me off the man behind frying had his finger down his ear whlie frying the dirty tw*t it needs shutting down battered ear wax anyone 😂

These guys have one of the best pizzas in Boro! It's taken me a long time to find a well made pizza in Boro and this place is it! Always get a hot shot with sweetcorn and it's amazing! Good price for what you get too, always loaded with toppings!

Called late one evening just for chips and curry. Best chips I've had for ages.Decent large portion for £2.40.nongreasy aftertaste and fresh and crispy. Nice staff and very clean

Purchased 4 x cheese burgers meals. It was literally caked with garlic and chilli sauce even the chips. Food was cold. It was a put off. Never again.

The worst food I've ever eaten, I'd rather go hungry than eat here again, it's a close call between the attitude and grumpiness of the delivery driver and the poor food quality of whats worse

Probably the best Parmesan, Fish and chips and Pizza shop in Boro. Best food Quality. Staff members are very helpful and polite. I lives in Birmingham, but whenever we comes to Boro, we always look forward to go to this place with Kids.

Me and my family decide to try this place and we were so impressed. The portions were good, the prices were fair and the food was out of this world. The only thing I would say was the mushy peas were watery but tasted nice and this prompted us to go there again for the same quality of food. We will use this as our fish and chip place from now on!

I've worked as a chef/cook for seven years. When the man that boxed my fish and chips x2 over to the counter prior to bagging them. He said these are yours, do you want salt and vinegar, yes pleased and I looked down and saw the size of the fish and thought, wow, there big. 2x fish and chips and a pot of curry cost me £17.50, which I thought was expensive but worse was to come. When home getting ready to eat I lifted the fish up and I swear, it was about 10mm thick. The cheeky gits had bashed the fish with a tenderiser say and flattend it all out. This in turn had totally changed the texture and taste of the fish, after 2 bites the lot was in the bin. The chips were cold and rubbery too, the only decent thing was the curry. Very very poor.

On this visit my curry sauce lid came off in transit and driver didn't even warn us. May as well have just gave them 1.50! Need to be more careful, it's us Customers that lose out. Son was not happy!

Really Really Really amazing, in my view (Best Buy Fisheries) absolutely one of the best in Middlesbrough even in Northeast. So specially and delicious food, Really fresh and high-quality. Overall if you are looking for the best food , you have to try the BEST BUY FISHERIES .

Mixed kebab was ok nothing flash but kids Parmo burger seemed like it was microwaved. Hour and half waiting, won’t be ordering again.

Decent fish and chips. Pizzas aren't bad either. Friendly staff and always correct any mistakes without questions.

Ordered 2 large kebabs with salad for collection for 18.15 am 31.5.21. Got cot collection on time, but when got home only to find out to being served kebab and chips for a poor quality and lack of kebab meat for £9.60. Will not and will advise other potential customers not to use best buys takeaway again.

They always over charge me and my family the chips are never fully cooked and the fish was still frozen in the middle and soggy and they have a 11 year old working their which isn't legal at all and it's not clean and no one is wearing a mask or any covid measures at all very disappointed and the portion sizes are very small

Fish and chips, Never felt so disgusted in my life. Fish was soggy as a wet nappy and chips were still frozen. Safe to say I could of cooked a frozen meal a lot better than what I received. How the heck this fish shop is still open I do NOT understand.

Ordered online, however having 2 7inch pizza think it would have been a bit cheaper to order in the shop. Service was quick and polite. Pizza 8/10. Would get again 👍🏼

Parmo lovely, not paper thin and a very good size and tasty. Ordered garlic mushrooms, were quite bland and just in juice with garlic, I expected them in a creamy sauce and more flavour.

Waited 15 minutes for order and took it home to find I had been charged for what I asked for, but didn't get what I asked for. 2 things missing, chips we're well undercooked. Fish I ordered was large, but found it was kids size. Won't be going back.

HORRIBLE . We ordered a pizza which came with about 1/4 of cheese on the toppings. I ordered a doner kebab which should be in a pita bread or sort of wrap, with all the salads etc. There's another option on the justeat menu which is doner meat and chips. I got doner meat and chips instead of a doner sandwich. food arrived freezing cold, my partner attempted to eat at maximum TWO slices of pizza. We have picture evidence of the orders.I politely called up to complain I received a very rude response . He told me that what I had ordered was in fact what I received (which is incorrect). The simple fact is the food was made without any care and clearly in a rush. Rather than wishing to keep your customers happy and have them coming back, they'd rather have an argument instead where I only get more offended. They offered to send a new pizza, which they did.however when the driver arrived he was extremely rude, tried to argue about the pizza not being a bad pizza when in fact it was dry, cold and almost no topping.He also accused me of providing the wrong address, which again is incorrect.which was verified by a memeber of staff at hotel we were staying at.pretty sure I would know the address that I ordered to. I had to prove my point every step of the way and On the phone, and the driver. When I was asked to bring the pizza down, he accused me of eating half of it. 2 slices eaten Even after two receptionists got involved and confirmed the address was in fact correct, i was still being told by the driver that I was wrong. Lastly, when I asked for the name of the driver so that I could have reference to whom I was dealing with. He refused to provide his name and again extremely rude. if you're going to provide horrible customer services which make this website seem bad. never try bully your customers into shutting up and accepting a terrible order.this is the last order i will ever make!. Disgusting

3 times iv been in. Just for a bag of chips. And there was no chips cooked. Chip shop thats suprised when you order chips. Not great really.

Go here on match days and the food is never ready, you have to wait for 10-15 minutes for your food. Food is good once it arrives though.

It's one of the cheapest pizzarias in Middlesbrough and its food's quality is definitely matched by its prices. The delivery was late, the pizza was anything but fresh and it was luke warm. I'll not be giving this business any more of my custom.

Really good place used to live opposite so was really great for quick food, used to get the kebab and garlic lunch deal all the time was very good, also battered mars bar is awesome. My partner loves the chip butty splash. Miss this place if I were to ask for any improvements it would be to stay open longer and deliver further.

Ordered a donner kebab last night it was that salty I physically couldn't eat it .. the chips were scabby and the pitta bread was stale the only thing that was ok was the garlic .. disgusting !!

I had shout my order across the shop as the staff member wouldn't come any closer. He then got my order totally wrong but I'm not surprised as he wasn't paying any attention. He also failed to tell that they no long do lamb fillet in the special kebab which is the main reason I ordered it. I asked for no dinner meat and guess what ??? I got an massive lump of it. Also asked for an extra topping and that didn't happen either. I went back and told them all this but they didn't offer any refund or discount for there mistake.
