Best Kebab in Rother

The food was delivered late. The food was Luke warm...my kebab meat was dry..the chips were Luke warm and a bit soggy..the half pounder was burnt and cold and the burger bun was so bad I had to change it for a brioche bun that I had in the cupboard

App said delivered but had not been 25 minutes after app saying delivered I phoned restaurant to be told it’s on its way then another 40 minutes later tried calling and had my calls ignored it finally arrived cold 2 hours after ordering won’t be getting food from there again .

Took 2 hours for delivery the time kept changing yet didn’t answer the phone arrived as I was just placing an order elsewhere as hungry kids were waiting, when it did arrive wrong items delivered and everything was cold

I order for Best Kebab, because my brother said the food was good. Unfortunately on this occasion (first order, with them) it wasn’t. It took just over an hour and half to be delivered. However the drive was apologetic and kind. Unfortunately all the food was cold, the Kofta was dry and burnt. However if it hadn't of been cold, it would of been OK. It is new years Day evening, so they may of been extremely busy.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Absolutely awful. Service terrible. the food was wrong burnt and plain. Not what we asked for when we tried to call up we called loads of times and when we spoke to them they was rude and dismissive. All we wanted was a nice meal!wont ever be ordering from there again food was inedible. Went straight in the bin waste of money so now hungry and disappointed. They shouldn’t even have a shop burnt wrong food as terrible service

Order from these guys often. Food is always good, including tonight for my family-however missing an entire meal and the cheesy chips were cold. Shame to have experienced this. I was really looking forward to that wrap! I tried calling the restaurant several times to no avail- submitted a request for a refund, I will order again if resolved….. still hungry.

I ordered to the wrong address, didn’t realise until it had left the restaurant, sent my husband to get it and the driver was so kind about it and made sure food stayed hot. Thank you

I ordered a very small order, as I normally order with my partner but he was away. - best food I have ever eaten. Hamza and the team are so good! I did not make up the minimum delivery charge, but they still delivered it to me as I have been a regular customer. 5 stars from me! Great place.

Food is usually good, but tonight it was dry, chips over cooked as well as the burger, had to re order from else where, not great after a long working day.

Ordered a delivery for 8pm, turned up at 7.15. Meat was cold, chips were stale and over cooked. Ordered a cherry coke and diet coke, got 2 diet cokes. Told delivery man I ordered for 8pm, he said oh sorry and walked off. Won't be ordering again.

Food was a good temperature, delivered quickly and tasted great.

Worst kebab ive ever had! Ordered 2 Donna meals, what arrived was half the order, full of grease and extremely salty. The only saving grace was that only half the order arrived so I didn't have as much to throw away!

Placed order on just eat . They accepted the order. After 2 hours of trying to call them some guy answers saying 10 minutes. Keebab never arrived. Tried calling back but they took phone off receiver. Really poor service, should have read the reviews first on this place. Thanks for taking our money and not giving us our order.

I had food from here before and it been nice. thus time though it was really poor. the meat was all dry and over cooked, the lamb shish was completely inedible which was very disappointing. we had ordered the big family feast

Wrong order sent - Just Eat refused to acknowledge. Tried calling number of restaurant- dead line! Just Eat again refused to acknowledge this issue. Food looked terrible- not edible -, so had to chuck away. wasted money but both Just Eat and the restaurant service was abysmal!

Ordered 2 doner kebabs and the meat was old and rubbery and didn't taste right. Lettuce on salad was all soggy and not fresh. Food wasn't hot when delivered and was very greasy. Won't be ordering again.

Waited 3 hours food never turned up, straight to answerphone, never getting this place again.

I ordered on app and called up as the app doesn't allow you to select a sauce for burgers, so I called up at 18:01 to make sure my notes were seen. I was told it would be 30-45minutes. the app said between 18:45-17:05. I got the food at about 19:30. The chips were overcooked and some were soggy. The burgers were alright. The shish kebab wrap was terrible, really overcooked and dry chicken and I asked for just a bit of chilli sauce with garlic but it was drenched in really bad bottled chilli.

Had a fly on my food and 3 undercooked chicken kebabs. Absolutley disgusting

ordered a large Donna turned up looking like a small.

The owner must be on holiday and have help in.. the guy has a attitude.. cannot understand numbers. ie my phone number.. told him to cancel the order and the abuse I got was vile. Its ok ill pop in soon and let him speak to me like that face to face.

clearly got the dregs of the night, our order must have sat waiting while the shop was cleaned and closed. dry, cold rubbery meat served with cold chips. all in the bin. called repeatedly to chase to be told 5 mins. then get a call to say driver outside, he wasn't.

Really good service always order from here, delivery driver was awesome always goes above and beyond and offers great advice when placing your next order and always very polite and respectful even when the weather is bad

Very bad experience with this people. They take forever to deliver the food. And when inquire about it they shout at me and hang the phone. I dont think anyone need to get shout at and pay for that. So i would like to let all the people who would like to order from them, there are so many kebab places around hastings. So do not order from this place, the worst food and worst people

ordered 2 pizzas 15 quid, took an hour to come when they arrived I was greeted by an extremely rude delivery driver was verbally aggressive towards me! on top the pizzas are very clearly frozen pizzas with a couple extra toppings sprinkled on top absolutely abysmal avoid this place

I would complain to just eat but it’s pointless. Chips were recooked from lunchtime. Lamb shish was tougher than a wellie, even the dog wouldn’t eat it, Burger was curled up on one side and looked like a tongue. Chicken was a funky colour.

It never even came, called multiple times with no answer and even sent a message. Hoping for a refund and a free mail for the inconvenience.. Don’t be open this late if your workers are sleeping on the job.

The entire bag was full of leaked red oil, soaking all the boxes. And somehow the food itself was still swimming in the red oil too ? Complained to just eat too who claimed it can’t be refunded because “every restaurant cooks in different ways”. So don’t even bother ordering if you think you may be lucky enough to have a different experience, as you won’t and it won’t be compensated for the horrible quality. At least if you forget to order a drink, you can take a chug from the packaging instead

The food was super greasy, I tried 1 bite of my wrap and I could not swallow it and I had to spit it out, there was so much oil, I could not eat my food and I was so sad. I managed to eat the cheesy chips, they were good. I’m not sure if the chicken was raw.

Meal was not very warm but even so we still thoroughly enjoyed our meal this evening. Prompt delivery service/person. Thank you, we will be back. 😀

Appalling food. Paid alof of money. The size portions were very small. Asked for garlic sauce. Could just about see it there put on the kebab and certainly couldn't taste the garlic. Salad was as plain as anything. Pitta bread was the smallest and the cheapest. Crunchy chips?. Would I order again? No!

STAY FAR AWAY! never been so horrendously sick after eating food. i have been vommiting all night after eating this disgrace. stay away unless you one a day off work the next day due to being sick! should be closed down

Missing the buy one get one free on the pizzas. Usually satisfactory but lately chips have been poor and thr rolls stale.

missing items no salad how I ordered

First & last time ordering from here. The food is dry and horrible. Missed a portion of chips, sauce on the kebab and a pizza. Although the guy on the phone was apologetic, the missing items turned up another 45 minutes later.
