Came here recently to try the food here, but unfortunately they didn't have the only vegetarian option in stock, which was a shame. Instead got some bubble tea to go - it took a long time to come, but tastes good. Do want to try the food, so will try again another time and hopefully the vegetarian option is available!

We live locally and have been going to Big Bowls for years. It's such good quality food and massive portions. I couldnt recommend it enough- lovely staff and reasonable prices. I love their katsu curry and salt and pepper pork.

We have been coming here since Big Bowls opened and we are always blown away by the great flavours. Our favourites are the Beef Pho and the BBQ Chicken to name a few. The portion sizes are perfect and reception is always great. Lovely family run business who appreciate their customers. We tried their freshly made doughnuts and I was SOLD, they were simply delicious!!! It will be a new addition to our regular orders.

This is the most incredible food in bermondsey I look forward to the weekend just so I can get my weekly munch they never moan about the fact I don't like the salad and curry sauce They are always friendly and professional a definite 5 plus stars

Big bowls serves hearty, home cooked food that's so delicious and value for money. It suits everyone in the family. We have been coming here since they opened and really loving the new menu now - poached cornfed chicken, a bit like Hainanese Chicken Rice - is top marks, goes perfectly with their dipping sauce!

Always have really excellent meals here. Have tried lots of different dishes and none have disappointed. We usually have take aways but sometimes dine in and there’s always a great atmosphere in the restaurant. Staff can’t do enough to help you when visiting so it really is our go to

74-76 Tower Bridge RdOur team of 12 from a Bermondsey Street business came to Tower Tandoori for dinner at 7 PM on a Wednesday, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for winding down after work, and the service was absolutely top-notch. Siam, our server, was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Everyone at the table found something they loved, and it was clear the chefs take real pride in their dishes. The restaurant’s central location is super convenient, and even the small details—like the impeccably clean toilets—didn’t go unnoticed. You can really tell that this is a family-run business where everyone cares about what they do. It’s a fantastic local spot and a real gem. Highly recommend it, whether you’re dining with colleagues, friends, or family! We’ll definitely be back.

62-64 Weston StreetFood was really not very good, even the rice, shocking considering the prices for each dish. Service and atmosphere was great. Shame about the food. Too expensive for substandard food.
