Second time visiting in less than a month and brought some friends along this time after the lovely time I had with my family a few weeks back. Just as great this time around. The staff are always so lovely and capable. George and Alessio were serving us downstairs and they were both fantastic! The same lovely host that accommodated me and my family last time let us sit where we wanted again this time and she was very smiley and welcoming. We wanted to be seated downstairs and I was worried because it was a Saturday it might be difficult to accommodate us but she did so with no issues. My friends have never been before but they were already talking about coming with their own families soon before we even left the restaurant! Just fantastic as always.

We were seated by the door so cold air made us want to leave as soon as we'd finished eating. The waiter seemed a bit miserable and didn’t smile. The food was average and wasn't worth the money we paid. The meat was over salty, the mac & cheese was pretty basic, the coleslaw was average and the cornbread muffins were a little dry. However, the smokey beans were nice. The cocktail I ordered tasted like a weak mocktail and was too expensive. For the price, the portion sizes were small. Overall, it was okay, but I could've had better for a lower cost. I won't be going again.

Good food, although it could have been a tad hotter. The truffle fries were delicious! Great service and quite quick. The frozen raspberry margarita was good too! Great place to meet up.

Service was shambolic! It was so bad, it was almost comical. Staff clearly have not worked in hospitality before let alone trained. The food quality is very very very low, really not worth the value, should be McDonald’s prices.

I had a booked table for 6. It was busy so service was not prompt. Food great as always. There were some diners who were celebrating so they were noisy. Apert from that great experience had with family.

Don’t bother eating here, massively overcooked. Seemed like all the tables were complaining. Service was atrocious, found it really difficult to get served, different people everytime. Average food took forever to be taken away and drinks took forever to come and had to be chased a couple times. Real

The food quality was poor, the portion size poor, service poor. The original restaurant in King's Rd was all about top quality food & service. Now it has created a chain the owners have sacrificed all that was good in search of profits. I won't be going again.

Excellent Thanksgiving meal in London. Almost just like home, but the. Again probably some of the most moist and tender turkey we’ve ever had. Fantastic evening and we intend on coming again when we need a little piece of home.

Most of our food was late and cold. Huge mix ups and lots of missing items, they couldn’t even tell which steak was which. Took ages to be seated although we had already reserved our table. The staff were absolutely atrocious with their “customer service”

Big Easy isn’t what it used to be. We found the food quite dry. The service wasn’t great either as we had to ask at least 4/5 times for things that we’d ordered but had been forgotten. Will not be going to this chain again. A real shame

This place ain't what it used to be, It's been on the decline for a while service wise, but now food quality and also deterioration of the premises which compromises health and safety... Think I have to accept its death

The waiter taking our order was very friendly and pleasant. The waiters delivering the food were terrible. He looked unhappy and like he didn't want to be there, we could hardly hear him when he was telling us what the food was and his service was just unprofessional. We also had a waiter collecting the dirty dishes who thought it would be acceptable to pile up and balance the plates in front of two of the guests at the table which was just uncomfortable.

Service was very poor. The place looked busy but the team looked lacklustre, drinks took a while to be ordered, food did not come out at the same time, all orders took a long time to place. We were left waiting a lot of the time

Expected a lot more from this place especially after previously visiting the Canary Wharf venue

Terrible service on drinks, food came quickly but was given wrong starter then no sauce with cheesy chips. Ordered lobster main but was given nothing to open lobster or crab claws. Food was greasy. Meal cost £150, we wish we’d gone elsewhere

The young blonde host at the door was very accommodating and she let us choose where we could sit upon arrival, despite it being busy. My wife was in crutches and the host was able to accommodate us upstairs which we really appreciated (sorry we never asked for her name but she was the only person working the door at the time). Our server Jacob was very lovely and our kids enjoyed their time a lot. All of us enjoyed the food a lot. We will definitely be back, thank you.

Absolutely fantastic place to have a family meal for any occasion. We had fantastic waiter who was filled with charm & welcoming attitude, so impressed with his amazing service, as well as the whole team. Our dinner was outstanding as usual PLUS the amazing band was playing tonight.

I've been going here for the last 15 years and was shocked and disappointed in the drop off in quality of the food. Wings were tiny and everything was else overdone and overfried. The service was as bad as it gets, couldn't get drinks Food was so slow and couldn't get any joy from Staff, some food didn't arrive at all. The customer service laughable.

Worst service ever. Waited forever, after one hour still didnt even have a drink. Seemed under Staffed, and some of those they have had no idea. It's a shame as I heard great things. I would NOT come back. Poor food service. Food plates just chucked on the table. No attempt to give it to the correct person.

Outstanding! The charming Italian General Manager was outstanding as were his energetic and warm team and they were so helpful whilst giving us all of the time and space we needed. The food was sensational as always. Thank you!

Not impressed. Very long wait for drinks n food. Order calamari, got shrimp instead. Steak n lobster didn’t come with chips had to keep asking for it, steak was small, lobster dry, no flavour n disgusting. Dunno what's happened to them. staff are even got worse it's sad really. Rude or clueless and don't listen to anything you say and quickly rush off to the bar to laugh and chat with a couple of/The staff was weirdest people. Wont be going back

Probably the worst food I've tasted. Shrimp are frozen and over cooked. All our mains were bone dry and stale tasting. Steak was completely bland, pulled pork was like rubber and the rib was just chewy. Will not be back here again.

BigEasy lost its way a long time ago. Poor service, poor food, so sad to see what was once a place with quality food & service deteriorate into a very poor profit driven fast food restaurant. Food didn’t even come with the right sauces. There is always new staff whenever I’ve come down that might explain why the business model has gone down and changed from serving quality and providing good service to get them in, get them out. Do not recommend at all

I honestly wish I could give zero stars because my experience at this restaurant was shocking. They got mice running on the floor. Main arrived and our starters hadn't even been taken off the table, he just rammed tray of food in front of me. The food was too dry, gross and mostly reheated. They didn't even clear the dishes after 25 minutes of being finished. This is definitely the worst place I have been to. I will definitely not be coming back here and will be making sure I'll be telling colleagues and friends not to be going here. There are much better restaurants elsewhere. I’m currently dealing with an upset stomach. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt like I had to go warn people. I would advise to spend your money elsewhere, not enough care from staff kitchen or front of house. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Sadly we had a terrible experience at The Big Easy yesterday lunchtime. There was 4 of us. Two of our food arrived very quickly - even before our drinks arrived. But only half the meal. So my lobster arrived then 10 minutes later my chips arrived (cold). They gave me no utensils to eat my lobster with and had to keep asking for it. My friends food arrived 15-20 minutes later which was a bit awkward as we just had to eat without them. They ordered medium steaks but they came out rare. For £40 a steak it wasn't very good - very thin ribeye and not cooked right. Our waitress did her best but it was really hard to get her attention as we were tucked up in a corner. I refused the service charge which was no surprise to her. Another table next to us also had a terrible time with food and service. The experience was so awful I won't visit again.

We both had the bottomless brunch. We had unlimited bbq meats. Which was really fantastic my wife had proceca and I had red wine £86 all in included. Superb

Food and staff excellent ( as always). Upstairs restaurant was unfortunately like a creche ( not staff fault) for 8 pm dinner with parents apparently happy for very small children to use restaurant and bar as running racetrack whilst screaming for @ 1 hour making it very difficult for other diners. Not ideal but we also watched a mouse run across the dining room floor on 2 occasions !

Meet up with old school friends before Steve Hackett show at the Albert Hall, excellent beer and lobster. Service and food excellent. Perfect start to the evening.

We celebrated my mum's birthday, it was lovely and the food was amazing. The side salad is the best I've ever had! Also, they sang happy birthday to my mum which was lovely and got a free ice cream! Definitely going here again! Yacob was amazing at servicing us. Thank you so much!

Honestly not worth coming here at all, the food is nothing special and is overpriced. All of it was lacking flavour and too dry. After seeing all the bad reviews, I'm glad I'm not the only one. we asked 3 times for some items that were missing from our order. Cocktail had no discernable liquor. I asked one of the staff to get us drinks menu, had to wait 30 minutes to get one😡. Desserts 30 minutes wait for just ice creams. Dirty plates weren’t cleared🤢. The customer service here is unbelievably very very poor a lot of training needs to be done. it's located in a nice area but the service and the food is a 0️⃣/🔟. No wonder this place will be closing down soon. One thing is for sure I will not be stepping my foot at the BIG EASY. If You want to waste your money they happy to help💩💩💩

It’s really gone downhill, Very slow service despite the place not being at its busiest. Food was a letdown, dirty cutlery n Poorly trained staff brought our food to the wrong table. Places like these should not still be around Chelsea.

Extremely disappointed by the food service and overall experience. Visited this restaurant some years ago with friends and had a great time then, I was actually embarrassed to have recommended we eat at Big Easy! I sent an apologetic text to my friends to apologise. I wouldn't usually leave a review but felt the need to on thus occasion.

I felt like I was working there, I didn’t receive the greatest customer experience, I only get staff attention when I was calling them, tables that arrived after us got served first. Chips was overcooked and food was below average. Big Easy, forget about it more like slow and massively disappointing

Out of 4 diners. 1 returned steak inedible. 1 returned bottle of wine poor quality. Overall not value for money as was expecting better quality.

Unfortunately had to send both steaks back for them to be cooked as we’d requested. One of the steaks then had to be sent back again because it was served cold. It then meant that we didn’t eat together. As disappointing as the steak was….the staff were great and were really lovely and apologetic. The steak doesn’t come with sides which is really annoying and then makes the steak over priced for what it is. 2 steaks, 2 Fries, a shared portion of onion rings and 2 drinks came to over £100. They kindly removed the drinks for the inconvenience but still added a surcharge which made it £90 for 2 steaks! I would hope that our experience with the food was just a blip but it certainly doesn’t represent value for money. Very disappointing

Just had an Uber delivery...Lobster and shrimp roll was void of any Lobster and any flavour..a complete misrepresentation .. .was just an ordinary prawn and lettuce roll...the chicken tenders were dry as they were overcooked...Never again what a waste of money...

Unbelievable as order from this place to Deliveroo, mention to call the place is need to modify anything. No answer. Ever. No option to remove items. I’m sure the burger would be amazing if we could eat but no way to get in touch with them so had so order somewhere else and still had to pay for the food. I would highly recommend to adjust your option if you use certain platform

Service was shambolic, all staff were overwhelmed, not able to handle the work, so difficult to get staffs attention at ANYTIME. Starters took too long and when they finally came, they were cold but we didn’t send them back because we know, it’s going to take ages to get them back. It’s a waste of money and the service sucks.

What a terrible experience, very poor in every aspects, our drinks was seating at the bar and no one bothered to bring them to our table. We waited ages for our food to come to the table and when it came, it wasn’t ours, it was an order made for another table. Our food was frozen and tasteless, definitely will not be coming back again. Starter cold, service staff not friendly ordered 2 cosmopolitans glass half full obviously did not make enough for two. Would definitely not recommend!! Very poor value for money. Should have gone to the Lebanese down the road, people were queuing up outside, big mistake.

A decent place for lobster and burgers on the kings road. Been coming here sporadically for 20 yrs. I come for the shrimp, burgers and modello. A no frills kind of place.
