Came here on a Friday for the first time and ordered two beef burgers, the Diner mite and fully loaded and one classic buttermilk chicken burger, we chose to upgrade all burgers to be doubled up as well as the fries as cheesy, sweet potato and onion rings. Also ordered a side of mac n cheese with brisket which took a while to be served. The beef in both burgers was very juicy and succulent, the brisket in the fully loaded burger was tender and perfectly made. The buttermilk chicken burger was substandard, with one of the chicken filets overcooked and overly crispy as a result. Both fries were tasty along with the onion rings. The mac n cheese with brisket wasn’t the best, while it was cheesy and saucy the taste was basic and lacked flavour. All in all, the beef burgers were a good shout and was enjoyed, but the classic buttermilk was a disappointment along with the Mac n cheese. Also, you are expected to go to the counter to order and pay upfront with service charge added, before any service has even been provided. They merely did the bare minimum of bringing the food & taking it away, nor did they ask how the food was in between. Glad we took it off, because the service was within the confines of the expected job description of waitstaff, very baffled that it is expected upfront.

amazing experience, i went there with my family of 6 and we were served at a table that we had reserved as soon as we walked through the door. the food came faster than expected despite our large amount of orders. the burgers we the best ive ever had, sooooo so delicious and so was the churros and everything else we ordered! the staff were really friendly and helpful, tending to all our orders. definitely recommend!!

Niyati was so helpful and friendly. Our 2 year old daughter loved how friendly she was and enjoyed running around the large restaurant. The food was amazing and we got the brisket burger and grilled cajun burger.

Enjoyed a very satisfying evening meal at this traditional American diner! The menu was well designed and varied with good options. The place had a nice ambience with 50s Rock n Roll music playing. Our waitress Deepa was very friendly & had a lovely smile making us feel welcome! The food was served within 20 minutes and was of a very good standard - burgers freshly made and delicious churros to finish. Overall a very enjoyable dining experience!

Deeps , was a wonderful waitress who was very kind didn’t ever get the order wrong and always had a smile on her face . She was lovely ti speak to and I would definitely come again .

Went for breakfast and it was really disappointing; I had French Toast and it was really undercooked and raw/cold feeling on the inside. Tried to make myself eat it regardless as although we were the only people in there, all the staff were crowded together on the other side of the restaurant chatting. Whilst ordering they were friendly and kind. The coffee was good for the type of place that it is, the latte was made well. My partner had the breakfast waffle but the waffle was really dry - and it doesn't come with maple syrup but thankfully we ordered it extra but it turned out to be necessary. Ketchup and mayo was available. It was clean and tidy but the leather chairs were all really badly damaged and peeling under you which was quite uncomfortable. It wasn't a terrible experience in terms of atmosphere, the music was good and the decorations are cool, but with such a limited breakfast menu and considering we were the only customers in there for our entire stay it was disappointing that both of our meals were "meh" at best and a chore to finish at worst. We were interested in trying this place for dinner in the future as we live locally but have been really put off by this experience. There are other local cafes and diners I would strongly recommend above this one, as least for breakfast.

UPDATE: loved this place 5 years ago when I first visited, aaaand I still love this place. Good vibes and food! Awesome customer service and delicious food. It was my second time at Big Moe's Diner and it definitely won't be my last! I highly recommend the Chicken N' Waffle as well as the new Buffallo Chicken Burger. They are very accommodating of those who are fasting too (as seen in the picture).

Went early for brunch, wasn't too busy, staff friendly, polite and helpful. Ideal for families and has pool table available.

We really loved it there especially my husband who said he would come back again because of the burger he had....fully loaded one.

I ordered the platter for 1. Food came out cold. Brisket was dry and rubbery. Tiny portion of chips. Ribs and chicken were ok. Came with a small drink totaling £32. I don't mind paying for good quality food but this meal was well below average. Won't be coming back here again.

I recently visited Big Moe’s Diner for the first time with my friend and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. My burger was burnt twice. However, after raising my concerns the next day, the staff member I spoke to was very apologetic and offered me a new meal. This time, the food was much better, and they included plenty of fries, which I appreciated. While my initial visit wasn’t great, their effort to resolve the issue shows they care about customer satisfaction. I hope this leads to more consistent service and quality moving forward.

Bacon is American style so it can be hit or miss, and french toast was soggy. But the rest of the food we had on the breakfast menu was very nice and filling. The staff was lovely and helpful, extremely kind. The restaurant atmosphere was great too. Would hope to come for the dinner service another time.

Booked the famous car table for my daughters 8th birthday. From the moment we arrived the staff was very kind and attentive. The interior is lovely and the kids loved every moment of it. Food was delicious can not fault and the soft swirl ice cream is amazing! They even brought out a candle for my daughters ice cream and played happy birthday for her which was a appreciated unexpected surprise. Thank you ever so much for making her birthday meal special 💗 we will definitely be regular customers even though we have to travel far it's well worth it.

Positives: we didn't wait to be seated and staff were welcoming and friendly. Nice decor, burgers nice and good milkshakes. Negatives: raw chicken wings. We ordered 2 baskets of chicken wings and ate 2. I thought the texture was weird and on closer look, they were red, not pink inside. I called a member of staff over and she casually said sorry and she'd reorder some us. I didn't think anything of it as we'd eaten 2 wings. Though I said the burgers were, which they were, they were dripping with fat. I removed the salad as it was coated in fat. Areas: I visited the toilets and there were 5 cubicles in the ladies but they had 3 locked closed. The 2 that were open had no toilet paper. So they hadn't been checked. I could've written my name in the dirt and grime on the walls, mirrors, taps and sinks. Wish I had my phone with me to take pictures. It was filthy. Our table was sticky and menus had finger prints on them. We ordered the bill and it arrived with 12.5% service charge so I asked them to re-bill us and remove the service charge. The scathing looks I received was awful. Doubt we'll be visiting again in a hurry.

We had hotdog and burger served with chips, the food was good, the waiting staff Cloy was so friendly, I loved the place decoration and atmosphere took us to the US diners.

Such a shame. The music was a fight between 50's music and the music coming out of the kitchen!! Ordering was slow. The sausages and turkey bacon were inedible. No cutlery brought out or sauces. Toilets were appalling. If you are thinking of going here, please, please don't.

Food is tasty. Quite small portions for the price. Service? What service? No one ever checks on you or refills drinks.

First time and last unfortunately. The service wasn’t great the server spilled my husbands drink and then dropped a knife on him which was covered in bbq sauce. The portions were small for the price. The sharer platter wasn’t worth the money. The brisket was not brisket was definitely packet meat. The lamb ribs were also a let down they were a shoulder of lamb with a few bones. We enjoyed the chicken it was hot- that’s the best thing I can say apart from the decoration in there. My son had mac and cheese again really small a portion and he said it wasn’t cheesy enough. Unfortunately myself and my husband felt unwell after, and the next day. Won’t be eating there again.

Food is actually pretty decent, but the rest is terrible! Ordered and paid at the counter, got the receipt and was a service charge.. 12%.. you wouldn't even realise because you had to pay even before seeing the bill, day light robbery tbh, service was no difference from McDonald's, order at the till and they bring the food over, the cheek to automatically add a service charge for that.. disgusting!

I have been to big moes in Wembley and food has always been excellent and atmosphere is really great with good old classic music from 1950 to 1980.

Restaurant located on the third floor of an outlet next to the famous Wembley stadium. Very convenient post-event place to eat something, with little waiting. The order is placed at the table, but the tip is still included in the price. Good portions and typical "American" food with burgers and hot dogs. I give the food a 4 because they don't serve alcohol of any kind, but it is indicated on the menu.

Good Burgers, average fries, average service (even though they charge you service charge), Small portion sizes, even though to expect American Diner places to have massive portions and Very Overly Priced. Will not visit again.

Food was OK at best, service was terrible, very slow despite the restaurant being quiet. Then adding 12.5% service charge on was a joke, asked them to remove it which they did! Won't be going back.

I wish I read the reviews before went there steak was tough tiny salad and peppercorn sauce was awful they put a service charge on too without telling you I will never go there again shocking place

Excellent service by the gentlemen who served us today. As well as the lovely lady who spoke so kindly to my family and so kindly gave my son a lollipop. The cheeseburgers we ordered were so juicy and tasty! 🤤

WASTE OF MONEY. After getting my online order completely wrong I telephoned and got no response. After spending £25 on the meal I decided to get an Uber which cost me a further £5.50 to the restaurant. Although they did correct the order... It was so not worth it. The brisket burger was absolutely disgusting, tasteless and dry didn't taste like brisket I have ever eaten before as for the onion rings again extremely tasteless and didn't taste like fresh onions and the batter was greasy simply horrid. The shake was okay but nothing to shout about. This restaurant looks the part but I should have known from the lack of customers and generally poor customer service. If your hoping for tasty American food this is not the place. Ended up throwing 75% of the food away.

Absolutely amazing burgers juicy and melt in your mouth! Recommend a double fully loaded 🤤 The mac and cheese tasted like being back at my mums house! 🫶 The brunt brisket end were sublime 👌

Stumbled across this place in few months ago in Wembley and WOW, been going back weekly trying everything on the menu with family and friends. Amazing food and a diner with Values, which i agree with!

Really good meal with friends, we had the short beef ribs which was delicious as well as the brisket which was okay but a small portion. The ice cream was lovely too. Deepa provided great customer service - would recommend overall.

Very expensive compared to the portion sizes. Disappointed with the chicken burgers which were essentially the chicken starters dipped in sauce. Definitely not worth £50.00

Food was fair, spend nearly £160 for 2 adults 2 teens. Portion sizes need to improve. Potato skins and wings were room temperature and we went to sharer size still not great portion for what they charge. Steak didn't have options only T bone again a small steak asked for medium well. Was closer to medium rare and very very red and again not hot. Didn't have option of sauce available even though choice with steak meal. Had to have mushroom and was not nice. The Chicken burger was again room temperature with the other main of 20wings. Sent back and waited 15 minutes plus but came hot and better than before. The 20 wings was replaced with 17 wings so I'm wondering if just reheated the earlier portion. No sauce with buffalo wings meal. Fries were hot, onion rings were nice and crispy and hot. Unfortunately all fountain drinks were very weak and pale and lacking flavour. Disappointing on the drinks but milkshakes apparently were better. Staff, not many there but tried to be helpful. Not amazing service but seemed to give attention periodically even though had issues. Its quite a big restaurant when you see it, it was very empty and not very tidy overall especially round the back servery bar area. Positives, the birthday boy liked his waffle and tenders and brisket macaroni. Again I would say simple food done okay. Nothing great or wow. I think based on the issues with food staff/management should've worked harder to make up for experience and food issues..offered dessert or extra drinks or something else. Won't return and would want headoffice to reach out as overall was not the best choice of restaurant for celebratory meal that cost so much. Overpriced for what is served. Service needs to be better. Food and drink is not something that Will bring you back. Seats on the car booth all split and busted, not sure as was a classic car if it was meant to be looking worn and busted. If so very authentic! Some may like the experience so good luck and thanks for trying BigMoe's. I would overall give 2.5 stars. Staff were amicable.

Great food and great service from Deepa

Went for dinner on Saturday night with my two boys whilst in the area and needed something quick before the theatre. Food (burgers) was average. We didn't look at google reviews before and I wish I had, as I would have realised this. An advert on their internal TV screen said the chips are hand cut, they weren't (normal or sweet potato). Portion sizes weren't huge.
