Bigfellas Express in Bradford

We ordered pizza from bigfella’s and have used them in the past but unfortunately the service and taste has spiralled to the downside. I’m honestly surprised that no one takes customers feedback seriously and they show no value to them. It’s becoming very common in most cities especially Bradford. I need to find another pizza place.

Hi guy on the phone told me to go trough deliveroo to get my refund back which I understood. But deliveroo has declined my refund. I ordered a mix donner chips and a 9” cheese pizza and iornbru. The mix donner came absolutely swimming in chilli sauce not edible one bit. People don’t expect when there paying there hard earned money and then to get it delivered and it’s not edible absolutely madness when I say it was swimming it literally was

No consistency sometimes loads of sauce sometimes hardly any. burnt topping and uncooked dough

Food is average. When I called the shop because I forgot to ask for sauces. They said I will have to place another order separately for just 2 tubs of sauces. Absolutely ridiculous even though I spent over £20 on food. I’d have to spend minimum £8 more just to get sauces to me. Very tight!

The Turkish delight pizza made me feel sick! If you spend £2-3 more you can get two pizzas anyway from well known takeaways so I don't see the point of this buy one get one free offer. Prices needs to be reviewed.

Visited this place from Oldham family in Bradford recommended honestly they do the best pizzas around they have to open a shop around there nice to chat with a lad at counter

Ordered yesterday 2 large pizzas deal for £46… truth be told it was a absolute waste of money, was better off throwing £46 out of my car window whilst driving… these guys used have great pizzas but can say no where near where they used to be. Pizza taste no good, sauce tubs half full and watered down, the stir fry donner I’m certain is bucket donner, wedges oiled up like they come from the Middle East oil fields, chips tasted like they was fried 2 days ago. All bad bad bad. Only thing I did enjoy was the Ice Cola bottle. Sorry guys last time was bad but we as a family thought we’d give it another shot and unfortunately this was the last shot. Hope you can get your kick back in your food

I recently ordered from Bigfellas, and it was fantastic! The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Portion sizes were perfect, and everything was packed really well. Delivery was right on time. Great quality and service overall—I’ll definitely be ordering again!

So disappointed i absolutely love my Turkish delight pizza today it was not right, the sauce has been changed n it was like Tabasco sauce was used or something it was so spicy I couldn’t even eat it! Been waiting a week for cheat day n not happy!

Partner ordered off a delivery app. Came with 1 item missing. Rung them to let them know and see if they could rectify the mistake, lady on the phone insulted our intelligence by asking 'are you sure you ordered from us', as she couldn't find our order as if we'd go to such lengths! Said she'd look into it all call back, this was 2 hrs ago! Complained on app and got our money back. Won't use them again, simple. Plenty of other take aways in Bradford, with such fierce competition, they need to up their game.

One of the worst experience in bradford. Customer services are really worst they guy who served at till was one of the worst operator misbehave, even he didn't provide any sauce if i said for sauce he said u need to pay extra and said if u dont wanna eat u can leave it and go to any other shop .. What a stupid guy... Unbelievable i think he is out of manners

Best tasting pizza in the whole of Bradford & great value too.

Just ordered a 16” Turkish Delight which costs £17.50 collection. The pizza came with two tiny tubs of sauce which you get from a takeaway when you buy a 99p chicken and chips! The sauce tubs are filled between half and three quarters and would just about suffice for a two piece chicken and chips. I asked for a couple of extra tubs and was told I would have to pay for them, 50p per tub. I told the chap behind the counter that this was poor service as I had just paid him £17.50 for a pizza, the sauces that they provide literally cost them a few pence per tub and even the cheap fast food takeaways give multiple tubs upon request with a burger or chicken and chips. The chap smirked and said I would have to pay extra if I wanted sauces. If this is how Bigfellas treat their customers, it’s the last time I’ll be ordering from them. Asides from the piss poor customer service, the pizza was OK, the ingredients taste fresh, the base is of a reasonable quality although similar to most Asian pizza takeaways. The sauce on the Turkish Delight is very strong, it’s tangy and overpowering, that’s pretty much all you taste. All in all it’s not worth the money and I won’t be returning.

I bought a half-and-half pizza featuring Turkish Delight on one side and an Asian style on the other. The sauce on the Turkish delight is always immaculate, enhancing the overall flavor profile and tying the donner together nicely. The pizza was also piping hot when I picked it up adding to the experience. This place is always collection for me which is what I would also recommend to others rather than delivery. Eating right out of the box when it’s piping hot hits differently! The Turkish Delight side was well-balanced and flavorful, while the Asian style could have used a few more toppings to really bring out its potential. However, the pizza was cooked to perfection, with a crust that was just right—not too thin or thick, providing a nice balance. The garlic mayo and chilli sauce given also enhanced the pizza taste, not like others who water down their sauces! I also have to commend the service I received from the lady in the call center who took my order; she was friendly and knowledgeable which added an extra touch.Overall, a delicious and well made pizza that I would definitely recommend!

Never go there again ordered food collected it they put all the sauces in a bag with the fires and rest of food all sauces open food all messed up didn’t even offer any refund nor food kids not eaten basically waisted money now I need to belt the car due to the mess big fellas food which pleas packed for animals

My wife told me to try this place drove 20 miles told the guy first time trying order pizza and donner meat , asked if u had put some salad on it and he just laughed and said we don't do it. As a new customer he could have been a bit more professional and asked if u would like some onions on it or something but no , if u are selling kebab meat atleast get some salad some customers like it but after the bad service I would never return

I generally overlook occasional mistakes with food orders, but my recent experience was unacceptable due to the dishonesty and poor business practice. My younger sister ordered a meal that included two chips, which were missing upon arrival. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the response from the shop was disappointing. When my sister called to address the issue, they initially claimed she hadn’t ordered the chips. After she provided proof, they then insisted they had given the chips to the delivery person, which we knew was false as we had already asked him. Eventually, the person on the phone conceded with a vague promise of “we’ll sort you out next time.” I don’t usually write reviews even if the food is bad, but this lack of honesty and business ethics is dismaying. I hope you address this issue for future customers.

First time order and last time. Ordered a tandoori pizza. The order was collected. Not nice tasted sweet from the sauce in the tandoori. Maybe barbecue sauce. The shop cutting corners to make pizza. Definitely not ordering again.

Ordered a lot of food tonight from them,3 big pizzas ,3 big bottles of coke ,one donner kebab,first time I've ordered from you salad on kebab not enough ,a bit of lettuce and a bit of onion nothing else .please read this review ,apart from that food good .

Got a mix doner with chips. Honestly, it was the worst chicken doner I've ever had. It tasted like microwaved chewy pieces of rubber with no spices . Doner meat was OK, but there are better choices around bradford. Overall, i would give this meal a 3 out of 10 and would never order from here again. This type of food is for drunk people after a night out in a pub.

I'd give 0 stars if it was possible Cutting a long story short we ordered three large pizzas during iftar. All we could taste was salt. Hands down the worst pizza ever. There are far better places. First time ordering and the mix grill pizza lacked flavour. Not worth the money as they prices are fairly high in comparison to other pizza places which serve better quality food on great hortan road.

We ordered food for Iftar today at 7:00pm, the expected arrival was 7:45pm. The food arrived TWO HOURS late, with HALF our order missing. To top it all off, the food arrived in THIS condition, the cheese and toppings were completely off the pizza. We were told that it was absolute chaos at the shop, and orders were not being met. Why are orders being accepted when they can’t be met????? We had to seek food from elsewhere because this wasn’t edible. Disappointed

Love the pizzas here especially if we have larger gatherings or family coming over as they do larger size pizzas. If there's any I recommend I would say the Turkish delight 👌

First time ordering they stuffed the order up ordered a big munch kebab,and garlic mushrooms the kebab was only donner meat not what i ordered. And the garlic mushrooms came in a tub it was like a can of chicken soup with mushrooms floating in it. First and last time i order this junk again

The food is nice I've been a customer for a long time. The reason why I'm giving one star to the business is because the place is absolutely freezing cold. I advise the owner to change the door or sort the same door out, as its more colder inside then it is out. Food Is lovely but the food gets freezing when you are eating in. Please sort the door out for you're customers to enjoy the food. Thanks

Pizza was nice but far too saucy for me. Flavour was nice but the sauce was over powering. I like the shredded chicken but it was mixed in the sauce. Wasn't that cheesy. I like the pizza to taste like a pizza and not a curry thrown on top of a pizza base.

Worst donner meat ever £6 pound for a measly little tray of donner that was hard as a hammer 🔨 you could probably hammer nails thats how hard donner was best thing were the sauces if I had seen it at the shop I would have thrown it back in their face and not even ask for a refund they seem to need the money more than me

It's very hard to find good Pizza in Bradford. This is the best I've had so far. Toppings where full of flavour and fresh, the base was light and cooked very well. I had the cheesy bites crust which was very very tasty.

Just had a delivery all the food was piping hot the mixed grill pizza was amazing the sauces were 10/10 really quick delivery as well. This is my new go to spot for pizzas can’t wait to try the rest of the menu

Pizza was very disappointing. The base sauce is unusual. Chicken had an after taste and brisket was cold. My meal was £45 and I personally think this is overpriced for the quality of food I received. If you want to try brisket I would suggest proper smoke/steak houses for quality meat at a similar price point. On the whole I would rate this food 3/10.

Worse pizza experience to be polite. It tasted like they used ketchup all over the base and it was nothing but ketchup taste with few bits of chicken. Very disappointing.

Ordered a pizza and a calzone ,calzone was cold from the inside I made them aware of this I was told that’s just the way it is and the pizza had too much sauce on it it was freezing in the shop and the guy still charged me 1 pound for sauce after the complaint I’m a big foodie and I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

The best pizza I have ever had in the UK. This one have changed my perception about, what a pizza can be.

I read the bad reviews to see if i should order from this place,and they seemed pretty even some good some bad so i tried it. I ordered a margarita pizza and donner meat with chips,the margarita came covered in chilli sauce as the sauce had leaked, and the pizza came undercooked and i had to microwave it myself. I would listen to the bad reviews and avoid this place. We also got given the wrong drink and there was a hair on the box

Just ordered the Brisket on chips, got a large thinking id indulge (£17). Got my delivery but the brisket was dryer than the sahara! Very disappointing and deffinately not worth £17 at all.

Over priced - loaded brisket fries OMG meat so dry not nice at all some pieces included were burnt. No concept of service kept bringing one thing at a time. Had to keep asking. Only thing worked the Pizza was good but again well over prized.
