waited 2 hours for the food and still hasn’t shown up. usually they’re great but not today.

Delivery driver is excellent, he always asks how my daughter and I are doing and he has a lovely kind smile! I would recommend the wrap and loaded fries deal with a drink, I usually get the chicken and rashers and shwarma wraps for my husband and I.

Please do not use this company not only they not deliver correctly. When you try to get a refund. They continue to put the phone down on you and they are not helpful at all. Stay well clear

The order arrived much later than expected. Wasn’t what I’d ordered and was so cold, rubbery and tasteless that I still don’t know whether I received a pizza or garlic bread. Two items missing and one completely different item.

Really great food, love the shwarma wrap, shwarma loaded fries and chicken, rashes wrap. I always get the 2 brownies very yummy and filling. Tried the lotus biscoff milkshake today, it was really good! The delivery driver is always really nice too!

Ordered 2 small pizzas (Margarita & pepperoni), chicken wings, cookies, 2 cans and garlic bread. Was delivered 1 large pepperoni pizza, 2 garlic bread and 2 cans. Phoned the delivery driver and the store, they said multiple times they will call back in 5 mins. Never received any missing items or refund

this is my favourite pizza takeaway. I don't live here but whenever I come down to see friends and family I have to order this pizza as nothing else is good enough

We placed our order which arrived an hour late - This was fine as we expected it on Xmas Eve. When it arrived we realised that 2 items were missing. The fries and the ice cream. We phoned the store and they said that they do not have any ice cream available so they put a replacement in (we were told that due to the delay they were giving us some extra bits, so in that case there was no replacement) as for the fries they said it would be delivered in 10 - 15 minutes but they never arrived. Contacted the store but never received another response. The food that we had was nice though.

The food was ok, the only reason I’ve given two stars and not one. The service was shocking. Left waiting an hour and a half for a delivery originally estimated as less than 40 minutes. I’m not unreasonable, I understand sometimes things get busy, or you’re short staffed, or equipment breaks down, or whatever, but you should really be letting your customers know what’s happening and there’s absolutely no excuse for deliberately not answering the phone. I must’ve called at least 30 times trying to find out what was going on with my order and every single time the phone was left either off the hook or left to ring out. By the time it arrived I had already started eating something else as I thought it probably wasn’t coming at all and I would have to contact my bank to get the money back. Safe to say I won’t be ordering again

Arrived cold pizza was thin when it should have been deep crust garlic bread was cold only warm item were the chicken strips. Arrived late wouldn't normally complain but this is the second time my order has been well below standard.

not one thing on my order was correct, I ordered a 2 person meal with BBQ wings coke zero and Fanta, i got the 2 pizzas and garlic bread just fine, but I got 1 drink, 1 Ben and Jerry's and plain wings. absolutely not on.

Biggest rip off pizza I have ever had!!! They are the size of those mini ones you get in supermarkets for less than a £1 and I paid £9 per pizza! Never ever again. Be warned the small pizza is very very small.

When order placed, delivery estimate was 40 - 50 minutes. After order placed, delivery estimation became 1hr - 1hr 20. Finally arrived after 1hr 40. I would not have ordered had I known this. Order was placed at 1740. Seems early to be that busy?

Shocking experience . Order was due between 19.00 and 19.45. It arrived cold at 20.30. I called the restaurant when it got to 5 mins passed the expected latest arrival and while they picked up, they merely placed the receiver on the side without speaking to me to prevent any other calls coming in. Never had an experience like it, and never will again, as I will not be returning.

Waited 2 and a half hours for a delivery which stated it would be with us in 40 minutes. No phone call from the business to say that they was going to be longer waiting time. When trying to call the company they had the phone off the hook. We ended up calling a store in Bedford who also couldn't get through and who called the manager for us. After that we still were unable to get through on the phone and after trying for over an hour finally answered the phone but it was just them picking up the phone to ignore calls. The customer service was appalling. The poor delivery driver was blissfully unaware of the order situation and just told us that"it's really busy".

Tasteless food. No garlic taste on garlic bread dough balls hard and tasteless. Chips soggy and loaded with halopeno but nothing else totally tasteless food stodgy and not good. Should go up north to learn how to cook properly especially garlic bread. Waste of money should have had a pot noodle more flavour

Never received food. Claimed to have called me. Asked if I wanted re delivered. I said it would be cold by now. Over 1 hour 20 mins since I placed order. He said it’s warm, I said. Forget it. Load of rubbish. JE poor too as you can’t get hold of them for a refund for not having the food you paid for. Will be deleting app.

I have ordered from here before and it has been brilliant. Unfortunately this delivery was two hours late, I tried calling the restaurant, but the number just eat had for the restaurant went to a random guy who had nothing to do with the restaurant. I rang the number they had on google and I kept just getting 'line busy' then it hung up. I had no way of knowing if my food was ever going to turn up and no support in getting an answer at all.

It’s a cheap takeaway, you get what you pay for, although I would say the mozzarella sticks are incredibly tasty, pizza is standard takeaway pizza although thin crust isn’t actually thin crust, the fries are actually awful though

Order not delivered, no call despite saying that they had. No one had turned up to the property despite trying to say that they had. I was out the front of my property all morning gardening and saw no one. Order had not been cancelled by them or Just Eat and no contact from either parties despite trying to tell me otherwise! And contact telephone number on here is incorrect despite a rather annoyed gentleman explaining he had informed the restaurant of this many times! Explains it all.

Caprinos Pizza is hands down the best pizza I've ever had! 🍕😋 The flavors are incredible, and the combination of their fresh ingredients makes every bite a delight. The crust is perfectly crispy, and the cheese is so gooey and delicious. It's my best experience ever .And mainly the bestest thing is the good behaviour of the staff

Caprinos is consistently amazing. Consistent is key with takeaway and these guys have it down! Even when the food is running late, good gesture free brownie and everything is still hot and delicious. 10/1] every time with these guys.

Sad to say not great at all. Chips were very undercooked and tasteless. Looked like French fries from a supermarket. Very basic. My wrap was ok but my daughter said hers tasted funny. Curly fries that came with my daughters kids meal were far too spicy. All fries and a wrap In the bin. Complete waste of money
