We have had a few orders from this place and some have been good but I do not like mayonnaise and they cannot seem to follow a simple instruction to remove it. Tonight's order not only had mayonnaise on it but the burgers were revolting and undercooked and the chips were just soaking in fat. We managed to get a partial refund through Deliveroo but I doubt we will ever order again.

Ordered click-and-collect burgers from Billie's and was very impressed. Ordering via their website was easy, food ready very quickly and tasted really good. Friendly staff and covid-secure collection.

This was so close to being OK, but there was no care. My burger would have been alright if it weren't for the patty, which tasted like the cheap frozen kind you'd get from a burger van. The bun and trimmings were good, but it was ruined by the cheap meat. The chips were limp and undercooked to the point we had to put them in the oven for a while before they were edible. They were actually pretty good once they'd been cooked properly! For a burger shack, I'm bitterly disappointed.

ordered a delivery from here hoping to help out the smaller business with some custom probley stick to Chinese from now on ordered a chicken burger ribs halloumi fries King prawns in batter all 6 pounds each burger was a little burnt but ok I think the prawns were frozen batter was greasy I feel its very expensive for what you get 4 small ribs for 6 pounds 5 prawns 6 pounds halloumi 6 pounds not good

Me and my partner ordered two vegan chilli burritos and cheesy chips as a takeaway, which took over an hour to arrive. What did arrive wasn’t chilli burritos but two cold creamy mushroom wraps with a few kidney beans for good measure and soggy chips. Not what I expected from a five star rated establishment.

Deleted my previous review as the owner thought it acceptable to post my address online, hopefully they will realise that is against the law. Yes I was rude to your staff, but they were also rude and did not apologise and actually it's the first time I've been rude, the last time it took you two hours to deliver after "the pizza oven burnt the pizza" I said nothing I just short changed you by a quid, no big deal. Maybe manage expectations better, telling customers that their food will be with them "within the hour" and then two hours later having to chase it, is not good customer service. The staff are rude and full of excuses, instead of just apologising or being honest in the first place.

Glentworth Road WestWe arrived late evening on a Saturday around 6:30. We were informed when ordering our drinks a little after this that the kitchens last orders were at 6:45pm we didn’t feel rushed and the chef had told the bar staff that it was fine. All the staff were friendly and it was as if the food was the first order. It was lovely food and the fish was amazing! Credit to the chef for staying on all the staff for been so friendly.

James StreetCame in last Friday to celebrate my own and my friends birthday with a bottomless brunch. I was so impressed with not only the value but the quality of the food and drinks alongside the amazing service recieved from all staff members. It's worth mentioning that at the moment they are offering half price Fridays which makes all food and drink half price - which is an insane deal! Really fun atmosphere - great mix of people. Will be back very soon! X
