Jaqs was incredibly lovely. She was attentive and made excellent recommendations! Will definitely be coming back.

My experience and food was perfect and the waitress that served us her name was Jaqs and she was amazing. I would definitely come again and would recommend this place to others too.

Jaqs, our server, did a great job. A typical Bills but quite large and it was cold inside. I kept my coat on for most of the meal.

Diverted to bills after going to Toby Carvery which was shut and glad we did what an excellent breakfast they serve lovely coffee and very friendly staff and also got gluten-free menu also have children's menus which they can colour in so they don't get bored while waiting for their food can highly recommend and won't hesitate to go back

Our 1st choice of venue to eat in when visiting Freeport. Food was excellent and was looked after by Kelly, who was efficient and very friendly. We will certainly be visiting Bill's again when in the area.

Such great service! Even though they were full, they organised for us to have a table of 7 around 20-25 mins later so we went and had a quick shop before coming back. The server was great and very attentive - even though it was busy, they were really great and ensured we had everything we needed. Food was very tasty and great value. Came in good time and was absolutely worth it! My family had a great time and we will definitely be making this a regular stop as part of our Braintree Village shop!

Visited Bill’s for brunch and was pleased to see it’s dog-friendly, which is always a bonus. However, my eggs Benedict were unfortunately overcooked, which took away from the meal. Service was decent, but the food quality didn’t quite match my expectations. Hoping for better next time!

Great food, great atmosphere and great service from Shreyas. However, not thrilled with the mandatory service charge - we would have left a tip of course, probably larger than the service charge, but don't like having it added as a mandatory part of the bill.

Came here for breakfast whilst car being serviced. Very welcoming. Food was very good (Full English, Eggs Benedict and pancakes). Jake very understanding of my wife’s food intolerance and swapped items as needed. Highly recommended.

Went to Bill’s Braintree for dinner with my mum. The food was delicious - would particularly recommend the sticky toffee pudding and shawarma. The service was quick and really friendly - Laila served us and was brilliant. It was a bit quiet in there but that just meant we could easily chat!
