Came here for a bottomless brunch. When it came to payment they added on £200 without explaining or telling us, and couldn't even explain what the extra money was for. Wouldn't recommend or visit again for a bottomless brunch

We had a fabulous anniversary brunch at Bills, Canterbury. Our server, Sephora, was an absolute delight: friendly and engaging, welcomed us with a smile and joke without ever overstepping or crowding us. Our food arrived as ordered with various changes and extra requests and was delicious! It’s always great quality at Bills! Sephora made us feel like special guests! We will be back!!

Was served by Jess, who consistently checked in on us and our guest who was running a bit late to ensure we were satisfied. And offered alternative options for any lack of drinks, which you wouldn't get otherwise. Jess really considered us not just as customers but guests. Extremely welcoming!

Went to Bill’s for new years eve and ate from their new years menu. Our server was Ala and she was so lovely and accommodating to our needs. The pâté was excellent and the salmon was delicious. Would definitely come again!

Tasty food and great service. We had a lovely server Romy, quick service and so friendly.

Nice enough environment to be in but the food we had was very average (chicken burger and a curry).My sons kids burger was burnt to a crisp and inedible. We ordered a shared calamari starter and was told we could only have 1 plate to share it as the rest were dirty. I couldn’t quite believe it. Certainly won’t bother returning.

It is a nice restaurant, I had the Christmas cracker burger with a beautiful fruit chutney and a lovely truffle jam in a bun with a fat juicy burger. It was delicious, service was decent and the waitress was lovely. Okay ish prices, definitely cheaper in spoons but it is better food here.

I recently went and ala was an amazing person who gave the best service, was kind, polite and was an amazing waitress to have serve me, joined in with all conversations and was very joyful and energetic and happy to be there, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend

The manager - Rasa - is always professional and friendly - and focussed on customers happiness . Brilliant service as usual from all the staff. The menu changes frequently enough to stay fresh, and be enticing. This is my go-to for catching up with friends, socialising, or even a post-run brunch. Love love love! Thanks Bills.

Lovely food, polite and vibrant staff, was with my boyfriend and his dad having a catchup for christmas and felt so welcomed by our waitress Ala, one of the sides wasn’t brought out but was instantly resolved by taking it off our bill and a desert on the house, thankyou for your service :)

Had a lovely Xmas meal here today, one of the better chains in Canterbury. Food was pretty good, well presented and came out swiftly... They add 12.5% service charge and I hope it goes to staff, I would prefer it to be + 10%. The one stand out part of our meal out was the friendly and attentive waitress Ala.... Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was extremely bubbly and smiley. The service makes all the difference when dining out and is pleasing to see.. keep smiling Ala 👍😁
